"The room was very clean and even had a small kitchen with spotless and well-equipped utensils. The bathroom facilities were new, with perfect water temperature and pressure, and the shower water didn't splash out, which I was very pleased with. The surroundings were also quite quiet, and it wasn't far from the subway station."

"This is an apartment, the room has a palm computer, you can book the room for breakfast the next day; the room type is on the top floor, enjoy the top terrace alone, the view is very wide; whether you are on the oversized terrace or lying on the bed, you will see the Acropolis; the hotel elevator can directly access the room; A bottle of rose sparkling wine is also given, allowing you and your family to carry wine to ascend, look far and enjoy the scenery under the lively night of the old town. The only flaw is that the room type does not have a mobile phone charging usb socket and needs a converter. The room also has a hot water bottle, coffee maker, safe, etc. The hotel is in the old town, surrounded by many restaurants and bars, very lively. It will be a bit noisy on weekends, and it is recommended to wear earplugs if you don't sleep well."

"The hotel was very clean and quiet. I was very satisfied with my stay. The only issue was that the PIN code didn't work when I arrived late. I called the hotel manager and the problem was quickly resolved. If I'm ever in this area again, I will definitely choose this hotel. The location felt safe, clean, and pleasant. "It was our first day in Athens and this place offer all the right accomodation. The location is in walking distance from Acropolis in 10-15mins. We forgot to take a photo of the place but it is very spacious for 3 people and perfect for a group. Having indoor slippers are the best because we are not used to wearing footwears at home. lol also it is really nice and quiet while sleeping because you rarely hear noise from the street. The water heating button is something you need to get used to but we learned that turning on water heater is pretty norm in airbnb/private lodgings. The owner/manager JingJing was extremely helpful and answers back immediately. We were looking for a place to keep our luggage for a couple of days and she kept our luggages with reasonable price. If you have any question around service & local information, she'll be helping you."

"The hotel's location was great – relatively quiet and safe, with restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes all nearby, plus the subway is close. The living room, bedroom, and bathroom are all spacious, and the air conditioning works well, making for a comfortable stay. It's an optimal place if you plan to cook your own meals, as it's well-equipped with a microwave, hot plate, dishes, fruit knives, and even detergent. However, there isn't a separate reception, so it's best to call ahead. Also, please double-check the hotel's phone number as the one listed on the Trip.com reservation is incorrect."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Incanto Boutique Suites in Mets. Our room had an incredible view of the Acropolis which made the stay feel really special, waking up and being able to see the Acropolis from our room was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. The private Jacuzzi was amazing and was the perfect way to relax after a day exploring Athens. The room itself was beautiful, modern, comfortable and very well maintained. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the staff. They were extremely friendly welcoming and helpful, and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality genuinely made us feel well looked after. The combination of the amazing Acropolis view, fantastic private Jacuzzi, beautiful accommodation and wonderful staff made this a truly memorable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Incanto Boutique Suites to anyone visiting Athens!"

"The location is great, within walking distance of Athens' attractions. The breakfast selection isn't very varied, but the food is delicious, and the breakfast lady is very kind. The front desk staff was extremely rude! !!! Arrogant and rude! !!! We arrived quite early, around 8:45 AM. Two ladies (whom I didn't know at the time, thinking they were the B&B owners, later learned they were the breakfast ladies) checked in with us. I asked if we could check in earlier, but was told that their check-out time was before 11 AM. We had to wait, and they would contact us three hours later if a room was available. Four hours later, around 12:30 PM, I went to the B&B to confirm my check-in. When I arrived, there was a woman leaning against the doorway smoking. I walked straight in. No one was at the front desk. After two hellos, one of the women I mentioned earlier came out. I asked if I could check in. While I was talking, I heard a hello behind me. Because I was talking to the woman, I didn't look back and ignored her. Then, my nightmare began. The hellos behind me grew louder and louder until they drowned out our conversation. I had to look back and saw it was the woman who had been smoking at the door. She angrily asked what was going on. After asking again about my check-in time, she bluntly replied, ”No rooms available. No, I have to wait until 3 PM.” Another staff member came over, and after a few words, she replied, ”It's 1 PM, check-in time.” After confirming my check-in time, she turned and left, intending to come back when it was time. At that moment, the staff member who had been smoking at the door slammed her keys onto the table and began speaking in Greek. Even if I couldn't understand Greek, I could sense her deep hostility. I was so angry that I called Ctrip to complain. As a result, when we went to check in, she questioned me about why I'd complained about her and wouldn't check us in. She rolled her eyes and slammed her pen on the table. When I asked her why, she said she was tired! !!!!!! We stayed two nights in a row, but they didn't arrange for room cleaning on the second day! !!! Someone this irritable and unprofessional should definitely not work in the service industry.
