Guest UserEven before checking in, you can feel the owner's warmth and thoughtfulness. It's a very cozy B&B, and they even offer afternoon tea every day. The room is clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the ancient town. It's also super convenient for getting around. After a day of hiking, it's the perfect place to unwind and get a good rest. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Lijiang!

Guest UserSetting up my home at the foot of the snowy mountains, living amidst the scenery – this hotel fulfilled all my fantasies for a snow mountain getaway. Opening the window, I was greeted by majestic snow-capped peaks, wreathed in clouds, like a fairyland. In the morning, I witnessed the golden glow of the sunrise on the mountains; in the evening, I quietly admired the sunset painting the snow. At night, I gazed up at the brilliant starry sky – every moment was so beautiful it left me speechless. The room had a wonderful texture, with warm-toned design elements incorporating Naxi style, making it both cozy and luxurious. The private hot spring tub melted away all my fatigue. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, with meticulous service. Every day here felt slow and peaceful, accompanied by the snow mountains, healing and wonderful. It's definitely worth countless return visits!

LixiaoyaoiiiThe rooms and public areas of this B&B are spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They proactively assist guests with various issues, like guiding them through ticket bookings and helping with parking directions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
In stark contrast, the public lobby at the nearby Mushanxue B&B was dirty and messy. The staff there were even playing games while talking to guests, a huge difference in service quality. Just putting this out there for other travelers to avoid a bad experience.

Stepping into the lobby reveals a hidden gem, with understated yet tasteful design and excellent facilities. We stayed in a room with a balcony this time, which the kids absolutely loved. I absolutely have to give this hotel a glowing review! First off, the location is superb – right next to the ancient town, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Stepping into the hotel feels like entering a traditional Naxi village. The staff's service is absolutely outstanding. The electric buggies are always on call, and they'll even knock on your door to help carry your luggage from your room. The rooms themselves are incredibly well-designed, and the mattress firmness is just right, making for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel's pool is also heated. You can enjoy stunning views of the snow-capped mountains, and the scenery from the coffee bar is simply unbeatable. Plus, the hotel grounds are definitely worth a leisurely stroll. Furthermore, the breakfast spread is incredibly rich, and the lunch and dinner options are also quite good and reasonably priced. The biggest shout-out goes to our butler, Claire Zhao. She responded instantly on WeChat and provided incredibly thoughtful service, washing away all the fatigue from our travels.

ZYC 11This stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The hotel lobby opens out to a huge lawn with direct views of the snow-capped mountains. The butler was incredibly welcoming and guided me every step of the way with a warm smile, even proactively recommending nearby hiking trails. The attention to detail was exceptional.
The room itself was an even bigger surprise. Opening the window revealed a stunning green vista. The bedding was incredibly soft, like sinking into clouds. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were immaculately clean, and the toiletries had a lovely woody scent that I really enjoyed. They even provided their own branded merchandise as amenities, and the cube-shaped sofa was a fantastic touch.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about throughout my entire stay. Both the facilities and the service details showed incredible thoughtfulness, and the breakfast spread was very generous.

Guest UserWhen I booked it, I thought it was a bit expensive, but the moment I walked into the room and saw the balcony view, I felt it was absolutely worth it. The balcony is large and faces the snow-capped mountains directly. We stayed in the ancient town at the foot of the mountain for two nights, and every hotel claimed to have a view of the snow-capped mountains, but it always depended on the angle and weather. Here, the snow mountain stands majestically and completely right before your eyes. Apart from sleeping and going out hiking, I spent as much time as possible on the lounge chair on the balcony, sipping tea and gazing at the snow-capped mountains. I even stopped looking at my phone – it was truly a unique feeling. Additionally, the hotel offers some paid activities that are actually quite worthwhile: a stargazing session at night and a mushroom foraging experience during the day. The kids absolutely loved them. All in all, this is a highly, highly recommended hotel to stay at if you're visiting Lijiang.

DenisStaying in the Jacuzzi Villa was an absolute delight! The Naxi-style courtyard was elegant and peaceful, and the private, temperature-controlled Jacuzzi was clean and comfortable. Soaking under the stars at night melted away all my travel fatigue. I must commend Elin, our butler, for her outstanding service. From coordinating before our arrival to her attentive care during our stay, she was always quick to respond to any needs. She was thoughtful and professional, never intrusive, which truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe. The facilities were excellent, and the service was an added bonus – a perfect Lijiang getaway! Highly recommended!

Guest UserWe had a pleasant stay overall, with several things that really stood out.
The room was extremely spacious, with two king-sized beds and plenty of room to move around. It was comfortable and gave us ample space to relax. The dining area also offered gorgeous scenery, making meals much more enjoyable.
The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. When we discovered some hair caught in the hair trap in the bathroom when we checked in, we reported it to the front desk. They immediately arranged for housekeeping to come and clean it. We were also pleasantly surprised when the front desk later delivered a dessert to our room as a gesture of goodwill. This was a nice example of prompt and thoughtful service recovery. Another small but memorable example of the front desk team's helpfulness happened after midnight. I had an issue with the dryer and needed to open it in the middle of its cycle, but could not figure out how to do so. Although it was already past midnight, the front desk staff patiently helped me troubleshoot the problem and guided me on how to open it. Her assistance quickly resolved the issue, and I really appreciated her willingness to help despite the late hour.
Another lovely touch was the warm milk delivered to our room daily. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, especially the beautiful dessert designed in the shape of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. These little touches made the stay feel special.
Unfortunately, the restaurant experience at the hotel was a weak point. We went for dinner at around 9pm. After the staff seated us, they disappeared, and despite the restaurant being very large, there were no other wait staff in sight. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I eventually had to go looking for someone and tell him that we wanted to order.
When we asked whether using DianPing or the hotel guest discount would offer better value for a particular meal we wanted to order, the staff member was unable to advise us. We had to work out the best option ourselves. While this may seem like a small matter, I would expect restaurant staff in a hotel to be familiar with the promotions and benefits available to guests and to be able to provide basic guidance.
Things did not improve much after our mushroom hotpot was served. We were essentially left to figure out how to prepare and eat the hotpot ourselves, without any explanation or assistance from the restaurant staff.
Based on our experience, they appeared to lack some basic training in customer service, attentiveness and product knowledge. The issue was not that they were unfriendly; rather, they seemed somewhat clueless and undertrained, which made the dining experience unnecessarily difficult.
Overall, the hotel has many strengths — a wonderfully spacious room, beautiful scenery, friendly front desk staff and thoughtful guest amenities. The service recovery from the front desk was also impressive and showed that the hotel genuinely cares about its guests.
However, the restaurant service needs significant improvement. Better staff training, stronger attentiveness and greater familiarity with the menu and hotel promotions would make a big difference. With those improvements, this could be a much more enjoyable and polished hotel experience.

This hotel is located in a resort called Shuhe Secret, which houses many hotels. If you're looking to explore Shuhe Ancient Town, this is a great choice as it's right across the street. The parking can be a bit confusing as there are two entrances, so remember to confirm the exact location with the front desk beforehand. Manager Liu Fei was very helpful, assisting us with opening the tea room and arranging for rice noodles or afternoon tea to be delivered to our room.
The hotel's breakfast was quite standard with limited options, so there's definitely room for improvement there.
