XXushenmeyayaya帶家人來鞍山泡温泉，因為要跟朋友小聚，所以最後一天選擇了市內的酒店。挑選房間的時候就被這家的親子房吸引了，沒有任何小朋友能拒絕得了這個小帳篷。果然，女鵝見了帳篷就愛到不行，晚上更是直接不讓哄睡，自己獨立在小帳篷裏睡着啦。父母對這裏也很滿意，早餐非常豐富。前台的姐妹也很nice，看娃還小，建議我下次可以選家庭房，非常貼心！睡醒後的上午，房間裏陽光超好，隨手給女鵝捏幾張照片都很出片。下次再來鞍山，首選建國璞隱～

They were professional and efficient. They quickly helped us with our requests, making us feel at home. Because we booked the presidential suite, the ladies arranged the layout in advance and provided us with super thoughtful service. The cleaning lady in charge of this area that day was also very responsible. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were tidy, the bathroom was bright and odor-free, and the public areas were always kept clean and fresh. YYaowangcangqiong0304這週末來站前這邊玩，選擇了靠近鞍山火車站的這家如家酒店，這也是我第一次在這家酒店入住。我預訂的房型是大床房，511房間，下面針對這次入住過程説一説自己的感受。服務：辦理入住的時候，前台能夠做到準確無誤地核對訊息，也能夠快速辦理入住，同時還提醒我有窗户的房型面積比較小，我覺得這些都值得點贊。退房的時候，前台也是微笑服務，感覺非常温暖。希望酒店能夠把優質的服務繼續保持下去。然後這裏提一個小提議，就是我這次的房間是尾房，但是這一點前台沒有告知。雖然我對房間的位置不在意，尾房也無所謂，但是總會有些客人在這一方面比較挑剔，所以建議前台下次能夠提前告知一下。環境：説實話，這次入住，我對環境這一方面是最驚喜的。首先是酒店大堂，在一樓左手邊，雖然面積不大，但是很整潔，很乾凈。另外就是房間，這次的房間雖然面積不大（可能也就10平米多一點點吧），但是並沒有感覺很逼仄和壓抑，整體環境還是不錯的。然後就是酒店的位置也非常好，離鞍山站和客運站都非常近，交通很方便，周圍還有好多大商場。可能唯一一點小瑕疵就是，房間隔音不太好，晚上隔壁説話的聲音聽得比較清楚。接下來的衞生和設施兩方面做的就不夠好了，這兩方面都有比較明顯的問題。衞生：我本人對酒店衞生方面非常挑剔，這次入住，衞生條件不是很好。首先，房間燒水壺上有明顯的污漬（圖6）。其次，房間床頭有明顯的積灰（圖5）。第三點，也是我非常不能接受的一點，那就是——衞生間有蟲子，而且還是活的，而且至少有兩衹（視頻1）……我也不太確定這個蟲子是什麼，或許是小蜘蛛吧。但是不管是什麼東西，都有點兒讓我感到不適，因為我很害怕蟲子。但是當時由於下午着急外出，也沒來得及讓前台給調房。但話説回來，我不太清楚為什麼大牌連鎖酒店會把衞生搞成這個樣子，哪怕積灰多點兒我可能都能理解，但是有活物，這真的是…… 設施：這裏先説一個必須值得肯定的亮點，那就是房間內部有消防自救呼吸機（圖9）。很多同價位的酒店都沒有這個配備。這個設施雖然可能看着不起眼，但是真遇到問題會幫上大忙的，這點值得好評。還有就是，511房間的空調和熱水都很給力。然後接下來就要説説缺點了。首先，511房間的窗户啊，玻璃怎麼會幹成這樣啊（圖8）。雖然説那膠條封上了，但是看着也不美觀啊，而且房間裏漏風啊……還是希望酒店如果有條件的話，及時修復一下吧。其次，511房間牀板的木條有脱落現象（圖7）。再次，511房間馬桶蓋明顯鬆動（視頻3）。坐在上面，感覺馬桶蓋隨時要掉下來一樣。第四點就是，511房間的淋浴間的噴頭掛也是鬆動的，而且很明顯（視頻3）。晚上用完噴頭，想掛上的時候，前兩次都掉下來了，因為噴頭掛是鬆動的，所以在一些角度會掛不住。第五點，酒店一次性拖鞋的質量好像不太好。薄點兒倒無所謂，主要的是，穿上之後，走着走着，鞋底開了。之前住的酒店，都沒有出現過這一問題。最後一點就是，511房間的電視竟然不能看。這裏我説一下，有可能是因為我不會操作導致的無法正常觀看，但我是確確實實按照房間的那個遙控器使用方法的操作步驟弄的，而且弄了不下5分鐘，也沒整明白。最主要的一點就是，使用方法上寫的是，如果藍屏，調到HDMI。重點來了，電視上也沒有HDMI這個選項啊（視頻2）。我又試了一下其他的選項，結果也都是沒法看。我不知道這是怎麼一回事兒，為什麼操作步驟上面寫的和實際情況不一樣。如果是因為我沒弄明白而導致看不了，那希望酒店能夠優化操作步驟，要不然操作起來太複雜、太麻煩了。如果是因為操作步驟本身的問題，那希望酒店及時改正操作步驟上面的文字內容，不要誤導大家。以上就是我這次入住的一些體驗和想法。總的來説吧，週末，站前，品牌酒店，一晚的價錢在130元以內，也算是很便宜了。但是便宜也得有質量啊，尤其是衞生方面，怎麼有蟲子的房間還能正常售賣呢。還是希望酒店在衞生和設施方面能夠加強一些，讓自身更有性價比。
