This hotel was a fantastic choice for our family trip, especially during the May Day holiday. The staff were super helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions. Breakfast was healthy and delicious with plenty of variety. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch – even the hallways were clutter-free! The staff were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive without being intrusive. A huge bonus was the free self-service coffee bar on the first floor with excellent tea bags and coffee. They also had a small selection of snacks for purchase, which was really convenient. The self-service laundry was a lifesaver, and the front desk staff were always ready to assist. It's clear they put a lot of thought into guest comfort. Highly recommend this place for families!

The front desk service was excellent; they even helped me with a late check-out. They also gave me a souvenir when I checked out. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Haifeng. Thumbs up!

This business trip back home left me extremely dissatisfied with both the service and facilities. Since the hotel opened, I've returned two or three times a year and always stayed at this hotel. Previously, the service and cleanliness were impeccable, especially the service, which made me feel very comfortable. This time, however, the experience was completely different. First, the unfamiliar receptionist was unresponsive, unenthusiastic, impatient, unprofessional, and inadequate in answering questions. The entire communication process was incredibly frustrating; I almost couldn't resist asking the person next to me to help me with check-in. It completely shattered my impression of the hotel. Later, when I encountered her in the hallway on the check-in floor, I could sense her resentment towards my annoyance; she didn't even offer a greeting. Second, the cleanliness was lacking. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests and booming business, the hotel couldn't maintain its previous quality; everything was sloppy, and the elevator reeked of smoke. Finally, something I've been wanting to mention: the pillows were too soft and lacked support, making it difficult to fall asleep.

This was my first time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott, and I was feeling a bit low on blood sugar because I hadn't had breakfast. The hotel thoughtfully brought me a banana, which was such wonderful service! I'm so grateful for their warm hospitality. The facilities are relatively new, clean, and very quiet, so I had an excellent rest. My favorite part was definitely the hotel's five-star breakfast buffet – the variety of dishes was extensive and delicious, and the setting was elegant and upscale. From now on, when I'm on business in Haifeng, I'll be staying at Courtyard. A big thank you again to the hotel staff!

I didn't expect that my hometown Haifeng has such a good value for money hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. We didn't enjoy the stove-cooked tea set, but we were given two boxes of milk and snacks. Because we arrived early at noon, the front desk girl was very enthusiastic to upgrade our room, but the room by the road is still quite noisy at night. I hope that next time I go back, they can arrange a quiet room for us. The breakfast is very good, with hometown special snacks such as vegetable buns, millet, etc.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a shopping mall, with a few children's entertainment facilities. It is also close to Walmart and a Chinese restaurant for breakfast. it's within walking distance to the harbor side and 二馬路walking street. The hotel itself is classic but new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is normal and average. with basic porridge, fruit, Chinese dishes and vegetables, western breakfast, egg, coffee, tea, etc. Posh outlook and inside. I love it and will definately will come back for next visit. 飯店位於市中心，毗鄰購物中心，設有一些兒童娛樂和設施。它也靠近沃爾瑪和中餐館，可以吃早餐。步行即可到達港口和二馬路步行街。酒店本身很經典但很新，乾淨且寬敞。早餐很正常，普通。有基本粥，水果，中餐，蔬菜，西式早餐，蛋，咖啡，茶等。 外觀和內裝都很豪華。我很喜歡它並且下次一定會再來。

Kelly Yi at the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded our room, even providing a complimentary breakfast for our child. Thumbs up! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone.

The supporting facilities are old, the hair dryer is old-fashioned, there is no bathrobe, children's toothbrush, etc.!

The location of the B&B is very good, and the design of the room is also beautiful. However, the management and service of the B&B greatly reduce the overall experience. First of all, the parking of the B&B is very chaotic. There is no guidance when checking in, and there is no sign in the B&B. In addition to the chaotic parking, there are also trucks coming in and out. Second, the housekeeper is indifferent when checking in, and he is indifferent to people. When no one is around, he basically hides in the corner sofa to play with his mobile phone or wears headphones. Third, the room lacks maintenance (the door lock of one room is broken, and one curtain cannot be drawn. Finally, the housekeeper helped to change the room). Finally, the hot pot with meat sent by the booking room feels like it has been in the refrigerator for many years. I really dare not eat it. Fortunately, I brought my own hot pot side dishes.
