This hotel was a fantastic choice for our family trip, especially during the May Day holiday. The staff were super helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions. Breakfast was healthy and delicious with plenty of variety. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch – even the hallways were clutter-free! The staff were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive without being intrusive. A huge bonus was the free self-service coffee bar on the first floor with excellent tea bags and coffee. They also had a small selection of snacks for purchase, which was really convenient. The self-service laundry was a lifesaver, and the front desk staff were always ready to assist. It's clear they put a lot of thought into guest comfort. Highly recommend this place for families!

What a pleasant surprise! The hygiene was exceptional, the room was spacious and bright, and all the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The service was warm and attentive; any issues were resolved promptly. Plus, the location was convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

This business trip back home left me extremely dissatisfied with both the service and facilities. Since the hotel opened, I've returned two or three times a year and always stayed at this hotel. Previously, the service and cleanliness were impeccable, especially the service, which made me feel very comfortable. This time, however, the experience was completely different. First, the unfamiliar receptionist was unresponsive, unenthusiastic, impatient, unprofessional, and inadequate in answering questions. The entire communication process was incredibly frustrating; I almost couldn't resist asking the person next to me to help me with check-in. It completely shattered my impression of the hotel. Later, when I encountered her in the hallway on the check-in floor, I could sense her resentment towards my annoyance; she didn't even offer a greeting. Second, the cleanliness was lacking. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests and booming business, the hotel couldn't maintain its previous quality; everything was sloppy, and the elevator reeked of smoke. Finally, something I've been wanting to mention: the pillows were too soft and lacked support, making it difficult to fall asleep.

This was my first time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott, and I was feeling a bit low on blood sugar because I hadn't had breakfast. The hotel thoughtfully brought me a banana, which was such wonderful service! I'm so grateful for their warm hospitality. The facilities are relatively new, clean, and very quiet, so I had an excellent rest. My favorite part was definitely the hotel's five-star breakfast buffet – the variety of dishes was extensive and delicious, and the setting was elegant and upscale. From now on, when I'm on business in Haifeng, I'll be staying at Courtyard. A big thank you again to the hotel staff!

A must-stay hotel for business trips to Haifeng. I've stayed at Wyndham and the newly opened Courtyard, but I feel that they just rely on the brand. Whether it's service, especially the decoration level and quality experience, they can't compare with VIP hotels at all. This time I stayed there and they even upgraded my room type. I've been to so many cities on business trips, and this hotel is really a very good hotel. Recommended!

Location & Transportation: Is it close to a subway station, attractions, or shopping areas? How convenient is it to get around? Hygiene: How clean is the room? How comfortable are the beds? What about bathroom details like wet/dry separation and the absence of odors? Service Attitude: How efficient is the front desk? How friendly and responsive are the staff, for example, with luggage assistance and problem-solving?

We stayed in Shanwei for a couple of nights and picked this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel also offered self serve laundry, buffet breakfast (for purchase), and a small gym. Two complaints - we did see a cockroach (which was promptly dealt with), and the smoke smell in rooms. It would be very good if they could designate smoke free rooms. Overall i would recommend

The room is large, clean, and the big bed is comfortable. I have rented this hotel many times. There are many restaurants. I highly recommend it. The 㩗程 app is also highly recommended. It is very convenient and fast. There are many delicious foods in Shanwei and Haifeng. You can go there.

The room is big. Not crowded at all. Convenient transportation But the health situation needs to be strengthened, there are cockroaches, let me come to clean up the room for a few hours and not come. The supporting facilities are old, the hair dryer is old-fashioned, there is no bathrobe, children's toothbrush, etc.!

The room environment is very good, with a good view at the door. The service is also good. The air conditioner was turned on early and they helped to move the luggage. Welcome fruit and barbecue dinner were given, which was enough for three people. Three people booked a loft room. A suggestion is that the loft does not have air conditioning. It is still very hot and stuffy with fans. It is impossible to sleep at night in summer. It should be good in winter. Fortunately, there is a sofa to sleep on. It is recommended that the toilet should have a towel rack and a curtain. Although it is a family, it is still inconvenient to have a completely transparent toilet and bathroom.
