"The room was newly renovated in 2026, exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. There's a basement level for luggage storage where you can set your own password, which is very secure and convenient. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, guiding us on places to visit. What's even more convenient is that the hotel is very close to Termini Station; you can take the direct train from the airport to the hotel. Highly recommended!"

"Wonderful apartment, I really liked it. It's spacious, bright, and clean. I'd love to come back again. As for the downsides, the shower gel ran out almost immediately, one towel had a hole in it, and the shower in the bathroom leaks directly onto the floor as there's nothing to stop the water."

"This place has good and convenient location! It’s just 5mins away from Roma Termini. The people or the owner of the hotel are fantastic specially Eleonora. They offer a huge breakfast and is served in the comfort of your room! The hotel is clean, and the decor is nice to the eyes! This hotel is highly recommended!"

"The hotel's listing photos (P3) are highly misleading. It's not a multi-story building, but rather a simple, two-story structure in front of one. During a 38-degree heatwave in Rome, the air conditioning was completely inadequate, making it impossible to relax in the room during the day. I suspect the building itself has flaws, likely making it hot in summer and cold in winter. This is nowhere near 4-star quality; it feels more like a larger guesthouse. P1 and P2 show the hotel hallway. The rooms have only basic amenities. **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness was acceptable. **Environment**: The hotel is right by the road, so there was noise at night. However, the location is very convenient, with metro and bus stops right outside, and a supermarket nearby. Walking to major Roman attractions takes 10-30 minutes, which is a plus. **Service**: The lady at check-in was very polite, but couldn't make up for the hotel's simple facilities and insufficient air conditioning. (Perhaps the platform gave a 4-star expectation). **Negative Point**: We had an early morning flight on our last day and mentioned it the night before, but no packed breakfast was prepared for us. Even when staff were preparing breakfast, our request for it was denied. **Breakfast**: The variety was quite good. **Cooking Class**: Not offered and not even mentioned. **City Tour**: The front desk lady gave us a map at check-in, highlighting important attractions. I suppose that's what this complimentary service refers to. I rarely leave such a low rating, but the cost versus the experience was completely out of balance. The platform should verify its 4-star rating."

"The hotel's location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, which made for a nice start to each day. Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by a very disappointing issue. After our stay, we discovered that several personal belongings were missing. During our stay, housekeeping entered our room even though our ”Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed, which raised concerns after we realized our items were gone. We contacted the hotel multiple times to report the missing belongings and request that they investigate and check their lost and found. Unfortunately, despite several attempts to reach them, we did not receive a response. While we appreciated the location and breakfast, the lack of communication and follow-up regarding our missing belongings was very disappointing. We hope the hotel improves its response to guest concerns in the future."

"Excellent hotel. Beautiful, recently renovated. Located in a quiet location. I loved everything. The only thing I didn't understand was why I had to pay €60 for the last breakfast (for us and our friends in another room), if it said four breakfasts were included, even though we had already missed one?"

"Our stay at Ruby Rooms Rome was absolutely delightful. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to all the major attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, so all your needs are well-covered. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire property is very well-maintained. It was quiet during our stay, which allowed us to get good rest every night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; whether it was for check-in, check-out, or travel advice, their attentiveness and professionalism really shone through. Overall, the accommodation experience exceeded our expectations. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, and it's definitely a place we'd want to stay at again and recommend to family and friends.
