Amazing
GGuest UserIt is very small in the residential building, self-check in, can check in on time, send emails basically no one back. The pillowcase is yellow and the hair dryer is bad. Most of the time, no one in the hotel encountered problems and couldn't deal with it. The sound insulation was poor and the other people's room could hear clearly at night. Coffee water drinks are free to drink, the whole decoration is very new, the building and elevator are very old for at least a hundred years, some people can not use the next person correctly, resulting in me moving the box to climb the stairs when I checked in. I also met other residents to break the mouth, all in all, the strange experience is +1

GGuest UserThe location is very good, the surrounding is quiet, the front desk brother is very handsome! Very gentle attitude! I rarely meet such a gentle person in Italy! The room is very new, the air is good, the bedding is clean, 100 points! Next time I have a chance to come to Italy, I will definitely choose this one.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this place to everyone! I usually don't bother writing reviews, but I absolutely had to for this one. 1. **Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** - I was a bit nervous about Rome's reputation for safety, but this hotel is located in a quiet residential area, so even as a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe walking around late at night. Plus, Tiburtina Station, which has night bus services, is only a 10-minute walk away, making the surroundings bright and secure. 2. **Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** - For a 3-star hotel, it was impeccably clean and comfortable. The high ceilings, almost like a loft, made the room feel incredibly airy and spacious. The 24/7 air conditioning also contributed to the overall comfort, making it consistently pleasant. The bedding and bathroom hygiene were excellent! I'm quite particular about cleanliness, and this place definitely passed my test. 3. **Staff Friendliness / Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️🔥❤️🔥💖❤️🔥❤️🔥⭐️❤️🔥💖** - They offer unlimited luggage storage after check-out, and they also allow guests to use the lobby for as long as needed. Having a very early morning flight, I didn't want to book an extra night, so I just left my luggage and waited in the lobby. They were incredibly accommodating and graciously allowed me to wait until the early hours. Thanks to their kindness, I wasn't left stranded; I waited safely and comfortably in the lobby until 3 AM when I headed to the airport for my flight. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, especially the middle-aged gentleman working the night/early morning shift. He was particularly witty and kind. I am truly grateful for their exceptional hospitality!

SSofí GiThe location is privileged, opposite the Opera Theatre, a few minutes walk from the Rome terminal station. They were always concerned to give us the information to arrive, the building is old with marble stairs and elevator from the 50s (a luxury of architecture 😍). Alessio welcomes us with the best willingness to provide us information for our stay, the hotel is familiar, few rooms but very comfortable, clean, with a very vintage decor with Roman ceilings, an experience. The room hygiene 10/10 its bathroom was all, one of the things we loved most was Valentina's warm attention, charming always worried about details, our breakfasts, Then then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then, then,

GGuest UserThis is a recommended hotel if you are not fussed about facilities, but the location is amazingly in the centre of Rome. The beds are comfy if you are okay sleeping in a single bed and travelling alone or in small groups. It is super safe, every room has lockers for each guest, so you dont need your own padlock. The toilet is kept clean too, but you better bring your own towel and cleaning products. Staff are friendly and very helpful so my stay was perfect. There was also piano at the ground floor which you can use to relax.

GGuest UserIt's fine. Maybe they should have sheets because the comforter only irritated me. It's also not good not having 24-hour reception, since if there's an issue, you can't call, make a complaint, or request a room change.
