"The location was great, it was a bit outside of the center, easily to reach by car, and lots of options for public transport. We booked two rooms for two nights, in one of the rooms the heating was broken, which was a big issue since it was freezing and snowing outside with temperatures of -3°C. We reported the broken heating to the staff a total of 3 times, they ””noted it” but didn't do anything. We were not booked into another room with working heating, neither did we get a discount or (partial) refund. Overall would have been an OK stay, if it wasn't for the broken heating."

"The view is genuinely worth it! Our room overlooked the Paris skyline with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower, making every morning and evening feel special. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with Bus 30 stopping in front of the hotel entrance and providing a direct route to the Eiffel Tower. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, including Monoprix and K-Mart (asian grocery), as well as a number of shops and department stores. If you are into local farmers' market Marché Grenelle on Sundays is 10min walk from the aparthotel. The metro and RER stations are also close by, making it easy to explore Paris. If you enjoy walking, the pleasant stroll along the Seine River to the Eiffel Tower is highly recommended. The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was functional and well-equipped for regular cooking. Do note that the hotel does not provide basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, or pepper, so you may need to purchase these yourself. The cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils were all clean and adequate for our needs. Although housekeeping is not provided for stays shorter than one week, we managed well. There is a rubbish disposal room on every floor, making daily waste disposal convenient. They also provided the broom & vacum cleaner. The hotel also supplied sufficient dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, and other essentials for the week. The only item we needed to replenish ourselves was the coffee capsules. Expect the room to come with some wear and tear. The main downside was the lift situation. During our stay, only two of the four lifts were operational, serving two towers with more than 20 floors each. As a result, waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours and check-in/check-out periods. We experienced a wait of approximately 20 minutes for the lift on arrival, which was frustrating after a long journey. Overall, despite the lift inconvenience, the excellent location, stunning Eiffel Tower views, spacious rooms, and practical apartment-style facilities made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again."

"Narrow entrance to room. Room size just nice for 2 large luggage. Clean n comfy bed. Soft n medium size pillows. Clean n new towels. Complete kitchenette. Provided 2 in 1 hair shampoo/conditioner. No body lotion. No toiletries etc provided/available upon request. No daily house keeping. Strong water pressure. Bathroom floor will get wet/flood after every shower. Fresh towels exchangable at front desk as informed during check in. However, some staff were not aware during my encounter. Poor reflection of service since it is a practice for citadines yet counter staff ain't aware of it. A senior lady staff able to converse chinese/Mandarin fluently. Laundry room at ground floor. €5per wash n €4 per dryer. Complementary coffee at lobby. Location is ok n easy to reach various attractions. Bars around the corner. Grocers n Asian eateries are 5 to 10mins walk. Not suitable for those with large luggage to travel by metro to reach Citadines. No lift. The escalator had been out of service by days. Most of the metros in Paris are not large-luggage friendly. No lifts or escalators. Best to arrive here with Uber coz either u ve to climb slope or some stairs depending from where u r coming from before u reach the hotel entrance. Friendly staff. Had a good stay anyways..."

"Everything was great – clean and cozy, and the metro is super convenient, just steps away. The tower is within walking distance, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. For those worried about metro noise, it doesn't run at night, so you can explore during the day and sleep soundly at night! :)"

"This is my 7th stay, and I'm never disappointed. It's very comfortable, but the only downside is the lack of conditioner. I'd recommend against choosing housekeeping for short stays. The TV has Netflix, and the subway station is just across the street, a 7-minute walk to the city center, which is very convenient."

"The room was decent, and the price was excellent. There's a good restaurant right across the street, which was very convenient for meals. It's also within walking distance to Metro Line 1, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Plus, having a private garage made parking super easy for those driving."

"I stayed here for about a week because I had business nearby and wanted a hotel with a kitchen. I took a taxi from Charles de Gaulle Airport to the hotel upon arrival. On my departure day, I checked out, left my luggage for some sightseeing, and then returned to take the taxi that I had arranged during check-out to the airport. In every interaction, the staff was incredibly kind and made my stay very comfortable and stress-free. While it's a bit far from central Paris, the metro station is right in front of the hotel, and there are restaurants, bakeries, and a Monoprix nearby, which is super convenient. The photo shows the view from my room window. I edited out some luggage in front of the bed in the room photos, but I hope they're still helpful!"

"I chose this hotel with my three almost-adult children. Its location is the biggest advantage, right by the Seine River, a few hundred meters from Notre Dame Cathedral. The Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Musée de l'Orangerie, Place de la Concorde, and Musée d'Orsay were all within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a Carrefour supermarket. The hotel lobby offers complimentary hot water, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, and more. It rained during our stay, and coming back to the hotel for a hot chocolate or tea was incredibly comforting. We booked a one-bedroom apartment. The bed in the bedroom was larger than 1.3 meters, feeling almost as big as a king-sized bed. The sofa bed in the living room opened up into two separate single beds, which was great. The only minor drawback was that one of the beds made quite a bit of noise when turning over. The open-plan kitchen had ample utensils, and we could easily make simple meals after buying some oil and salt. Frying eggs and cooking instant noodles was no problem – my 'Chinese stomach' simply can't handle Western food all the time. The bathroom had a clothes dryer, and a hairdryer and iron were also provided. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but disposable slippers were available, though of average quality. We didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There's a bakery not far downstairs where fresh croissants were 1.4 euros, which was quite good value. All in all, if you're traveling as a family, have a 'Chinese stomach,' and aren't rolling in money, I'd recommend it."

"Very nice room with a kitchen included, I would definitely come back. The only downside was that there was no change of sheets and towels, which is necessary for long stays because you can't go to a laundry service. The hotel itself is very nice, in a good area, and very close to the metro."
