The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. I also loved the fresh and elegant courtyard. Plus, they offer self-service laundry, which was a nice touch. Overall, a good experience.

This hotel is indeed excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room is smart, allowing you to use ”Xiaodu” to turn on the TV, which is very high-tech. Oh, and when checking in at the front desk, the staff immediately gave us two fruit platters with cream dates, ginseng fruit, and apples, all very fresh. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich and has everything, catering to all tastes. The souvenir gifted by the front desk when checking out was also a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to ”Balihe”.

Pluses 1. The girl who said good morning to me at breakfast this morning was exactly my style, plus three points. 2. The front desk guy was pretty much the same as during the livestream, plus two points. Minuses 1. This is my first time staying at a Four Seasons hotel with an interior window, minus five points. 2. No bottle of water when I checked out, minus five points. 3. The price in this small town is 288 yuan per night, almost as high as Hangzhou, minus five points. 4. Not every Four Seasons hotel has that ”whatever” painting you call a livestream room. Truly understanding the hotel experience is what you should be doing, not dwelling on the crappy corporate culture. Five points for your crappy leadership. Summary: It's fine for a quick stay if you're bored, but it's best not to choose it for business travel.

The service at Atour Hotel in Fuyang is truly excellent, and it has deeply touched me. As I just arrived here, I was unfamiliar with many apps, including the basic Didi Taxi. Ningyu at the front desk took the initiative to help me book a taxi and reminded the driver to ensure I arrived at my destination safely. It was incredibly heartwarming. During meals, I was pleasantly surprised. Following the guidance of the restaurant staff, I tried Fuyang's specialty ”Gelatio” for the first time. The rich flavor of sesame paste is still unforgettable to me—it's truly one of China's delicious cuisines, and I never expected to taste it at Atour Hotel. The soybean residue wrapped in pancakes was also incredibly fragrant.Thank you, Atour Hotel, for your thoughtful and warm service, which made me, a traveler from afar, feel the touching warmth of home. I will definitely recommend Atour Hotel to my colleagues and suggest they choose Atour when visiting China.

The room we originally booked was a bit small, so we paid extra to upgrade. The new room was very spacious with excellent facilities, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The bed was super soft and the pillows were very comfortable, though the duvet was a bit thin. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, and the Fuyang-style 'Sa Tang' (soup) tasted fantastic. The noodles at supper were delicious too. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and actively resolved any issues we had. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The room is very close to Erlijing Night Market, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the hotel. The security guard is also very enthusiastic. Overall, I have eaten a lot in Fuyang and gained several pounds in two days.

Big shout out to the hotel front desk staff! Their service was professional and incredibly welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were super fast. They were also very patient and helpful when I asked for directions and information about local facilities. They're genuinely friendly, and their attention to detail really made a difference. I had an excellent stay and highly recommend this place!

I chose this hotel during the Fuyang Marathon. Miss Yang Guo at the front desk warmly received us and learned that we were participating in the marathon. She also specially sent cards and fruits with blessings and refueling, providing full emotional value. The hotel room was clean and tidy, very quiet at night, and slept very soundly. The next day, the competition was full of spirit and the medal was won smoothly. Thank you very much Buckingham Palace, I will definitely come back next year!
