"Booked a two-bedroom ocean view suite for my family. Waking up to the sea view every day was fantastic. It's a two-bedroom, one-living room suite with three bathrooms, meaning each bedroom has its own private bathroom for ultimate privacy. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and MixC shopping mall, making shopping, dining, and exploring incredibly convenient. In the evenings, ordering late-night snacks was a breeze, with a delivery robot bringing them right to our room. The hotel is situated in the heart of Shinan District, surrounded by numerous attractions like Badaguan, the coastline, Olympic Sailing Center, Yanner Island, Signal Hill, the Church, and the Naval Museum. Getting around to these spots is super easy by taxi or a hired car. The hotel breakfast is a buffet with a great selection of both Western and Chinese options. Finally, a big shout-out to the hotel butler, who was incredibly responsive and provided excellent service."

"Although it's a bit far from the city center, the amenities are quite good. The shopping mall has everything you need, and you can even see the sea. The room facilities are also very good, with a refrigerator and washing machine. For this price, it's practically a five-star hotel."

"Overall it was an okay experience. The studio is small and was not perfectly cleaned, there were some visible hairs on the tiles in the bathroom for example, some dust in the kitchen and stains in the mirror. The bed was extremely hard to the point that after a couple of nights we always woke up we back pain. The staff is friendly and the lady organised an extra chair for us in the studio which was convenient for working. Also the fridge was not working and we were delivered a new fridge, that was amazing. But yeah, the place definitely needs to be better cleaned and maybe even renovated."

"This is the perfect place to stay if you love shopping malls! The transportation is convenient. Exit A2 of Wusi Square Station, turn left, walk for five minutes, and you'll see Yuexi Apartments on your right. The front desk is on the first floor for check-in. Nearby, there's a 7-Eleven and a Luckin Coffee, and a few restaurants further up the street. I'm giving it five stars mainly because the price is acceptable, and the staff at the front desk was friendly and polite. The in-room amenities aren't perfect; I recommend reading other reviews as many people have already pointed out key issues. However, these seem to be building-wide problems (like dimly lit corridors to save energy, slow elevators, etc.). Although the room I stayed in didn't have a stunning view (it wasn't a sea view room and was blocked by the building in front), the bed and pillows were very comfortable for all three nights, and housekeeping cleaned daily. For your first check-in, it's easier to enter from the first floor. Once you have your room card, you can access Yuexi Apartments from the 6th-floor Sky City Garden, which connects directly to MIXC Mall. The in-room washer and dryer are very convenient, and they provide a small packet of laundry detergent daily. The refrigerator is large and cold enough! I suggest adding a plate or two and some utensils to the kitchen, which would make it even more convenient for guests."

This is incredibly convenient for business travelers in a hurry, and even my elderly companion was able to easily operate the system with voice guidance. Entering the guest room brought even more surprises. The room was spacious and bright, impeccably clean, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and blackout curtains that effectively blocked out all outside light. The in-room smart voice assistant responded quickly, allowing me to adjust the lighting, temperature, and curtains with a single command, and switch between sleep and work modes. Combined with high-speed, stable Wi-Fi and a clear smart TV, it was a comfortable place to work or relax. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation, ample hot water, and high-quality toiletries, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. The hotel's service was incredibly welcoming. Despite its advanced technology, the front desk staff were always on duty, proactively helping with luggage, recommending nearby restaurants, and responding quickly to any questions. Breakfast offered a wide selection of Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and a clean and comfortable dining environment. Furthermore, the elevators support facial recognition for automatic floor matching, and delivery robots accurately deliver items, providing a safe and efficient contactless service. From check-in to check-out, Fengyue Smart Hotel simplified the process with technology and conveyed warmth through attention to detail. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip!"

"The location is fantastic! Wusi Square subway station is right downstairs, and the upcoming Line 8 subway station will also be downstairs! It's at the intersection of the old town and the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a microwave, fridge, induction cooker, and washing machine. However, the hygiene isn't the best, but it's acceptable if you don't have extremely high standards. Also, I'm not sure what kind of business is next door, but they have two mannequin dolls outside their entrance, which occasionally gave me a fright! Overall, considering the location and price, it offers excellent value for money! If I come back, I'd definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to other travelers!"

There's a fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, so you can easily store any food you bring back. All the towels are disposable, but if you have long hair, I'd recommend bringing your own towel for washing your hair, as the disposable ones are quite thin and not very practical."
