GGuest UserVery good stay, the room is clean and tidy without bugs, the price is very reasonable, and there is 24h WIFI and hot water, washing machine and self-catering.
It was a great experience, including two badrooms, one Bathroom, one little Living room and Kitchen, Hot water is available 24 hours a day and Self laundry available

YYoujiaxiaoAThe room was spotless, spacious, and bright. The VU Bar on the 45th floor had a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel service was excellent, and they even offered airport drop-off. My only regret is not having had time to enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

Ttats618We enjoyed the complimentary cake and the free room upgrade we got plus the complete amenities. The breakfast buffet food could be improved a little in terms of flavor, but we did love their pastries (especially the Danish)! The pool was alright but a bit too chaotic for our liking considering there were lots of kids playing around. The staff was very kind and we got to check in faster than we expected (only 7 minutes past the check-in time). Above all, we loved the view from our room â will come back again!

GGuest UserLocation wise, itâs great. Mall is walking distance. Convenience store around. The room is old compared to other hotels. The room we got have kitchenette. You can cook but not all utensils are available. Electric water heater was dirty as if not used for long time. Toiletries still in small bottles restocked everyday. Guards/bellboys/housekeepers are courteous and great but reception staffs frm check in/out not too cordial in my experience. Still ok to stay in just old. Thanks

The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores.
Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive.
Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure.
Cons:
For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it.
The room door is annoyingly hard to open.
Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing.
Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small.
Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities.
Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.

OOreo20Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldnât initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasnât stated on the booking info that itâs a requirement. I had mine but my partner didnât have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasnât completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
