Although I encountered a few minor issues during the process (such as small details during check-in or minor facility problems), the staff handled them relatively proactively, which didn't significantly affect my overall mood. The room design is modern and new, with ample space, and the bedding is very comfortable. The downstairs facilities and convenience store are also very convenient. What's most commendable is that the extra services (such as an extra bed, late check-out, or room upgrade) are very reasonably priced and a great value for money! All in all, the minor flaws don't overshadow the positives, and it's still highly recommended for its price point."

"This hotel is located in the heart of Ipoh, conveniently close to both the train station and the airport. Overall, it's quite clean. I'd likely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The staff were also very friendly."

"It's not a bad place to stay but the food around the block isn't to everyone's taste so you will need a car to appreciate the place fully. A car park is supplied when requested but there is no internal entry to the lobby or building from the car park. So you need to walk outside the building and make a semi circle to get back to the entry door. So when checking in n the host recommends that you offload the luggage first and then drive the car into the car park. Overall not a bad place to stay. We inadvertently left a couple of small items behind and the host was very quick to let us know via photo in WhatsApp. Owner is also very easy to communicate with."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room floor was a little dusty, but the rest of the room and common areas were clean. The gym facilities are good and well-equipped. There is also a swimming pool, although the design seems more suitable for relaxing, playing in the water, or taking photos rather than actual swimming. Free parking is available, which is a nice bonus. The kitchen utensils were new and clean, and the room was also equipped with a fridge and microwave, making it convenient for longer stays. The best part is definitely the mini mart on the ground floor. It offers a good variety of groceries, food and beverages, and the prices are quite reasonable. Very convenient if you need to grab something without leaving the property."

"The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking."

"We had an overall pleasant stay. Check in and out is straightforward and easy. Response is prompt. Location is good, walking distance to the mall. Eateries nearby. The unit is fairly clean and neat. Bedding is quite comfortable. Good for families. The only downside is the toilets are very small and cramp. Parking area is quite deserted."

"This is a very new guesthouse. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The pool is fantastic, with beautiful views of the distant racecourse. It's also very close to the city center, airport, and train station. The service is excellent, making it a highly recommended place to stay. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit."

"I really enjoyed my stay, mainly due to the fantastic location so close to Ipoh’s city center. The furniture and facilities are in pristine, new condition (opened 2026), which made for a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, there were two disappointing details: 1. The toothpaste was unusable. The cap couldn't pierce the foil seal and snapped off when we applied pressure. Both of our sets had this design flaw. 2. Trip.com shows the wrong location; it sent us to the neighboring apartment instead of this one, making it stressful to find the exact location. Everything else was great, and I would come back, but I hope these two issues are fixed soon."

"Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up."
