The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. I also loved the fresh and elegant courtyard. Plus, they offer self-service laundry, which was a nice touch. Overall, a good experience.

This hotel is indeed excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room is smart, allowing you to use ”Xiaodu” to turn on the TV, which is very high-tech. Oh, and when checking in at the front desk, the staff immediately gave us two fruit platters with cream dates, ginseng fruit, and apples, all very fresh. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich and has everything, catering to all tastes. The souvenir gifted by the front desk when checking out was also a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to ”Balihe”.

Self-driving Laojun Mountain went to Jiuhua Mountain, and Liyang settled in the middle of the season. The location is excellent, not far from the high-speed entrance and exit. The room was clean and quiet, and the rest quality was very high. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, good taste, and then continue to hurry after eating. Convenient parking, good service, long-distance self-driving transfer preferred, very recommended!

Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

The room is very close to Erlijing Night Market, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the hotel. The security guard is also very enthusiastic. Overall, I have eaten a lot in Fuyang and gained several pounds in two days.

Room service was prompt and meticulous, responding to requests super fast, showing thoughtfulness in every detail, which made me feel warm and comfortable the whole time. The room was spacious and bright with a well-planned layout, and all appliances and bathroom facilities were readily available. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The gym, lounge area, and other amenities are comprehensive, making it convenient whether you're relaxing or traveling. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

It is highly recommended that Fuqiang Jiayue Hotel in Fuyang. The most satisfying thing is the front desk service. The reception is polite and thoughtful. The answer to the questions is meticulous and comprehensive, and there is no perfunctory at all. The hotel is well-equipped, the parking space is sufficient, the internal facilities of the guest room are intact, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom is very clean. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It is suitable for temporary stay or long-term temporary stay. If you come to Xiangyang later, you will still choose to book our store.

Clean and hygienic, quite nice. I don't stay in hotels often, but this was at least as good as the ¥375 Four Seasons Hotel in Suzhou North. Since I have a Border Collie, the environment is great and I can bring my dog, so it's perfect.

The room as a whole meets the description, the pick-up station service is very good and convenient, the front desk service is more enthusiastic, and there are many snacks around, but the room is at the elevator exit and facing the street. It is noisy early in the morning the next day. The room is smaller than expected. The overall feeling is worthy of this price but no highlights. No problem with a short trip

The hotel has a great location, surrounded by thriving commercial areas. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The breakfast is plentiful, and the local Fuyang specialties left a deep impression. They even served complimentary stewed white fungus soup in the evening. The service was warm and attentive; Kally at the front desk proactively upgraded us to the executive floor. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.
