Highly recommended! The owner is incredibly kind and enthusiastic. They arranged airport pickup, and even though we arrived at the hotel in the early hours, the owner personally helped carry our luggage to the room. The service is excellent; if you need anything, the owner will help you out, and even offered to drive us down when we were heading out. The room is spacious and clean. My favorite part is the large balcony outside, with beautiful flowers and plants perfect for photos. It's super comfortable to sit out there in the morning and evening, enjoying the breeze. There's also daily breakfast, fruit, and afternoon tea, all personally served by the owner. This level of service definitely warrants a great review. If I ever come back to Lijiang, I'll only stay here!

Setting up my home at the foot of the snowy mountains, living amidst the scenery – this hotel fulfilled all my fantasies for a snow mountain getaway. Opening the window, I was greeted by majestic snow-capped peaks, wreathed in clouds, like a fairyland. In the morning, I witnessed the golden glow of the sunrise on the mountains; in the evening, I quietly admired the sunset painting the snow. At night, I gazed up at the brilliant starry sky – every moment was so beautiful it left me speechless. The room had a wonderful texture, with warm-toned design elements incorporating Naxi style, making it both cozy and luxurious. The private hot spring tub melted away all my fatigue. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, with meticulous service. Every day here felt slow and peaceful, accompanied by the snow mountains, healing and wonderful. It's definitely worth countless return visits!

The rooms and public areas of this B&B are spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They proactively assist guests with various issues, like guiding them through ticket bookings and helping with parking directions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. In stark contrast, the public lobby at the nearby Mushanxue B&B was dirty and messy. The staff there were even playing games while talking to guests, a huge difference in service quality. Just putting this out there for other travelers to avoid a bad experience.

During my time in Lijiang, this was the only hotel I was truly satisfied with. I was honestly so tired of those so-called 'owner-run' B&Bs where you pay good money but get no sense of service, feeling cramped like you're intruding in someone else's home. Hygiene: Everything was excellent. Environment: Remarkably good. Both the reception and the hotel's public areas are exceptionally spacious for the Old Town. A major plus is that it's just a five-minute walk along the main road from the parking lot. Many B&Bs in the Old Town, even those not cheap, are tucked away down winding alleys with cramped receptions and gardens. This place truly offers the facilities of a proper hotel. The garden is also beautifully maintained. All public areas are lovely, well-equipped, and there's even a play area for children. The complimentary travel photography service also had very kind staff. Service: Every staff member I encountered was excellent, from management to restaurant and front desk staff. They not only greeted me proactively but also offered enthusiastic help. I've already recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Lijiang. I hope the owner continues to have great business, and that both the pets and staff receive even better welfare and benefits.

Everything was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lijiang. The only minor drawback was that the twin room's layout felt a bit cramped. Aside from the beds, there was hardly any space to sit and relax inside, and unfortunately, it rained during our stay, which made it a little inconvenient. However, as a unique boutique hotel, the overall experience was still fantastic. I especially want to mention that the ladies at the front desk were not only beautiful but also incredibly elegant. Their communication was gentle and pleasant, making the entire check-in process very comfortable. It's truly a place I love, and I highly recommend it!

We booked three rooms, and all of them were upgraded to executive suites with unbeatable mountain views – highly recommend! Dinner was at the hotel, and the yak hotpot and mushroom chicken hotpot were very generous portions. Xiao Zhu's dipping sauce was excellent, a definite thumbs up. Since it started raining in the middle of the night, the air pressure dropped, and we all started to experience altitude sickness. The room ventilation had a slight flaw; the bedroom didn't have a window. The room did come with an oxygen concentrator for an additional charge, and we took turns using it among the four of us, so we didn't get much rest. Everyone's physical condition is different, so we can't blame the hotel. Overall, I still highly recommend it! 👍

The Shirock Hotel is located in Yuhu Village, a small village at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. You need to inform the hotel in advance if you're driving into the village. First of all, the hotel's location is excellent. It's very quiet around the hotel, but about 200 meters away is Yuhu Village's main shopping street, which is very lively. There are various trendy cafes, Western restaurants, local eateries, and different stalls. You can also experience horseback riding there, giving you a feeling of prosperity within reach. Prices in Yuhu Village are exceptionally cheap; yak meat skewers are 10 yuan for three. The skewers aren't small either. For horseback riding, if you want to try it, you can ride for 10 minutes for 20 yuan, which is great for taking photos. The hotel service is also very good. Staff members wait in the parking lot in advance to help us with our luggage. From 3 PM onwards, folk singers perform at the hotel. If the weather is clear, they play and sing on the large outdoor lawn. Looking at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain while listening to folk music is very pleasant. We experienced the Naxi family visit recommended by the hotel, which cost 100 yuan per person. During the visit, the Naxi people prepared many local snacks and tea. We also experienced grinding soybeans, and the hosts made us tofu pudding and soy milk, both of which were delicious. They also taught us about Naxi hieroglyphs. You can also try on Naxi ethnic costumes at their home. _The hotel's breakfast is relatively simple but sufficient. Basic eggs, milk, coffee, rice noodles, noodles, porridge, and some bacon, fries, etc., are provided, along with toast and bread. In the morning, there's also a special 'bao bing' (wrapped pancake) activity, where children enjoy wrapping various nuts and raisins and then baking them themselves. The hotel also offers other activities, such as Yuhu Village exploration and a 'plant hunter' hike, which we unfortunately didn't have time to experience. Here, it feels like time slows down, allowing you to explore at a leisurely pace. Yuhu Village gives off a very tranquil, comfortable, and peaceful vibe. The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, and the bedding was exceptionally clean! Loved it, loved it. The service was also excellent, a special shout-out to our shuttle driver, Brother Gao Quanhong! 👍🏻 He was humorous, thoughtful, and funny – exactly what we imagine when we think of the warm and welcoming people of Yunnan! It's a shame we only stayed one night; I hope to come back next time for a relaxing vacation. 😌

Lijiang Jeuroufu Garden Hotel is a stunning property comprised of 31 Naxi-style buildings, gracefully arranged along a clear river that acts as its central axis. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers intertwine with the architecture, creating a picturesque scene. From a distance, it resembles a charming Naxi village nestled at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. As its name suggests, staying at Jeuroufu feels like residing in a grand garden, with the landscape design being truly delightful. Public Spaces: The hotel boasts an Iris-designed lobby and the 'Trianon' all-day dining restaurant. The restaurant's 'Crossing the Bridge Noodles' (Guoqiao Mixian) are a particularly notable specialty. The rooms are clean, tidy, and decorated in a modern, minimalist style. They are spacious, bright, and fully equipped, providing a comfortable space for rest. The complimentary afternoon tea and wide variety of fresh fruit are a lovely touch. The hotel offers free parking and is conveniently located just across the road from Shuhe Ancient Town, making it very easy to visit the town. The only drawback is the limited breakfast selection. Due to the high number of tour groups, many items were already gone by around 8 AM.

Great hotel! The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions – nothing is too far away. Plus, there's a fantastic food and snack street right downstairs. The cleanliness and facilities are also very good. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!
