This hotel was a fantastic choice for our family trip, especially during the May Day holiday. The staff were super helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions. Breakfast was healthy and delicious with plenty of variety. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch – even the hallways were clutter-free! The staff were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive without being intrusive. A huge bonus was the free self-service coffee bar on the first floor with excellent tea bags and coffee. They also had a small selection of snacks for purchase, which was really convenient. The self-service laundry was a lifesaver, and the front desk staff were always ready to assist. It's clear they put a lot of thought into guest comfort. Highly recommend this place for families!

What a pleasant surprise! The hygiene was exceptional, the room was spacious and bright, and all the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The service was warm and attentive; any issues were resolved promptly. Plus, the location was convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

This business trip back home left me extremely dissatisfied with both the service and facilities. Since the hotel opened, I've returned two or three times a year and always stayed at this hotel. Previously, the service and cleanliness were impeccable, especially the service, which made me feel very comfortable. This time, however, the experience was completely different. First, the unfamiliar receptionist was unresponsive, unenthusiastic, impatient, unprofessional, and inadequate in answering questions. The entire communication process was incredibly frustrating; I almost couldn't resist asking the person next to me to help me with check-in. It completely shattered my impression of the hotel. Later, when I encountered her in the hallway on the check-in floor, I could sense her resentment towards my annoyance; she didn't even offer a greeting. Second, the cleanliness was lacking. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests and booming business, the hotel couldn't maintain its previous quality; everything was sloppy, and the elevator reeked of smoke. Finally, something I've been wanting to mention: the pillows were too soft and lacked support, making it difficult to fall asleep.

This was my first time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott, and I was feeling a bit low on blood sugar because I hadn't had breakfast. The hotel thoughtfully brought me a banana, which was such wonderful service! I'm so grateful for their warm hospitality. The facilities are relatively new, clean, and very quiet, so I had an excellent rest. My favorite part was definitely the hotel's five-star breakfast buffet – the variety of dishes was extensive and delicious, and the setting was elegant and upscale. From now on, when I'm on business in Haifeng, I'll be staying at Courtyard. A big thank you again to the hotel staff!

The hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a shopping mall, with a few children's entertainment facilities. It is also close to Walmart and a Chinese restaurant for breakfast. it's within walking distance to the harbor side and 二馬路walking street. The hotel itself is classic but new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is normal and average. with basic porridge, fruit, Chinese dishes and vegetables, western breakfast, egg, coffee, tea, etc. Posh outlook and inside. I love it and will definately will come back for next visit. 飯店位於市中心，毗鄰購物中心，設有一些兒童娛樂和設施。它也靠近沃爾瑪和中餐館，可以吃早餐。步行即可到達港口和二馬路步行街。酒店本身很經典但很新，乾淨且寬敞。早餐很正常，普通。有基本粥，水果，中餐，蔬菜，西式早餐，蛋，咖啡，茶等。 外觀和內裝都很豪華。我很喜歡它並且下次一定會再來。

A must-stay hotel for business trips to Haifeng. I've stayed at Wyndham and the newly opened Courtyard, but I feel that they just rely on the brand. Whether it's service, especially the decoration level and quality experience, they can't compare with VIP hotels at all. This time I stayed there and they even upgraded my room type. Let's start with the positives: Front desk agent Joy provided excellent service, the hygiene was good, the room had great soundproofing, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Now for the negatives: 1. Facilities are incomplete and outdated. First, there's no delivery robot, so food deliveries aren't brought to the room, requiring self-pickup, which is inconvenient for guests. Second, the TV facilities are old-fashioned; it's not a smart TV, so you can't stream movies or cast your screen. Lastly, the lights aren't controlled by smart voice commands, and there's no master switch. This means you have to go around turning off each light individually before bed, and the bathroom light needs to be turned off at the door. 2. Room types are unclear. This time, I stayed in a Deluxe King Room. Since it's a 'Deluxe King Room,' it should definitely be different from a standard King Room, but I honestly couldn't tell what the difference was, and it cost over 100 yuan more. Plus, the room design is very strange. I remember when I stayed in a standard King Room before, you'd open the door to a long corridor with a small, flickering light that disrupted sleep. This time, I thought I'd book a deluxe room, but the toilet and shower face the bed directly. I'm not sure what makes this 'deluxe' or where the extra 100+ yuan went.

It is recommended that the toilet should have a towel rack and a curtain. Although it is a family, it is still inconvenient to have a completely transparent toilet and bathroom.
