Hhwee yin LeeStrategic location, walking street, Qinghuiyuan, all famous restaurants and food are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast with plentiful of Chinese food, love the coffee. Room is spacious with omfortable bed. Staffs are friendly, a gift is given when checking out. The only downside is there are mosquitoes in the building. Can get a mosquito repellent spray at the front desk. Overall thumbs up.

Service: I have stayed in many hotels on business trips. This one is also considered to be a poor handling of the sudden situation. I have opened a chain hotel for a small half year. I have no basic service awareness. Because I am on a business trip, I need to have a comfortable rest environment. Before booking, I will specially note: a quiet room is needed. When I checked in for lunch break, I heard the chatting sound and the loud TV sound next door. I didn’t care too much at that time. When I was going to bed at 10 o’clock in the evening, I heard the loud vibration of the room. I thought it was the sound of watching TV next door. I found that there was a KTV behind the window. Very strong rhythm, contact the front desk as soon as possible, the other party said to negotiate with KTV first, see if the volume can be reduced, and arrange for the staff to come up to confirm whether there is really this sound before changing the room, and I am a woman when I call the front desk. As a result, there was no first time to arrange a female room staff, but a male security guard to solve the problem. Such a big hotel, there is no room staff? Can security do the work of the room? The security guard said that he was not satisfied that the room could be replaced. If we wanted to change it, we would immediately collect things to go to the new room (although the tone was friendly, but it was very uncomfortable). The front desk staff asked him to wait for us to complete the room change and get back the old room card before leaving. The whole operation was very speechless. In the end, he repeatedly asked him to go downstairs and give us some time to pack our luggage. After changing the room, we will pick up the original room card. Changed the room opposite the same apartment type. The new room was very quiet except that the hotel light belt outside the window was broken and flashed all night. The road below is also the hotel's internal parking passage, so I don't understand why there is a quiet room that is not arranged for the first time, but arranged a KTV room at night. I really don't understand it. There is no hotel staff to apologize for this matter until 8 am. It was more than two o'clock in the afternoon that I called and said that I could upgrade when I lived in the future. I thought about solving it when I left. It was really bad.

HHuobaobaoGreat service and an excellent location! It's super convenient for dining and entertainment, and the teahouse across the street is also a nice touch. The staff tidied up my room thoughtfully every day. If you're staying in OCT, I highly recommend this place.

Right downstairs is OCT Harbor, where you can have a blast until 10 PM, then simply stroll back to your room in a few minutes. It offers incredible value for a full day of fun! You can wake up naturally in the morning and head downstairs to Shunde Fishermen's Village for dim sum – the dishes endorsed by Hong Kong beauty queens are indeed excellent and never disappoint! There's also a mall and a variety of restaurants and shops downstairs, making it perfect for a three-day stay without needing to leave. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the environment is clean and tidy, and housekeeping services are provided daily. What's more, food deliveries can be brought to your room by a robot, which is both convenient and private. I'll definitely be back for another stay!

Facilities: The main issue was that the Wi-Fi was incredibly unstable, and screen mirroring was very laggy. Another big problem was that screen mirroring wasn't linked to individual rooms; anyone could cast to any room in the hotel. This meant our TV kept getting interrupted by other people casting to our screen, which was very annoying.
Also, I'm not sure if it was the mattress or the pillows, but they weren't very comfortable. My husband and I are usually sound sleepers, but we woke up multiple times every night. My husband never dreams, but he was dreaming every single night here.
Didn't take any photos, so I'm using food pictures instead.

AAndyinQuite good, highly recommend staying here. I compared it with Crowne Plaza and Venus Royal, and chose Venus Royal – no regrets! As soon as I got out of the car, the big brother from the Tmall store next door warmly invited me for tea; Foshan people are just so kind. The hotel's location is excellent, with Ancestral Temple and Nanfeng Ancient Kiln nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room is large, clean, and tidy. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly, provided detailed information, and responded promptly. Breakfast is abundant and distinctive, with an unbeatable view from the 37th floor. Diagonally opposite, there's a new DNA shopping mall with Dot Dim Sum, congee hot pot, and everything you could want, so you can eat something different every day. Downstairs at the hotel, you can play billiards, watch movies, eat steamed spare ribs, get a Thai SPA – there's plenty of food, drink, and entertainment. I'd love to come back again.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and spacious. The balcony offered a view right into the heart of the lake, making it feel like we were staying in an ancient town. The natural scenery of the water town, with its flourishing flora and fauna, was beautiful. The various themed parks were also large, and it was very convenient and easy to navigate with our own stroller throughout.
