"The view is genuinely worth it! Our room overlooked the Paris skyline with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower, making every morning and evening feel special. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with Bus 30 stopping in front of the hotel entrance and providing a direct route to the Eiffel Tower. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, including Monoprix and K-Mart (asian grocery), as well as a number of shops and department stores. If you are into local farmers' market Marché Grenelle on Sundays is 10min walk from the aparthotel. The metro and RER stations are also close by, making it easy to explore Paris. If you enjoy walking, the pleasant stroll along the Seine River to the Eiffel Tower is highly recommended. The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was functional and well-equipped for regular cooking. Do note that the hotel does not provide basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, or pepper, so you may need to purchase these yourself. The cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils were all clean and adequate for our needs. Although housekeeping is not provided for stays shorter than one week, we managed well. There is a rubbish disposal room on every floor, making daily waste disposal convenient. They also provided the broom & vacum cleaner. The hotel also supplied sufficient dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, and other essentials for the week. The only item we needed to replenish ourselves was the coffee capsules. Expect the room to come with some wear and tear. The main downside was the lift situation. During our stay, only two of the four lifts were operational, serving two towers with more than 20 floors each. As a result, waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours and check-in/check-out periods. We experienced a wait of approximately 20 minutes for the lift on arrival, which was frustrating after a long journey. Overall, despite the lift inconvenience, the excellent location, stunning Eiffel Tower views, spacious rooms, and practical apartment-style facilities made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again."

"Very nice room with a kitchen included, I would definitely come back. The only downside was that there was no change of sheets and towels, which is necessary for long stays because you can't go to a laundry service. The hotel itself is very nice, in a good area, and very close to the metro."

"The location is very good. Only 50.m from the Champs Elysées, the lobby is directly the door to the room. When the box is opened, it is difficult to move around in the basic room. The room is small. The service is good."

"Most reviews said the location in the courtyard was hard to find, but it was actually quite easy; the driver dropped us right at the entrance. The lobby had a slightly strong perfume smell. The biggest issue was the room itself. We booked a quad room, but it only had one bed made of two single beds pushed together and a single sofa. But that wasn't the worst part. The most uncomfortable thing was that the room was divided into two by a sliding door, so the ”living room” (the other separated room) was completely open to the kitchen, and the kitchen's ventilation couldn't be turned off, making noise all night. The only convenient thing was the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. I completely forgot to take photos, but that's basically the room layout."

"This is definitely a great value-for-money hotel in Paris. The room size was the largest I've ever stayed in for this price point. It's incredibly convenient with a metro station right downstairs, and the surrounding area is very quiet. Although the breakfast selection isn't vast, the quality is good overall. It's a solid choice whether you're traveling for leisure or business."

"1. There's a supermarket right in front, which is convenient for buying groceries. 2. The presence of many Asians nearby made me feel more at ease. 3. The subway station is very close, which is convenient, but there's also quite a bit of noise. 4. The elevator is a bit small; it gets full with two 28-inch suitcases and two people. The downsides aren't significant, and the proximity to the supermarket and subway station is a huge advantage. I'm very likely to visit again."

"The structure is well positioned and very careful, is close to the metro, information to access the apartment is accurate (messages are also arrived via whatsapp) and there are links to see what the surroundings offers (advice where to dine, make spending, etc ... really very useful). We found snack and coffee in the apartment, it would be the top if there were also bottles of water. The only sin is the check-out time (10:00), they give you the possibility to delay check-out, but of course pay-out and there is no possibility to leave the baggage in the facility because there is no reception. They also suggest where to leave the baggage that opens after the check-out time (so you are obliged to pay at least half an hour or one hour to delay check-out ... we preferred to arrive at the airport before and it was a pity not to be able to to visit the roads of Paris)"

"The room was very well-equipped, with cooking utensils provided, and the dishwasher was a big plus; however, the air conditioning and heating systems kept turning off automatically, and the heater wouldn't turn on. After we reported this, the hotel provided breakfast for us one day because the repairs didn't take place until after check-out! Very nice! 👍🏻"
