"The Four Seasons Hotel, which is located on the shore of Lake Geneva and is expensive for three nights, except for the small size of the room, the decoration has not been able to keep up. But the service is as outstanding as other Four Seasons hotels, from doormen, security guards to concierge services, front desk reception...all of them are hospitable and humble. The money is for service, location, and brand confidence. If this is not a concern... then it can be said that the rooms in this hotel are not worth living in. Regular rooms, superior rooms, and deluxe rooms are really too small, or the decoration is too old."

"It's OK, the normal standard for this brand. I read the reviews saying there is a Swiss one-day transportation card, but I didn't receive it by email. I asked for it when I checked in. They said they would send it to me, but they didn't give it to me until I checked out. Forget it, I just passed by."

I've never seen a room with a 1000 CHF deposit before; the Mandarin Oriental in Lucerne, which has much higher rates, only requires a 350 CHF deposit… The concierge was slow to respond, and it took a long time to call a taxi… I won't come back."

"This hotel apartment is perfect. It's located on the second row by the river, very convenient. The rooms are fully equipped, with a kitchen, automatic tea and coffee maker, and even a photo printer! There are two bathrooms. The service is excellent, and parking is convenient with a private underground parking garage."

"I recently spent 8 nights at the InterContinental Genève. Overall, my stay was comfortable, and there were several aspects worth mentioning. The room was quite spacious—especially for a solo traveler like me—which made it easy to settle in and relax during a longer stay. However, the décor felt a bit outdated, and there were areas with noticeable dust, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. Housekeeping visited the room every day, which I appreciated, but despite the daily service, the room still wasn’t as clean as I would expect from a hotel of this standard—particularly for an 8-night stay. Most of the front desk staff were wonderful. They were polite, attentive, and professional, and their warm service truly enhanced the experience. Unfortunately, there was one exception: a female staff member wearing thick black glasses. Her tone and attitude were not very pleasant, and her facial expressions made the interaction feel uncomfortable, which contrasted sharply with the excellent service from the rest of the team. In summary, while the spacious room—perfect for someone staying alone—and the generally outstanding service were definite positives, the outdated décor, dust, and inconsistent staff attitude are areas that could be improved. My 8-night stay was overall decent, but there is room for improvement to meet the level of quality expected from a hotel in this category."

"The service at La Reserve is very impressive! I carried my luggage down a few steps by myself, and I didn't expect the waiter to help me, but I saw someone sprinting towards me. When I entered the door, the waiter was about to turn around to do something else. As soon as I hesitated, the waiter came back and asked if I needed any service. I could feel that their service spirit was sincere and not perfunctory. Thumbs up!"

"Good hotel if you want to be on the promenade but some 30 minutes walk to the station. However hotel can help with the taxi if you need one. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Good hotel however for my feeling it’s more of a 4 stars than 5."

"This kind of old-fashioned absolute landscape hotel is actually not an ideal place to enjoy the services of a five-star hotel. Because the hotel's service attitude varies from person to person, it feels very uncomfortable and shows their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for earthlings, which is a pity! The so-called civilization and quality reveal many narrow local cultures in them. This is very out of line with Switzerland - the seat of the United Nations! Not neutral either!"
