GGuest UserVery good location, close to Train station and bus interchange (can take bus to Chamonix or some other destinations), and quite some restaurants surrounding, so easy for dinning. Very friendly front desk staff, provide us city map and introduce how to go to the landmark, informed us can get free boat ticket at Geniva Lake with our booking and sent to us thru email. Room is clean. Overall recommended!

HHammalAmiriWe were quite disappointed in our stay at Hotel Eden, but first the positives; Let us check in early Priced competitively for Geneva Negatives; We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace. The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken. The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday. This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years

GGuest UserWe arrived early at 9am and front desk staff is kind to allow check in upon checking there are rooms availabilty. The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 tram stop away from Cornavin Station. Walk 3 mins to Butini tram station, which can assess almost all the places of interests In Geneve. Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and friendly. GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location. It's just a few minutes' flat walk from the train station, and the lake is also easily reachable within about 10 minutes on foot. There are two 4-star Manotel hotels side-by-side. One appears more contemporary. I booked this one, expecting a more traditional or classic feel. To my surprise, only the lobby had a classic European style; the rooms were very modern, likely recently renovated. Despite being a hotel, the kitchen facilities are surprisingly comprehensive and impeccably clean. We booked a triple room, which was a good size, featuring a large bed and a sofa bed. The duvet provided for the sofa bed was rather thin, but the main bed was incredibly comfortable. The room came with a good selection of amenities, including slippers, shower caps, cotton swabs, toiletries, and coffee capsules. The bathroom heating was on, but we couldn't manage to turn off the air conditioning in the room. As we arrived past 11 PM and had an early departure the next morning, we decided to just make do and get some sleep. Breakfast was quite impressive, offering a generous spread including smoked salmon, a variety of hot and cold meats, and golden kiwi fruit. The lobby also features a piano for guests' use.

GGuest UserService was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic. Her constant supervision over my shoulder was unnecessary and unpleasant. You must pick up and return the serving spoon and fork to the exact same spot; otherwise, she will come over to watch you and place them back herself. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked warmth and friendliness, their attitude falling disappointingly short of the hospitality one expects from such a highly-rated hotel.

MMuniz PedroAs a business hotel with the bare minimum, bed and shower, and convenience of being close to the airport, it's ok. The breakfast buffet at CHF32 was very good. Geneva is an expensive city per se. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up. Things to complain about: the shower doesn't have a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these ”chain/brand” hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality.

PPhimnaphaI love this room. Great location. The rooms comes with separated kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. The receptionist are very friendly. The room is newly renovated with modern style. The kitchen comes with all necessary utensils and coffee machine. You need to buy your own coffee beans tho. Will definitely choose Adagio Aparthotel for my next trip.

CChuanma613The rooms are very good. The train arrived in Geneva at midnight, and the taxi drove to Geneva in just over ten minutes. Even if you arrive late at night, the front desk staff is very welcoming. You need to pay to sit in the area on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is great!

KKamalathaI went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received. I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
