"This hotel is quite old. When I arrived, the hallway was being painted, and the smell of paint was overwhelming. The only good thing is its location; there's a street with many food options not too far away, and a supermarket directly opposite with reasonably priced items. Another room didn't even have a window. It was very hot the day I checked in, and their window AC unit was a bit noisy."

"If you want to enjoy bondi beach area, its a great place to stay because its right in front of the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars. However, if you’re a light sleeper, might not great since it gets quite noisy during night time from crowds partying nearby and also on ground floor bar. Unless you want to be part of the party crew ;) staff were super nice. It is quite small but has everything"

"A small private hotel in a white area, check out time at 10 o'clock, a bit regrettable. It takes a few minutes to walk to the pier. You can only take a ferry if you don’t have a car. It runs every hour at night. Opposite is City, convenient. There are no restaurants nearby. Some details in the room are not hygienic, which is a failure. Everything else is good. The owner should be a westerner, check in basically requires English information contact, self-service key picking, and there is no receptionist. This is an Australian characteristic."
"I enjoyed the small room and the convenience at the surrounding area. Easy to access the nearby shopping centre. You can even do some simple cookings at the common kitchen. Staff is nice and professional. I am happy to stay there and I will consider to come back again. The restaurant food is also nice and tasty. Overall I will give 4.5/5 for my stay. Budget friendly!
Can be a little noisy if it’s Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon. But most likely this would be settled after 10.30pm or 11pm. I slept late so this didn’t impact me much, less likely to have an early and good rest on Thursday evening.
Common kitchen is mostly nice and clean but this depends on who uses them. I had a good experience in using the common kitchen. Thank those who tidied up after using :)"
