"Great location, just a 2-3 minute walk from Termini Station, with many restaurants nearby. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable, and the facilities were also brand new. There are self-service lockers for luggage storage, and a washer and dryer available, though I'd recommend offering laundry detergent for a fee. I'd also suggest putting a more prominent sign at the main entrance, and some directional signs inside. Moving the reception desk to a corner would look more professional, or perhaps having a sign and relocating it to the basement."

"We had an amazing time here. The hotel is located right in the middle of the centre with easy walkable access to the main attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and the Colosseum. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is furnished to a high standard and it is very clean and new. They also have a lovely terrace area. I would definitely return here and would 100% recommend staying at this hotel."

The only thing I didn't understand was why I had to pay €60 for the last breakfast (for us and our friends in another room), if it said four breakfasts were included, even though we had already missed one?"

"Friendly staff, a pleasant building as it was recently renovated, a Farm Mart right below, and the best location where you can walk to everything including the Trevi Fountain if you enjoy walking. For reference, the subway station is also right in front. The neighborhood atmosphere is also wonderful. Room sizes may vary depending on the choice, but I was very satisfied. If I visit Rome again, I would book here again, and I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to visit the area. If you are hesitating because there aren't many reviews, just book and visit."

"WOW! What a hidden gem in Rome. This is the best apartment in Rome we have ever stayed in for this price. It is brand new, spotlessly clean, with great service. The hosts even extended our check out time with no charge which was more than appreciated. The entire check-in process is automated and you do it online to get the key code to enter the apartment which was a bit tricky but we managed to do it with ease. The location is 30 minutes by walk from the central area, in a student neighborhood so expect a lively atmosphere on Friday/Saturday evening in front of the apartment. The windows have a very good sound isolation so by closing them you are left in a peaceful apartment. I highly recommend this."
