Amazing
Very clean room, fast elevators, tasty breakfast buffet and fine dine restaurant, with water spa + sauna, steam room, cold plunge. Hospitable and friendly staff. Great location. Had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

I stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed my time. The place is very nice, especially the view. I felt so relaxed watching the city lights and car lights at night. The service was also great, ate anna assisted me from the start and responded quickly whenever I needed help. The room is clean and simple, which I really liked. I would love to stay here again and book the same room. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at Astoria Plaza and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so kind, polite, and genuinely helpful—it really made a difference. Everyone I interacted with had a smile and made me feel right at home. The room was super clean and cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I truly appreciated the little touches and the great service. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. Wynwood Hotel was a good experience considering the price. The staff were very gentle, polite, and kind. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and Robinsons Galleria, which was very convenient. However, the amenities felt a bit limited for me, and the view from the room window was quite disappointing because the next building was very close. The breakfast was good. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, so my expectations were quite high. Although it did not exceed my expectations, I was not disappointed either. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The soundproofing was also good. Even though it was the Christmas season and the hotel seemed busy, it was very quiet inside the room. There are two elevators, but only one was operating during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the holiday season. Another issue for me was the shower water temperature, as it kept changing from hot to cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, considering the price, amenities, facilities, and room condition, I think the stay was worth the cost, and I was satisfied with my stay.

Good room, clean, good air quality. Good front desk service for check in and check out. Only wish there were more vegetarian options at breakfast, and that I was told that the airport transfer needs to be ordered 4 hours in advance. I booked the studio for 1 night (sg$130).

Our stay at Victoria Hillcrest Hotel was very pleasant. The location is convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a quiet getaway.
