Amazing
KKarenbaobaoThe location is excellent, you can walk anywhere you go. The entire hotel is an art palace. There is a music room next to the restaurant where guests can enjoy music. Those who are interested can play a song to entertain themselves. The room decoration and design are very Roman. The special feature is the bathroom in the toilet, with three showers, so you can enjoy it to your heart's content.

GGuest UserHotel facilities are very good and modern, mini bar has a lot of things, free of charge. Clean the room every day and send different small desserts. The hotel is located in the city center, walking distance to attractions. It is surrounded by shopping centers, Plaza de Espana. But the hotel breakfast is not a buffet, there are three packages to choose from, the choices are limited, the service is slow, and the staff are not in place. Hotel valet parking is a parking lot at 60eur one night, it is difficult to find a parking space on its own.

BBuerderenThe hotel's design and ambiance are both beautiful and artistic, and the service is excellent. Although the room rate doesn't include meals, the hotel does provide them. The hotel has a full kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, and cutlery. The refrigerator is stocked with eggs, three meat options, and milk and yogurt, all free. Other drinks and food are subject to charges. Since I had an early flight, the hotel thoughtfully provided snack boxes. The rooftop bar on the 5th floor offers a beautiful sunset in the evening, but beware of skuas flying over to snatch your food. The last photo is of an ancient building next to the hotel.

AAmy LucThe hotel is very close to the city centre, you can do everything by walking. 15 mins to Vatican city, 10mins to busy shopping streets and further 10mins to other famous attractions. The breakfast isn't the buffet like what we have in other hotels, but they do bring a lot of food to the table, and you can order anything on the menu. The view from the restaurant is amazing!

RRyanSGTheir breakfast doesn’t have much variety, but the quality was decent. The room’s curtain can’t be closed entirely. Other than this, the rest are pretty good! Walking distances to most of the tourists’ venues. Would definitely come back the next time I visit Rome.

GGuest UserThe room is large, the view is beautiful, the facilities are a little old, but very clean and easy to use. The bath products are very high-end. The hotel staff is very polite, the service is good, and the English communication is smooth. All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill outside the city, and the air is good. It is a 5-10 minute drive from the Vatican and only 25-30 minutes from the city center. You can take the hotel shuttle or taxi, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions

GGuest UserI cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ā¤ļø

GGuest UserThe hardware is full and the environment is excellent. 1. When checking in and paying the deposit, I didn't bring my credit card for personal reasons and it was a UnionPay card, so I could only pay in cash. After I explained the situation, I wanted to pay a 200eur deposit, but the front desk manager said it had to be 400eur, otherwise I couldn't check in. During the period, I asked if I didn't plan to spend money in the hotel and whether it could be accommodated, but it didn't work. Finally, I had no choice but to take out all the cash on me, 405eur, and after paying the deposit of 400eur, I had only 5 euros left... As a result, I couldn't move forward whether I was eating or taking a taxi. Finally, I used the navigation to find an ATM that could withdraw money with UnionPay, which took a total of 40 minutes... I have never encountered such a ā€stubbornā€ staff in any five-star hotel in any country I have visited. If I were the manager on duty, I would never embarrass my guests like this... 2. When checking out, there was an extra breakfast consumption in the bill for no reason (the room I booked included breakfast). After I found it, after checking Only then will the charges be exempted 3. The hotel with an average price of 600 euros per night does not even have welcome fruit...even candy To sum up, combined with the reviews of other guests on Ctrip, is there any difference in treatment for Chinese people? You can experience it yourself

JJIAKANGImpressed, the hotel location is great, especially the room facing the Colosseum. The hotel staff is very conscious of service. When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water. The water is relatively clean

GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.
