Kudos to Brian the intern waiter who is always providing top notch service. 5 star to the chef not sure his name i think it was Roman Vincent for making delicious scramble eggs everday for me. Overall it was a pleasant stay and will come back if i am in Manila."

"Pleasant stay for 6 days. Room is spacious enough with all the usual items like iron, ironing board, kettle, safe, study desk, for a biz trip. Gym is Anytime Fitness - well equipped but was crowded at times. Staff are friendly. Recommended."

"Front office staff are not smiling doesn't look approachable specially the guys, but they have have consideration and I thank them for that, breakfast is good but very limited choices, the waiters are all accommodating and kind and all are smiling, kudos to the waiter wearing black uniform I just forgot to get his name. My children enjoy the pool and the playroom so much."

"The room was spacious and the facilities were well maintained. Had a bit of an issue with the tub and the sink as the stopper was not working properly and water still gets drained slowly. Food was nice. A little inconvenient that you need to have a keycard to use the elevator and only one was provided to us."

"Ive been to many hotel in ortigas for business trip, and i feel citadines is good but overrated for the stars in trip. The receptionists mainly overnight receptionists are very kind and nimble though. They have stove, microwave and utensils, thats best. You cant use hotel slipper in restaurant i think for most hotel in ph but here they very strict for this one, i cant enter made me back to upstairs. Food was delicious but not so variative."
