AAnonymous UserThe room was unexpectedly good; the decor and facilities were new and clean. It felt like an amusement park, and the kids were absolutely thrilled, which also gave the adults a much-needed break. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise; I thought it would be a simple, ordinary breakfast, but they offered local delicacies like roasted goose and Chencun vermicelli. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.

WWansonI like to take this chance to give a shout out to the service of Gabriel Hu. He is very friendly and helpful. Even making us drinks at the bar when the bar staff wasn’t available.
In general the service of the staff are good.
Two things we got very disappointed was about the room. We smelled cigarette in the toilet from the room next to us. The ventilation isn’t good or they shouldn’t misbehave
The gym is a children’s playground. We went there twice and saw at least 2 families with very small children (under 6 years old) were running in the gym. Banging weights, bouncing medicine balls, playing on the treadmill
The gym rule simply allow this to happen as it says children under 16 need adult supervision. Just that it is a common sense no babies should be here
Can also reflect the problem is that the hotel is lack of children’s room or other leisure facilities
Honestly I stay here for the gym and I am so hesitate to come and gym again

GGuest UserCommunications in English was extremely challenging at times. However, with assistance with train tickets, Transport, on our final day from 'Superman' known as Thomas Timothy, he arranged for our lunch, transport to station and on time to catch our train to Hong Kong and then have some gifts delivered all made possible with the exceptional and outstanding assistance of Thomas. It's amazing how individuals can make such a difference to guest's stay experience. A shout out to new employee in the lobby; Season, who went out of his way to assist with transport on our first morning.
The room was amazing, with a super modern bathroom and motorised screen and blinds at the huge window. A comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep both nights.
We would definitely stay there again.

The InterContinental Foshan Dongping is conveniently located right above Dongping Metro Station, with direct access to both the Guangfo Line and Foshan Line 3. This makes it super easy to get to Zumiao Temple, Qinghui Garden, or even Shunde for some delicious food. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – the location is absolutely unbeatable! Our open-plan suite was a spacious 50㎡, offering plenty of room without feeling cramped. It came fully equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and a comfortable bathtub. Janice from the guest services even thoughtfully prepared kids' bathrobes and toothbrushes in advance, showing amazing attention to detail. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Lexi at the front desk handled our check-in efficiently and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly, and the 24-hour room service was incredibly prompt. Whether it's a family getaway, a business trip, or a culinary adventure, this hotel is a perfect fit, truly five-star quality! It's definitely on our 'must-rebook' list; we'll choose this place again for future concerts or trips.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, and the main credit absolutely goes to the two front desk staff members, Derrick and Kevin! From the moment I checked in, both of them displayed extreme professionalism and warmth. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, from room type preferences and parking directions to recommendations for local attractions. Their explanations were clear, well-organized, and incredibly thoughtful, without a hint of perfunctoriness.
During my stay, whenever I had a small question and contacted the front desk, Derrick was quick to respond and even proactively followed up on the resolution progress, which put me completely at ease. Kevin, on the other hand, always paid attention to details, actively helped with my luggage, and reminded me about weather changes. These small touches truly showed his attentiveness. Their service was not only professional and efficient but also delivered with genuine warmth, adding a sense of belonging to what could have been an unfamiliar journey.
The hotel's hardware facilities and environment were already good, but with excellent service staff like Derrick and Kevin, the overall experience was elevated significantly! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time and look forward to experiencing their exceptional service once more.

SSETHU MATHAVAN KOTHANDAPANYBooked this hotel as part of a Guangzhou trip, while it's slightly away from Guangzhou's main city, it's still convenient via metro access. It's Closer to the high-speed north station.
The front desk is very helpful, we arrived early from our flight and they provided a room after 30 30-minute wait. The room was clean and compact. Small mall, shops, and eateries area small walk away, close to the metro station. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Room conveience was good.

ZZhangxiaodao7755The room, while a bit old, was spacious. The facilities were a bit outdated, and the overall environment was decent, but the hardware definitely lagged behind. However, the hotel staff's service was top-notch, especially the young man at the front desk, Zhao Peilin, who checked me in. I was initially dissatisfied because the hotel hadn't prepared a humidifier as requested in my reservation (since this hotel has sealed rooms with no windows). He went out of his way to find an air purifier, otherwise, I wouldn't have known how I'd sleep at night. I hope the hotel keeps up with the times and updates its facilities and equipment. Also, the cleaning lady working on the floor that day was fantastic; she promptly handled all my requests with a smile. So, the staff here is definitely not an issue, including the doormen who proactively open doors and offer to help with luggage. 😍😍😍 I'd also suggest keeping the Korean sauna open later.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. They even proactively shared information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions, which was a thoughtful touch. During my stay, any issues I encountered were promptly addressed and resolved by the staff, demonstrating their exceptional service efficiency and attitude. The hotel's location is also superb, right next to a subway station with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making both transportation and dining incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserOverall very satisfied 👍🏻 the first day planned to check in after swimming, but not open due to cloudy weather.
The next morning I called to ask if the swimming pool would be opened. After confirming that it would be open, I went swimming after breakfast. When I arrived at the swimming pool, I found out that I had to call again before the staff would open the gate. Fortunately, my family had a mainland phone to help me.
The room was large and the breakfast variety was sufficient, but the coffee machine needed to be washed that day and was not available until the later part of the meal, too many people lined up.
