"This was my second stay here. It's really convenient for getting to Macquarie Centre, and the rooms are clean. There's limited outdoor free parking right outside, but it's first-come, first-served, and it gets really tight on weekends. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Sydney."

"Overall, we were very satisfied. The front desk staff were friendly and even gave us a bottle of wine and a card for our anniversary. The room was spacious and bright, with a washing machine and dryer, and all the amenities were excellent. There was also plenty of living room and kitchen space. The location was very close to the railway, with many food options nearby. Although basic cleaning was only provided every four days, it was sufficient. The only drawback was that on our last two nights, we noticed cockroaches crawling out from the drain. I believe they came in because insecticide was placed in the wine, so hopefully, this can be addressed to avoid giving the impression of poor hygiene."

"The room was quite spacious, but this time it had a curry smell. There was also food residue on the cutlery. Checkout was promptly at 10 AM, and if you were a few minutes late, staff would come to rush you. The room had a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, which was very convenient for traveling with kids. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the station and shopping centers. If you like Chinese food, you can try the newly opened Xingfu Tun, which serves Dongbei cuisine. It has a lot of interesting old artifacts, and the food tastes very authentic."

"Hmm... the room was clean and the environment was quiet. The main issue was the parking fee. What's strange is that when the car entered the underground garage to unload luggage, there were no gates and no license plate was provided. Also, knowing that parking would cost $20, we explicitly said we didn't need it and didn't park there that night. Despite this, my credit card was charged $80 without any communication. After discovering the charge, I called the front desk and explained that I had only entered to unload luggage. The front desk lady understood and processed a refund (Figure 1). Then, the strange thing happened again. Without ever entering the garage again, my credit card was charged again at 11:12 PM the night before checkout and at 5:33 AM on the day of checkout, again without any communication (Figure 2). When checking out, the man at the front desk was very aggressive, saying that the system automatically charges for the first entry to unload luggage and that guests hadn't informed him. I told him we had already called and communicated this, and the first charge was refunded, so why was it charged a second time?? His attitude made it feel like I owed him money. After a lot of back and forth, and with other guests waiting, he finally agreed to issue a refund. Be very careful about giving them your credit card information."

"Clean, good servicehad a pleasant stay at Mantra Chatswood. The location is definitely the highlight — right in the heart of Chatswood with easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and public transport. It’s very convenient whether you’re visiting for work or leisure. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good amenities and a practical layout. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. Overall, Mantra Chatswood is a reliable option for anyone wanting a comfortable stay in a central North Shore location. Would happily stay again."

"This is not my first time staying at One Global Resorts Green Square, and it still meets my expectations perfectly. The location is unbeatable, only a short walk to Green Square station with easy transport to CBD and airport. The room is well maintained, clean and fully furnished with kitchen and laundry amenities. Staff are efficient and friendly, shared facilities including pool and gym are kept in great condition. With convenient shops and restaurants nearby, this will always be my top choice when visiting Sydney as a solo traveller"

"The placement is fantastic. You are central to everything in Chatswood. Our room was lovely with a TV in the lounge as well as the bedroom, which is often not the case. With parking available on site and off main road check-in it's a no brainer where to stay. There is also a coffee trolley in the mornings giving free barista coffee every morning which is also a nice touch."

"It's actually an apartment. If you check in too early or too late, communication may be difficult because there is no front desk. You need to be good at English, otherwise it won't work."

"This is a good hotel in the city center, with everything nearby from currency exchange offices to restaurants. We didn't have sky-high expectations or demand luxury village deluxe all-inclusive service 😁, so our stay was consistently good: everything worked, hot water was available, and the elevator ran smoothly ;). The service was standard, like everywhere else: unobtrusive and as expected. I recommend it for a city-break type of vacation/ just come back to sleep at night, and spend your mornings and days exploring without worrying about the window view or other unnecessary holiday trivialities. It's a good hotel, go for it! 😁"
