"The size of the room very well met the needs of our family of three. The scenery of the 270-degree sea view is nothing to say. The butler service attitude is also good. If there is a problem, it will be solved in time, and the needs raised will be responded quickly. The location is very good to find, except for the far side. But downstairs is the beach, and the surrounding food recommended by the housekeeper is also very cost-effective! So it is very convenient and it is recommended."

"I won't say anything else, just the lady at the front desk. We originally wanted to try other hotels this time to see how they were. It wasn't the first time we went to this one, so we wanted to try a different view. But they didn't answer our calls or reply to our private messages. Later they said we just needed to go there to check in. I asked them who they were looking for to check in, but there was no one. The lady here is nicer and the view from the room is better too. This is the one from now on."

"Came to Shantou for a short family vacation, and choosing the Oriental Century Hotel was absolutely the right decision! The moment we stepped into the lobby, we were immediately impressed. The ceiling was incredibly high and spacious, with a black grand piano in the center. The marble floor was gleaming, giving the place a very grand feel. There were also photo-op spots with a strong Chaoshan flavor, featuring bamboo chairs paired with red lanterns, printed with interesting local proverbs. Further inside, we even saw Lu Ye Ye's floral shop, and the entire hallway looked very tasteful. The hotel also has a Yinxin Bureau exhibition area. Having previously watched 'A Letter to Grandma,' seeing these preserved old overseas Chinese letters firsthand really moved me. The sea-view king room we stayed in was quite spacious, with a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the inner bay – the view was truly incredible. The vintage bedside lamps created a lovely ambiance, and the room was equipped with a capsule coffee machine. The bedding was soft and very comfortable, and there was a lounge sofa by the window where we could sit and quietly gaze at the sea, feeling incredibly relaxed. The bathroom had a Dyson hairdryer, and the bathtub even came with a disposable tub liner – many small details were very thoughtfully considered. In the afternoon, we headed to the outdoor pool on the 5th floor. The stairwell was adorned with a row of golden glass fish decorations, both exquisite and photo-worthy. The pool faces the sea directly, with lounge chairs by the side, making it incredibly pleasant to enjoy the sea breeze. The pool water looked sparkling clean. The buffet restaurant was elegantly decorated, and the dining areas were neatly organized. The breakfast selection was very rich, making for an absolutely fantastic experience. Whether it was the environment, the facilities, or the staff's service, everything was top-notch. This stay was truly wonderful and comforting!"

"My stay at the Shantou Masuland B&B was beyond expectation and I have to give it a thumbs up! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt a sense of genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was incredibly quick. They also provided detailed information about the hotel's facilities and nearby amenities, making me feel instantly at home. Our room was even more pleasantly surprised. It was spacious and bright, warmly and elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean, even down to the corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were the perfect height, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The room was also well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning, excellent heating and cooling, and reliable hot water. The toiletries were fresh and fragrant, and every detail was meticulously thought out. The hotel's restaurant is also worth a mention. The breakfast menu is diverse, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, catering to every taste. The dining environment is also clean and comfortable, and the waiters promptly cleared the table, providing attentive service. The hotel's location is also excellent, conveniently located near subway and bus stops. Numerous shopping malls and restaurants are also nearby, offering everything from entertainment and dining options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The service, cleanliness, and facilities were impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip!"

The room was spacious and elegant, offering breathtaking panoramic sea views. Breakfast featured a rich variety of options, with the Chaoshan粿条 (guǒtiáo, a local noodle dish) and Cantonese dim sum being authentically delicious. The pool water was crystal clear, and the gym facilities were comprehensive. Overall, it was simply perfect. I would definitely choose this hotel again when my friends from overseas visit."

"The stay was great. This hotel has a projector that can be used to watch movies and project screens. The price is very cheap. The surrounding scenery is also good. There is a lot of food and it is cheap. Friends who came together are very satisfied"

"My childhood dream of living in a log cabin has come true!!! This was definitely the hotel I was most looking forward to on the whole trip! It truly didn't disappoint—and this isn't just a fake review!!! From the butler's service and breakfast to the overall stay experience, everything was meticulously planned. Even this detail-oriented person was won over! The fridge had drinks, the table had fruit, the toilet had a seat cover, the bathtub had a cover, and there was even body lotion. They even provided a huge bottle of drinking water, and so on… The floor was spotless even when I was barefoot. The toiletries had a refreshing bergamot scent (such a relaxing smell!). Sleeping on the second floor with the window open, listening to the rustling of the leaves in the wind, and watching the children playing happily… maybe this is what happiness is all about. ^_^"

"Very good. In fact, there is really no need to squeeze into the old town. Haojiang District is now developing very well. The sea view is very beautiful. The guy at the front desk has a very good attitude and clear introduction. Next to it is the Historical and Cultural Expo Center, Overseas Chinese History Exhibition Hall and Folk Custom Exhibition Hall. The exhibition level is very high. You must go there. It’s also very close to the ferry. It’s a great experience."

"This hotel was the best find of our trip, amazing! First off, the location is fantastic; it's just 500-800 meters to MixC, Suning, and Longyan South Road, all within walking distance. Secondly, the hotel lobby features a Rolls-Royce, which my son absolutely loved. There's also a gym and a swimming pool, with a separate deep end (1.4m) and a shallow kids' area (0.5m), so the little ones had a blast. Plus, the hotel service is outstanding: they provide everything you could possibly need, like bed rails, latex pillows, disposable bath liners, early check-in, and late check-out. Every aspect of our stay was wonderful!"

"The room was located inside the scenic area and was quite clean and tidy. There aren't many restaurants or accommodations nearby, so I didn't have high expectations. However, the butler's service was truly attentive; they were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Thumbs up! The scenic area is by the sea and also has amusement facilities, so it should be a good choice for families or for relaxation."
