Lijiang Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The host is very accommodating and helpful. We were greeted with tea and fruits upon arrival. They also helped to carry our luggage from didi pickup point to the house. The stay was comfortable. The heater functioned properly. The room was big and as advertised. Theres plenty of space to eat and chill, and store your luggage inside the room. Very clean and the host will top up the amenities if needed. The inn is very close to the ancient town, just need a bit walk downstairs and you'll reach the small river. Theres also convenience store when you go down the road. We booked our jade dragon snow mountain trip with the host. The price is slightly on the higher end, but it was a last minute decision so its alright. They can also help you plan your itinerary for your stay. We went to alot of great place so Lijiang is very enjoyable~ Overall its a recommended place to stay. However, in my opinion the inn location is not suitable for elderly people because theres a lot of stairs."

"Most of my hotels during my trip in China have been good, but this one was my favorite. The location —right by the ancient city and easy to catch a ride to anywhere else. From the airport bus it’s about 12minute walk. And maybe 15min from the ancient city entrance. You get an open sky view and can see Jade Dragon Snow mountain from the roof quite clear. The rooms—are clean and have automatic lighting and window curtains. They upgraded my room for free and it was quite spacious and met all my needs. Though there isn’t a fridge to store things, so keep in mind. The room has AI as well. The meals/tea—on the 5th floor is where all the meals and tea is served looking out at the mountain. The breakfast was the same, and if you’re from western countries don’t expect a western breakfast. The noodles and fried side dish was delicious-I love a good savory breakfast. I wasn’t able to try the afternoon tea (which is so good) until my last day, and they let me come back after check out before I took a taxi to the airport. The evening tea is butter tea, but I didn’t drink it as I had tried it previously elsewhere and wasn’t a huge fan. The staff—everyone is very kind and helpful and always greeting you when you come. I had some issues with the AI in the room and they were quick to come help fix it. And when I made a mistake during food delivery one of the staff was so kind enough and went to get it for me 😭 so they all went above and beyond. Most of our conversation was through translating apps but that never stopped them making sure I was comfortable during my visit."

"This guesthouse completely redefined 'attentive' for me! Upon check-in, the staff offered hot towels and tea, and even helped us check our power bank's battery level. They made booking Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tickets incredibly easy, even marking out the touring route for Blue Moon Valley. The tickets for 'Impression Lijiang' were also cheaper than buying them ourselves, and the seats had an excellent view. The staff were always smiling and recommended snack places that had authentic and affordable food. The Pu'er tea DIY experience was fantastic; not only could we make our own tea, but we also learned about the Pu'er making process. The tea shop they took us to was run by local tea farmers. The Pu'er I bought has an amazing aroma and a long-lasting aftertaste. Drinking it every day now brings me so much joy. This guesthouse is definitely worth coming back to again and again!"
