"Great stay! The hostel is very clean and tidied. The kitchenette was usually very quiet. Beds are comfortable and well equipped.  You get a complimentary towel, that can be changed every 3 days.  Decoration style is quite unique as well. The hostel does not seem very social and it’s more a sleeping place. The Bad: Very noisy at night. You can hear the nearby karaokes and parties until late.  I would recommend it!"

"The location of a hotel is good, very close to the Central Station. The room was clean, it was a bit cold for me as air-conditioning system is central and impossible to adjust to your needs. The kitchen is rather spacious. The receptionists were quite helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t mind to stay there again."

"The hotel was close to Westfield, very clean, and had a lovely cafe vibe reminiscent of Sydney. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction in the room and had to cut my stay short. When I showed the receptionist my doctor's note, they kindly offered a refund. The staff were all so sweet, and it was truly sad to have to leave. While I won't be able to stay here again, I would still highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!"

"A perfect and comfortable stay to conclude our Sydney, Australia trip. Upon landing at Sydney domestic airport, I saw on Google Maps 🗺️ that the hotel wasn't far 🏨, so my son and I walked there, which took about 23 minutes. The moment we opened the door, we were amazed. It felt just like coming home. The front desk staff were also very good and nice. Finding food around the hotel was very convenient, with Northeastern Chinese, Sichuanese restaurants, and Asian supermarkets. A large Australian WWS supermarket was also within a 10-minute walk. Mascot train station is within walking distance, and it's just 5 stops directly to Circular Quay, known as the most beautiful station in the Southern Hemisphere. Our 3-night stay was absolutely fantastic! 🈵"

"I never disappointed with this hotel’s each time they always go above beyond or exceed guest expectations as they try to accomodate the guests need and want but have to understand this is what u pay for and what u get so do not too kind and suffer the rate and back of house cause they are the one who work really hard abd stressful to finished the task on time and to make a guest have and pleasant and enjoyable stay. I haven’t have a chance to dine in the restaurant but just walk pass and busy but lunch is quiet or steady and the hotel should have an standard opening procedure (SOP) and train the staff with consistency service . Table set up must be straight and parallel or u stahd behind the chair and do it adjust it as this procedure is a lunch concept menu and I know as I used to work with IHG . And i know how strict and tough they are as they eyes for detail mainly in a hall way and restaurant is downstairs like Cortile and ……. So people could see and GM could see everything . Glass and plates need to clear away till he is not see anything from top to bottom. revenue in a restaurant and bar have to be increase daily and upsell skill is a must. The special menus is more expensive than usual but staff need to train how to sell , how to speak and the worse case become and excellent. A supervisor or manger have to attend the meeting every fortnight then monthly and if someone complain will do wkly basic until we resolve a feedback and issue. Include the sale report or even profit and lost statement and to see which departments is ahead in term of low profile but high profit ( cut cost ) with incentive reward program .. "This was the first booking I made for this trip and the last hotel I checked into. I booked it even before leaving home. Shangri-La's standards are quite high and reliable. The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters' walk from the Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay, and Barangaroo Park. Sydney Opera House is just past Circular Quay. They even upgraded my room, thank you! The hotel's pre-authorization process is standard: the final charge and refund are processed under the original pre-authorization. There's no need for additional steps. The data provided to decision-makers, regarding resident or external guest consumption, influences future business strategies; some domestic hotels have even shifted their focus to F&B. The hotel's introduction should also be rewritten. It needs to clearly state which floor the pool and gym are on, as well as the restaurant's location, operating hours, and cuisine style. Many hotels in China indicate relevant restaurants, fitness centers, etc., next to the elevator floor buttons."

"I stayed one night at Sydney Central YHA with a friend this time. I’ve actually stayed here a few times before, both in shared dorms and private rooms. This time, we booked a private room and it was surprisingly spacious. The bathroom was an accessible one, so it felt even bigger than usual, which was a nice bonus. The location is super convenient, really easy to get around. The room itself was pretty basic in terms of cleanliness, not bad, but not spotless either. Fine for a short stay if you just need somewhere to sleep. A couple of small things: the window was quite small, and you can hear noise from nearby rooms quite easily, so it’s not the most soundproof. One thing I did like that they’ve upgraded the TV. It’s bigger now and you can connect it to Wi-Fi to stream your own stuff, which is actually really handy. Overall, it’s a practical and convenient option for a short stay."

"Wonderful  location for the price. Only a 25 minute stroll to the circular quay and the opera house. Quicker to the main art gallery. Friendly, helpful staff. Room clean, comfy bed. We were upgraded to a family room which meant we had a spacious room, a little “kitchenette” corridor between the room and our bathroom. Bathroom was great, fully tiled with good shower and even had a bath! Corridors were a trifle dusty but, as previously stated, the room was very clean. Lifts to rooms. VERY happy with our stay."

"The hotel's location is really convenient. It's not far from the airport, there's a supermarket nearby, and it's close to Chinatown, making dining easy. The room facilities are well-designed; the desk is very comfortable for working, and you can relax on the sofa with a cup of tea. It's a great place."
