DDanThenOur stay at Palazzo Roma was simply wonderful. A perfect blend of heritage charm and modern comfort. The hotel is beautifully renovated and immaculately maintained, preserving its classic Italian elegance while offering a refreshed and refined ambiance. Every corner, from the art-filled hallways to the grand dining rooms with frescoed ceilings, felt like stepping into a piece of Roman history.
Breakfast was an absolute highlight — beautifully presented, with fresh pastries, breads, and a delightful selection that made every morning feel special. The service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel both welcomed and cared for.
Our room was spacious, elegant, and perfectly comfortable — a true retreat after exploring the city.
Palazzo Roma exceeded expectations in every way, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Rome.

BBuerderenThe hotel's design and ambiance are both beautiful and artistic, and the service is excellent. Although the room rate doesn't include meals, the hotel does provide them. The hotel has a full kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, and cutlery. The refrigerator is stocked with eggs, three meat options, and milk and yogurt, all free. Other drinks and food are subject to charges. Since I had an early flight, the hotel thoughtfully provided snack boxes.
The rooftop bar on the 5th floor offers a beautiful sunset in the evening, but beware of skuas flying over to snatch your food.

RRyan Xing CunExcellent hotel. Felt welcoming at the point I stepped into the hotel. The reception staff was professional and we even had a small talk regarding my travel plans. The room itself was awesome, and needless to say, the amenities were perfect. Just a very minor issue, the lift wasn’t working at one point when I tried to tap the card, and another guest inside the lift experienced the same issue as well but we managed to sought help from the staff. The same problem happened again later on when I was checking out but managed to asked for help from the room service staff. It was a small problem, and everything else was great.

GGuest UserAbsolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!

MM27549****It's very close to the train station. The room and bathroom are spacious, but the facilities are average. Because we arrived early, the front desk asked for our permission and added €59 for early check-in, which also upgraded us to a larger room. There was a slight leak in the plumbing when we checked in, but the hotel immediately fixed it. They also offered us dessert and champagne, and wrote us a card to apologize, as they felt we had a bad experience. However, after three days, they didn't give us new sheets, and the bathroom fixtures were stained, so the cleanliness wasn't very good. This is my second time staying at an NH hotel in Europe; the first was in Barcelona, and it's considered a good hotel for the price.

GGuest UserThe room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling,big windows with antique vibes.
The room is modernly designed with great amenities.
I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries.
The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful,very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum,should I add more ?

GGuest UserI cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ❤️

When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water. GGuest UserThe room is large, the view is beautiful, the facilities are a little old, but very clean and easy to use. The bath products are very high-end. The hotel staff is very polite, the service is good, and the English communication is smooth. All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill outside the city, and the air is good. It is a 5-10 minute drive from the Vatican and only 25-30 minutes from the city center. You can take the hotel shuttle or taxi, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions
