"The location is super convenient; it's just a few dozen meters straight ahead from Metro Exit B. There are several malls downstairs with all kinds of food options. I highly recommend the afternoon tea set at 'Kailongque Ice Room' downstairs – it's a great deal, with generous portions and good flavor. However, 'Hong Dangdang Food Stall' downstairs isn't great; it's poor value for money and the taste is mediocre. The front desk is on the fourth floor. You need your card to access the guest rooms. If you order takeout, you have to go to the fourth floor first and have the front desk swipe the elevator for it to come up. Although, I noticed one elevator might not require this, but the other two definitely do. I booked a deluxe twin room. The balcony has a drying rack, which is handy for hanging clothes. There's a laundry room on the 17th floor with detergent, but I didn't use it. Breakfast is on the fourth floor, but the selection is a bit limited. It's also very convenient to grab breakfast downstairs. The room's fridge works great, but the shower pressure is just okay. Only one of the air conditioners is wall-mounted. The facilities are a bit old, but the service is decent. The only downside was that we arrived at 3:30 PM for check-in and still had to wait for our room. Given the high summer traffic, they should really have more staff for cleaning."

"I booked this apartment on a whim for my summer vacation, not expecting much from a low-priced room, but I was so pleasantly surprised after checking in. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They offered tea proactively and were able to assist with any requests or questions. When a friend had a birthday, they even put our cake in the room's fridge to keep it cold – I really appreciate that! The room itself was also very clean, bright, and airy; after opening the windows, the air felt fresh. The entire place was meticulously cleaned, with no water stains or dust on the floors or vanity. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – and was incredibly comfortable after a long day. Downstairs, it's just a three-minute walk to the bus and subway stations, making commuting and getting around incredibly easy. It's also very close to Florence, so a casual stroll around there offers great photo opportunities. There were no hidden charges whatsoever, and the cleanliness and service were top-notch. If you're on a budget and traveling alone, this is a no-brainer – the value for money is truly excellent. Definitely a solid five-star rating, and I'll be back next time! ☺️"

"The hotel itself was in a great location. It was convenient to get to from Guangzhounan high speed rail station and the subway. We enjoyed the room size and offerings however found that the staff in this Ascott weren’t as friendly as that in the Chongqing Ascott Raffles City. I didn’t receive a welcome gift as an Ascott star rewards member here but I did in Chongqing. Also I saw that the hotel staff were smoking outside the main hotel entrance which as someone who very much dislikes smoking I didn’t like. Overall these things were small and I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"The room is quite spacious, and the service is excellent. There are plenty of food options nearby, which is very convenient. The cleanliness is also top-notch, and the hot water comes quickly, so you don't have to worry about running out – showering is very comfortable. Plus, they provide a good variety of toiletries."

"The price was really reasonable. A few friends and I stayed together in a 2-bedroom unit with 3 beds. The cleanliness was typical for a guesthouse, generally clean. The bathrooms and everything were tidied up quite well. What I was really satisfied with was that, as a guesthouse, they cleaned daily and changed the sheets. The front desk staff we met over the past few days were all great – friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Today is our last day, and I specifically wanted to thank the front desk staff member at counter No. 5. They were incredibly helpful, working from last night until now to help us with card payments and storing our luggage, and always with a great attitude. Thank you!"
