Overall satisfied, but cleanliness needs improvement. Martin Chen, who helped me check in, was skilled, fast, and incredibly friendly! He was very attentive! When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

Hotel location is very good, very close to Suibao. The front desk said that I had upgraded and the window was quiet to the yard. The room is quite big, quiet and tidy, as shown in the on-site photo. I think it is good.

I stayed at this hotel for two consecutive nights, and its location is incredibly easy to find! The daytime view is surprisingly stunning, offering a much wider perspective. The distant Lotus Mountain range meanders beautifully, truly a fantastic spot nestled by the mountains and facing the water! The lovely breakfast instantly put me in a great mood! Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Shanwei was an experience far beyond my expectations! 🏨 The hotel boasts an excellent location right by Pinqing Lake, with immediate access to the mangrove beach and expansive sea views. 🌊 The room was spacious and bright, designed with elements of Hailufeng culture, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. 😴 The breakfast offered a rich variety, with authentic local beef brisket粿条 (kuetiau) and aromatic coffee. ☕️ The front desk service was warm and attentive; they even specially provided a latex pillow, showing their excellent attention to detail. 💯 Although the TV currently doesn't support screen casting, which is a minor drawback, the overall value for money is exceptional. It's an ideal choice for either business trips or leisure vacations, and I highly recommend it! ✨

We were upgraded to a family room, which was very spacious with a large 1.8-meter bed and a smaller bed, perfect for families with children. I really liked the simple and elegant decor of the room. Although the balcony didn't offer a sea view, it was lovely to enjoy the sea breeze, and we could even see fireworks on the beach at night from there. The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, but there's an inflatable castle for kids to play in the water, which my child absolutely loved and went to for two consecutive days. However, the indoor soft play area was quite small, and my child quickly lost interest. Also, children over 1.2 meters had to pay extra for the hotel's breakfast buffet, which was a bit of a letdown.

It's quite close to the beach, about a 3-minute walk away. There's a convenience store, food stalls, and restaurants downstairs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with views of the beach and sea from both the balcony and windows. You can also enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the waves from the balcony, making it perfect for a vacation. The customer service was excellent.
