"I came to Rome and tried the newly opened Bulgari. The waiters were super enthusiastic, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast options need to be improved. It's a pity that I didn't have time to try the skills of the hotel's Michelin chef. I will choose again next time I come to Rome"

"The location is very convenient. Most attractions are within walking distance. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant and everywhere are very friendly. There are not many breakfast options. You can choose from a la carte or buffet. The staff at the Roman Bath is super nice and gave a very detailed explanation. The space and variety inside are not very large, but it is not bad for a simple experience. The room is relatively small. The public area is more beautiful. The cassina furniture is a big plus. Recommended for friends who don't want to visit attractions during the day and want to rest more in the hotel. Although the price is not cheap, the overall experience is very good. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Rome"

The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. "A perfect experience, definitely not lost to the Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, every detail is perfect and exquisite. The bed is big enough and the bathroom is super luxurious. Breakfast is on the 6th floor and is rich and exquisite, overlooking Rome. Location is also good, walk to Plaza de España for 5 minutes. With an 11-year-old child, there is no extra charge at the hotel. In short, it is a memorable and memorable life!"

Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. "Hello, I had to wait almost 40 minutes for check-in because the staff informed me that there was an issue with the credit card system. I had already explained that I could leave my credit card as a guarantee and proceed with the check-in first, as I had traveled a long distance and was very tired. I usually stay at W Hotels around the world and have never experienced such a long check-in delay before. If the system is slow or experiencing issues, the hotel should have better arrangements in place. I also noticed that other guests arriving after me were experiencing the same problem. This message is meant as constructive feedback to help improve the service, not as a complaint, as I believe your team is likely already aware of what happened on site."
