"This hotel was clean, modern and in a great area. The staff was amazing. So friendly, accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again. We were ages 39-79 and had a great stay!"

"I chose this hotel with my three almost-adult children. Its location is the biggest advantage, right by the Seine River, a few hundred meters from Notre Dame Cathedral. The Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Musée de l'Orangerie, Place de la Concorde, and Musée d'Orsay were all within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a Carrefour supermarket. The hotel lobby offers complimentary hot water, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, and more. It rained during our stay, and coming back to the hotel for a hot chocolate or tea was incredibly comforting. We booked a one-bedroom apartment. The bed in the bedroom was larger than 1.3 meters, feeling almost as big as a king-sized bed. The sofa bed in the living room opened up into two separate single beds, which was great. The only minor drawback was that one of the beds made quite a bit of noise when turning over. The open-plan kitchen had ample utensils, and we could easily make simple meals after buying some oil and salt. Frying eggs and cooking instant noodles was no problem – my 'Chinese stomach' simply can't handle Western food all the time. The bathroom had a clothes dryer, and a hairdryer and iron were also provided. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but disposable slippers were available, though of average quality. We didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There's a bakery not far downstairs where fresh croissants were 1.4 euros, which was quite good value. All in all, if you're traveling as a family, have a 'Chinese stomach,' and aren't rolling in money, I'd recommend it."

"Great location, perfect for families who need the use of the oven or the fridge for babies like I needed to heat milk and wash baby bottles. The hotel can do with slight maintenance as the wardrobe door was broken, the bin was broken and some meltal thing was coming off the fridge that ripped my dress. It says parking was available but we had to pay for it."

"The hotel is located in a residential area. Very quiet and grocery stores and bakeries in the area. Easy connections for travel to the city center, tram T2 from Belvedere station (5 min walking) to La Defense subway station and M1 to the city. Clean rooms, clean and spacious bathroom. The only downside was the chairs aspect (studio apartment), the upholstery was damaged and I don’t understand why they didn’t fix it. It’s a minor issue but with high impact when you enter the room. Otherwise, everything perfect."

"I had a great stay at ZOKU! The staff were kind, the rooms were clean and modern, and the hotel had everything I needed. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city centre, but the metro station Port de Clichy is nearby, which makes getting around quite easy. Overall, it was a very good experience and I’d likely stay here again."

"Pros The location is convenient and well suited for sightseeing. The hot water is warm and has good pressure, making it relaxing to use. The room is cleaned every day, so it stays very clean. When there is a problem, calling the staff results in polite and helpful support. Cons The kitchen was broken, so I was unable to cook during my stay. Even when I had issues, the AI responses were repetitive and unhelpful, which was frustrating. The ceiling was thin and creaky, making it difficult to sleep."

"Big surprise, one bedroom and one living room suite is very large, very clean and there is a kitchen, the price is not expensive, the price is super high, it is highly recommended, the breakfast is particularly delicious."

"Room and bathroom spacious because adapted for PRM. However bathroom window closes badly so bathroom very cool. The carpet of the corridor is discolored in places and that of the room could have been cleaned better. 1 spoon for two people"

"The room was spacious with a separate wet and dry area, perfect for the three of us! It's very close to the Eiffel Tower, about a 15-minute walk along the Seine River, which offers great photo opportunities of the tower. There's a large supermarket near the hotel that's open until 11 PM, which was perfect for last-minute shopping on our final day. Across from the hotel, there's a Korean restaurant; the ginseng chicken soup truly saved my stomach. Picture 1 shows the drive to the hotel; Picture 2 is the view from our room."
