"From someone who just got to the Philippines and chose this place to basically adjust my body clock it is very unpleasant experience to say the least good thing is the the front desk ladies are nice and the location is near a mall but other than that housekeeping is not well kept! 3 german roaches were chasing each other in the bathroom and used shampoo packets were left in the bathroom"

World-class service. Calm, efficient, and professional. The kind of interaction that sets the tone for the entire stay. The location made everything easy. Being right near The Podium and Megamall meant we could step out for shopping or a good meal without planning too much. For a family trip, that convenience matters. Our room was spacious. Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. Exactly what you want when traveling with the people who matter most."

"The food was simple at the breakfast buffet but was filling. The spread provided just enough to cover different dietary restrictions. It wasn't very expansive in the selection, but what they had was indeed good. The check-in took a while, but the check-out process was very quick. There weren't enough daybeds at the pool area and there were barely any facilities left with children in the pool."

"I had a five - day stay here and was entitled to one room cleaning or linen change. However, I was disappointed that when I requested it, the linens, pillowcases, bedsheets, and comforters were not changed. They didn't even refill the tissues or shampoo. I didn't bother checking earlier since I arrived at 2:00 AM and didn't wake up until 11:00 AM. I also didn't call reception because I was only an hour away from checking out when I woke up. However, the staff were very polite and welcoming."

"It was a great stay and very affordable to everyone. My only concern and suggestion is that there should be free bottled water inside the room as there are glasses already, a kettle, a cup for coffee and coffee sachet, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. Only shampoo was there as well in shower area, no body wash. Those are just my suggestions and hopefully these will be improve no harm at all. Thank you."

"Excellent receptionist’s service, when my Grab arrived earlier than expected and food hasn’t been prepared (which is my fault, my friend suddenly asked me out so I had to changed it to ‘take away’), restaurants’ staff also was very friendly and offering a few options how would I like the meal in preparation to be served later when I got back. And when I finally got back, the staff is still there (even though it’s super late) and he sat me down, sent me water and prep my food nicely for me to take back to my room to enjoy. It’s a nice experience considering i still remember the kindness after a month 😆"

"Good location in Ortigas City. Hotel room is big and good for family gatherings, hence only 2 elevators are working and hallway is too hot while waiting for the elevator. Overall, this is a worth stay."

"Wynwood Hotel was a good experience considering the price. The staff were very gentle, polite, and kind. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and Robinsons Galleria, which was very convenient. However, the amenities felt a bit limited for me, and the view from the room window was quite disappointing because the next building was very close. The breakfast was good. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, so my expectations were quite high. Although it did not exceed my expectations, I was not disappointed either. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The soundproofing was also good. Even though it was the Christmas season and the hotel seemed busy, it was very quiet inside the room. There are two elevators, but only one was operating during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the holiday season. Another issue for me was the shower water temperature, as it kept changing from hot to cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, considering the price, amenities, facilities, and room condition, I think the stay was worth the cost, and I was satisfied with my stay."

"Enjoyed our stay in this cosy flat. Check in was a bit of a process and it was definitely a small apartment but good enough for a short stay. The bathroom and living room both stylish and the bed was the most comfy ever ! I want to get the brand of the linen ! Apartment building isn't in the most convenient location but 7/11 is walking distance. To eat our you would need to go to SM Megamall about 15 minutes by taxi. Nice swimming pool but had to pay 200 pesos each. Otherwise a nice and relaxing stay. OK, for a short stay."
