Koh Chang Hotels with Infinity Pools

"Hotel was lovely, right on the beach and could to the local shops. We had a terrible issue with flies, and even though we ensured all the doors and windows remained closed, these tiny flies still appeared from the drains. We had to ask the staff to come every evening to help (which they did) but it wasn’t the best welcome back after a day out to have flies on all our personal belongings, especially when the main area was in the bathroom."

"I stayed here three years ago, and the price difference now is huge. It might be due to Thai New Year, making it more expensive, but I don't understand why the hotel doesn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. When I called the front desk, they told me to buy them myself at 7-Eleven! This really surprised me, as they used to provide them. Also, the toilet kept making noise, so I didn't sleep well at night. My room was on the second floor, and the chairs on the balcony had hollow bases underneath. If you're traveling with children, definitely request a room not on the second floor, otherwise, it's quite dangerous!"

"The hotel is old, like really old, it was built in 1989 and it’s very visible. The bedsheets, towels are so old and dirty like 2 star motel. Deluxe family room looks like rooms in 1989 also. Not modern at all. We upgraded to villa (had to pay a lot for this) and it’s good, a bit old but much better, with beach view and private territory. The territory of hotel is really beautiful and big, it’s like a park and beach is great. You can also take cayak to get to the small island nearby. The birds (hornbills) that live at the hotel are really beautiful and worth seeing! Everything closes really early - even game room - it’s just a room with board games and we wanted to play there and the staff told us that they were closing at 7.30 p.m! Why not open this room until 10 at least 😀 No evening activities at all. Everything gets quiet and dead at 7 p.m. There is beach cinema announcement at reception on Sundays, but when we arrived on Sunday, the staff told us that there will be no movies 🫣 Отель очень старый, просто древний, постельное белье и полотенца в ужасном состоянии. Семейный номер на горе - это просто ужас. Детский бассейн на горе ушатанный. Единственное достойное в этом отеле - виллы с видом на море. В них нормальная мебель, полотенца и особое меню на завтраках. Прекрасная территория и пляж. Птицы-носороги - это восторг. Обезьяны нас не беспокоили - но мы жили на вилле рядом с морем. Думаю, в лесных номерах их полно.. В 7 часов вечера в отеле все закрывается, полная тишина. Никаких развлечений. Пляж прекрасный, надеюсь, что отель займется реновацией номеров, приведением их в современный стиль."

"This was my first visit to Koh Chang. The location is quite convenient and other amenities well prepared for single bed room. The food is good but the resturant is quite far from the hotel which means you have to ask a cart from place to place throung they have many project in one area. Staff was very helpful. I think it is worth money to stay here even if you want to go outside the hotel or not. Also the beach is very private and clean."

"Cleaning service is provided twice a day. The service from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning is very good. The hotel is not big, the environment is very clean, the restaurant is on the beach, and dinner with the sunset view is worth it even if it is a little expensive."

The hotel is located on a small road, but it is easy to find and quiet. The second floor of the house is 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. There is a large foldable sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. You can walk to Pearl Beach in 3 minutes. The landlord also prepared a simple introduction to Chinese, English and Thai, including simple maps, travel messages and room-related messages. For this price, it is cheap and good. "I want to talk about this unusual hotel experience: I booked a round-trip ticket from Bangkok Airport to Koh Chang. It was said that it was delivered to the hotel. How could the hotel be far away? I don’t believe it, it can’t be seen from the map. We decided to continue walking, and asked another villager in the middle, or we should continue walking. I dragged my luggage for almost one kilometer, but I haven't found it yet. The more I walk in, the more fearful it is. At this time, an old man riding a three-wheeled motorcycle showed up and told us to get in his car and take us there for free. We were even more scared – old man? Tricycle? free? (Mom said that she can't talk to strangers) Not daring to go, a blond ghost girl driving a car came and asked where we were going. After talking to the old man, she told us to get into the old man's car. Come on, he seems to be in his 60s and 70s. We are very good that he should be able to fight him before. If I can't, I will pose and say I will scare him with Chinese Kung Fu. So we got on his tricycle, and the car drove up a small slope. The downhill was a small road with many monkeys running in the middle of the road. This frightened us both. "Отель расположен на пляже Клонг Сон , самый ближний пляж от пирса. Заход в море пологий, глубина не большая. Утром купаться приятно, к вечеру вода уходит и становится мелко. Но есть замечательный бассейн. Само место очень атмосферное и уединённое. Порой казалось что вы здесь абсолютно одни. Сам отель выдержан в своём неповторимом стиле, очень уютный и комфортный номер имеет всё необходимое, удобная кровать, аутентичная мебель, много освещения, в том числе и в санузле. Большой удобный балкон, хотелось бы видеть больше зелени с него, но пока мы там были видели , что они стараются и облагораживают территорию за причалом , на который выходил наш балкон. Хочется отметить завтраки, выбор не очень большой, но всё очень вкусное, а уж сервис просто на высоте. Единственное чего хотелось бы добавить это более разнообразного меню на ужин. Но при желании можно прогуляться в деревню, это займет минут 15-20, там есть тайские кафе и итальянская пиццерия, где готовят не только пиццу и пасту, но и супы и вторые блюда на итальянский манер. Так же хочется заметить что место достаточно уединённое и тук- туки туда не заезжают и если хочется выезжать на другие пляжи лучше брать на прокат байк или авто. В общем если вам нужен релакс , природа и умиротворение, то вам обязательно стоит хоть на несколько дней заглянуть сюда 😀. Мы точно вернёмся ."
