"Everything was perfect from start to finish. The check-in was quick and seamless. The apartment was spotless and featured a beautiful kitchen with a large fridge, which was very convenient. A huge plus is that everyone speaks English fluently, making communication very easy. The highlight, however, was the rooftop pool – the view from the top is absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend this place to anyone."

"The team at GW Hotel were the best! Whenever I had any issue or request, they dealt with it quickly, and they were always very friendly. I’d stay here again just because the staff were so great. The room was also clean and had everything I needed. There’s lots nearby and most everything else is a short tuk tuk ride away."

"Located in a nice area between the river and the Independence Monument. There are restaurants within walking distance or a short tuk tuk ride away. The hotel is clean and beautiful. All the staff were friendly and the service was great. The breakfast was plentiful and the rooftop pool was fantastic! Would definitely recommend."

"Had a wonderful stay at Soho Residence. Service was excellent and I really enjoyed using their facilities including the gym, steam and Finnish sauna, and infinity pool. I also loved that there was a washing machine in the room as well as a small balcony that can double as a dryer. I washed my clothes and didn't have enough room to hang my clothes so the housekeeping staff noticed this and brought in for me a hanging bar with extra hangers and even helped hang my clothes while I was away. Would gladly recommend and stay here again."

"Check-in was smooth, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean, with well-chosen furniture and décor that clearly show the hotel’s effort in delivering quality and comfort. The smart toilet bowl was definitely a highlight. However, the bathroom did not provide hand and face towels. While the hotel may be trying to adopt a greener approach by reducing towel usage, the absence of these basic towels may lead guests to use more tissues instead. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding at least a small set for convenience. The swimming pool overlooking the river offers a nice and relaxing view, perfect for unwinding. At the moment, the hotel does not serve breakfast in a buffet style. I hope they will introduce a buffet breakfast option soon, as it would certainly enhance the overall experience for guests."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, despite it being just for one night. The staff kindly upgraded us to a luxurious 2-room apartment with a stunning view of the Independence Monument. The rooms were spotless, and we appreciated the cooking facilities. The rooftop offered a great view, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The only downside was the WiFi. The in-room WiFi was weak and often disconnected. Hopefully, they can improve on this aspect. Overall, we'd recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and excellent amenities."

"2 adults stayed for 7 nights january 2026. Enjoyed our one bedroom apartment. Staff is very friendly and speaks english. Gym was spacious and not too busy with clean and new equipment. Rooftop pool and bar had fantastic view on the city. Bar serves basic cocktails and drinks for everyone. Pool was cold but there was small section with heated water like a jazzuzi but without bubbles. Reception 24h open. Staff very attentive we gad clogged bathroom drain and they cleaned within few hours while we were away. Also we got additional pan, pot and knive for cooking and hanger rack to hang our washed clothes. By the entrance there is small shop were we purchased water daily and in few minutes walk there is convenience store and coffee shops. Location is great, quiet. Only there is rooster living somewhere around so you can hear him from time to time, but not a big issue. Also shower did not have seperate door or glass frim bathroom so it was complicated to take shower and not flood all bathroom. Cleaning was done daily with bedding changed, floors cleared and towels changed. Only cleaning ladies come at 9am and pound at the doors, we were woken up few times we had to put do not disturb sign, went out 10-12 am and put then please make up the room and cleaning ladied did not notice few days in a row our room was not cleaned then we saw cleaning lady and asked to clean and she did clean while we were in apartment. When you check in you have to leave 50$ deposit cash. Wiifii was working great and we could do video calls with no issues. TV had Netflix. :) Owerall we liked our stay and would choose this place again! :)"
