The hygiene was impeccable, with the room cleaned to a very high standard. The in-room facilities were also well-maintained, making it hard to believe the hotel has been open for so long. All services, from food delivery and luggage handling to room amenities, were prompt and efficient. I left my power bank in the room, and Byron immediately helped me locate it. For breakfast, you have the option of dining at the InterContinental or within the hotel itself. The InterContinental's breakfast spread includes all the local Yunnan delicacies, and you don't have to worry about getting an upset stomach. Plus, the InterContinental lobby offers breathtaking views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The only minor drawbacks were during the evening shower when the water wouldn't drain, causing it to overflow onto the floor, and a family member almost slipped – I hope the hotel addresses this. Additionally, while carpets collect dust, they should also be cleaned regularly.

This has been the most satisfying B&B I've ever stayed in. The facilities are excellent, the service is attentive, and responses are quick. They offer free high-speed rail pickup, luggage transfer, welcome afternoon tea, and bedtime milk. When we found a drain odor in our room, the staff checked it out and upgraded us immediately, resolving the issue promptly. The toiletries are also high-end, and you can even take home the slippers, bath towels, and regular towels. Aside from the slight noise issue and a limited breakfast selection, everything else was perfect. I would definitely choose Po Xin Yun She again next time.

Both breakfast and afternoon tea are set meals, but they are executed with exceptional quality and style. Overall, highly recommend!!! If this brand has hotels in other cities I visit in the future, I will definitely stay with them again.

I've been to Lijiang several times this year for both leisure and business, and I've always stayed at this hotel. This time, it was cloudy with occasional rain, but the room thoughtfully provided an umbrella, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very clear with their instructions, and all the employees were incredibly attentive. I even noticed a new addition this time: a ping-pong table, which was great. The common area for tea and chatting is truly elegant and pleasant. It's so relaxing to come back to the quiet hotel after a tiring day out, catch some sleep, and then enjoy a pot of tea in the courtyard. There's also a market nearby with fresh and affordable seasonal fruits. Overall, this was a fantastic experience.

Entering the garden, a quiet path leads to the building's entrance. Inside, the bedroom is to the left, and the walk-in closet and bathroom are to the right, making for a very smooth experience. The skylight bathroom design was also great. Overall, the space was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. A minor point of concern was the toiletries; the toothbrush and toothpaste were not of good quality and uncomfortable to use. Also, on the first day, after washing my hair, I couldn't find the cotton swabs in the amenities kit. I had to specifically ask the cleaning staff for them the next day. ## Service: The front desk staff were polite and had a good attitude, but they seemed a bit unclear in their thinking, and their efficiency was not high. All in all, don't set your expectations too high, and it's generally acceptable.

The house is clean and spacious, with electric blankets on the bed, so those who are afraid of the cold don't have to worry.
