So I found a place called ”Yafei Snow Mountain Dream Homestay” in Songyun Village, Shuhe Ancient Town. It's a little hard to find, located on a small hill in an alley of the ancient town, but the owner, @菲儿雅菲 (Yafei, a makeup artist who runs a homestay in Lijiang), is very nice. She provides pick-up and drop-off services and helps guests with their luggage. By the way, she's also a professional makeup artist; friends who need makeup or travel photography services can contact her.
Upon entering the homestay, the first thing that catches the eye is the bougainvillea and succulents covering the entire courtyard. At night, lanterns light up the courtyard, making it a perfect spot for taking photos.
Then there's the room. Because I had a lot of luggage, the landlady arranged a room for me on the first floor. The room had a double bed, was clean and tidy, and had a large TV at the foot of the bed. The bathroom also had a separate wet and dry area, which I liked. Moreover, when I opened the curtains, I could see various flowers and green plants in the courtyard through the transparent glass wall, which made me feel happy."
