"The hotel is right by the beach, and it wasn't crowded at all, which made it super enjoyable. We caught some stunning sunsets too! My boyfriend and I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, and it was incredibly comfortable. We loved being able to watch TV while eating in the living room, and the evening views were just perfect. When we couldn't find the switch for a light, the concierge responded incredibly quickly. We'll definitely be back for our next vacation!"

"Environment: Staying at this villa in Shanwei was a wonderful surprise! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The villa's interior is stylishly decorated. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and I slept incredibly well. The living room is large, and our whole family chatted, sang karaoke, played mahjong, and had a barbecue there – the atmosphere was fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the utensils and seasonings were very thoughtful; buying groceries and cooking ourselves was convenient and fun, much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The host was also super nice and answered all my questions. The surrounding area is also very convenient; you don't have to go far to buy things or eat. In short, this villa greatly enhanced my trip to Shanwei, and I will definitely choose it again next time. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Shanwei!"

"The design is great! The triple tatami room can be combined or kept separate, and it's very spacious with a living room. It's clean, and the sheets and duvet covers were all fresh. There's plenty of parking, which is really convenient compared to hotels in the city center. There are also many dining options downstairs. The location is good too; you can see the sea from the room, and it's just a short walk to the beach. The service is excellent; any questions were quickly and patiently answered. The facilities are good, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, it's a great place, and I would definitely come back."

"I specifically chose this apartment during my business trip to Shanwei, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and I could relax and unwind as soon as I lay down. The most delightful surprise was the sea view from the window. Waking up to the sea breeze in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening was simply breathtaking. The facilities were complete; the air conditioning and water heater heated up quickly, the bathroom was odor-free, and the toiletries were of high quality. The owner was warm and attentive, responding promptly to any needs and even providing helpful recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing routes. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance of the beach. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanwei, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

The guest room can see the sunrise or sunset on the sea, which is the best choice for leisure vacation and business negotiation.
"The apartment building is not close to the sea, and there is a parking space in front of the building. The formalities are handled in the house facing the street. The room is managed by the owner and is apartment-style. The room size is OK, the terrace is relatively large, and there is a washing machine. However, there are two buildings in front that block part of the view. The sanitary conditions are too poor, the furniture and appliances are old, the towels are disposable, and the slippers seem to have not been washed. The soles are worn thin. There are no disposable slippers, and there is no restaurant. However, there are many small shops downstairs, the food stalls are brightly lit at night, fireworks and firecrackers on the coastline illuminate the night sky, and the lights of the Hilton Hotel not far away are dim and artistic."

"The room offers direct sea views, exactly as pictured. It's just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Facilities are complete, and the bedding is clean and tidy. Customer service was excellent; every restaurant they recommended served delicious food. Although it's a 10-15 minute drive from the city center, it's very convenient for those with a car. The only drawback was a strong odor in the bathroom. Opening the window helped, but the smell returned once closed. The hotel staff has promised to address this, and I hope future guests will have a more comfortable stay."
