"This place is located in a great location. There are malls just opposite which is great if you do not have plans and just want to hang around. Downstairs, there are various local food places which served good food. The hotel itself is located in k9 apartments, right next to Novotel Hotel. The reception messaged us on Trip.com on the day of our arrival to provide us with information on how to reach the hotel & the address to set in our Didi. As this was our last hotel before returning home, I honestly had alot of Taobao kuai di which the receptionist picked up for me patiently throughout all 3 days of our stay. I could not be more grateful esp when 1 of my package was sent to a place about 1.5km away from the hotel. They would wechat us on a daily basis to confirm if we needed housekeeping or if we needed any amenities. Within the room, there was a play room which my kids absolutely loved. They saw it as their private space and played inside on their own when the adults would busy. There was a washer / dryer located within the room which was so helpful. & a working fridge. We were provided with disposable coverings for the toilet bowl & bathtub and also toothbrush (including children’s toothbrush & bedroom slippers). The staircase to the loft was also safe with handrails and big enough steps to not fall / miss a step. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again if I visited Kunmin again."

"The hotel receptionists, as well as the owner and his wife, are all incredibly friendly and welcoming Sichuanese people. The facilities are excellent, especially the soundproofing, which is very effective. The room itself is spacious and well-appointed, featuring a full smart home system. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing two pillows—one high and one low—allowing guests to choose their preference. This attention to detail, combined with its proximity to the train station, makes it a top choice."

"The hotel is in the same building as the Novotel, but the Novotel has its own elevators, offering more privacy. The apartments, however, share a common elevator with other floors and don't require a key card to operate. The location is pretty good; there's an elevator right downstairs, and a large shopping mall just across the street. Plus, there are plenty of food delivery options. Breakfast is shared with the Novotel, and the spread is excellent – definitely a perk of being associated with the hotel. What I found most peculiar for a serviced apartment was the complete lack of basic kitchenware like chopsticks, spoons, or plates."

"I really enjoyed my stay here and it became one of my preferred places in Kunming. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Staff were helpful and easy to communicate with. The room itself is spacious and practical, with a fridge, washing machine and balcony area which makes a big difference for longer stays. Location is very convenient near shopping areas and transport links. The bathroom is functional but slightly older, and cleaning is not daily, so that’s worth noting for longer stays. However, overall cleanliness was good. If I were returning to Kunming, I would happily stay here again. Scoring note: Rated using my 10-point system covering cleanliness, sleep, location, value, bathroom, staff, facilities accuracy, Wi-Fi/work, atmosphere, and stay-again factor. Score reflects listing accuracy and lived experience, not luxury."

"The room was really great. I stayed during the May Day holiday, and it looked pretty much exactly like the pictures, very clean. Even though it had just been cleaned when I arrived, there was no strange smell, just a faint floral scent. The room was spacious, with plenty of room to move around, and it even had a washing machine. The front desk staff was fantastic, always very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again; it was a good experience. The only minor downside was that my particular room didn't have air conditioning, but there was a fan, so it was still fine."

"This is a well equipped apartment, with a sofa, dining room and more importantly a washing machine. I would like to compliment 婷婷. We arrived late, and she was very helpful. She gave generous advice and tips on looking for a supper late at night. She made sure we had everything we need even at that late time. Very grateful!"

"The room was nice and the service was good. The biggest surprise was that the room was equipped with a refrigerator and USB fast charging ports. The location is super convenient, only a 5-minute walk to the subway station/shopping area; the room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and I slept very soundly; the front desk staff were friendly and even proactively upgraded me to a higher floor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
