Find 2-Star Hotels in Koh Chang

I was referred to this resort by a couple who I met in Chonburi, I decided to make a reservation and drive to Trat to catch the car ferry. The google directions weren't correct as it tries to take you to the small bridge which is only passable via motorbikes etc. Driving a further 2klms where you follow the signs you arrive at the back of the resort. The Bungalow was great, basic room with a separate toilet/shower room. The room has air conditioning, wall fan and mosquito net. Sliding doors to a small balcony overlooking the gardens to the beach. A foot tap to wash your feet is available at the steps to each bungalow. There are no fridge's in the Bungalow but there is a common fridge that you can use at the reception hut which is available 24/7 just mark your items with the room number. The gardens are immaculate and well looked after, plenty of deck chairs, lounges to enjoy under the shady trees. Two 600ml bottles of water are provided daily and left on the balcony of each bungalow daily. Its a 40m walk to the water, similar to the adjoining restaurant Siam Kitchen. I found The Beach Cafe about 100m up the beach front to have a higher quality of food and portion size another restaurant that I would recommend is Indie Beach Cafe. Jebbi the manager of the resort is always onhand and available to assist. Great low key resort, chilled and recommended.

Great location, close to tasty eateries and everyday conveniences. Super nice beach just a 10 minute walk away, love the sunsets! Very friendly hostel with a beautiful garden and front bar lobby area with ping pong and a water refill station. There is also a little workout space for a few pull ups  and exercises. Helpful staff, clean, aircon room with comfortable bed. Had a great time, thank you!

Hello everyone! I highly recommend this hotel. It's in a great location, close to everything you need: shops, bars, and cafes. The beach is across the street, where we swam with the kids, and everything was perfect! The hotel is quiet, clean, and odor-free! Cleaning is on request. We didn't include breakfast, so I can't say anything about it! The bed linens and towels were new! We loved everything about it!

We stayed in one of the yurt tents with AC. You have a good view on the jungle from your room. Quiet area, you can ear the birds and the frogs but also the roosters. A small beach is 10min walk.

A small, cozy hotel. Rooms are cleaned upon request (ours weren't cleaned even once in three days), and water and toilet paper were left at the door. Two supermarkets are nearby! You can rent a motorbike for 200 baht. The sea is 300 meters away, with a sandy beach. Every day, elephants are taken for a swim in the Gulf of Thailand. For 500 baht, you can arrange a private photo shoot and swim with an elephant. In the evening, it's pleasant to stroll towards the sea and have a drink (shakes, coffee, etc.) at the pier or cafe.

It was very nice. The restaurant and cafe is a big plus. The dorm was more than fine for the price. Enjoyed it a lot. Until next time.

We booked a panoramic room with a sea view. There is a car park between the room and the sea. There is also a small cheerful hotel bar nearby. Of all the things I liked about this hotel, only the room itself - a large and very quiet air conditioner. There are several wooden sun loungers on the hotel grounds, but you need to go to the neighboring Magic Beach to swim. Accordingly, there are no sun loungers there, and it can only be called a beach very conditionally, there is nowhere to throw towels. We went to Tsentar in the palm grove and to Kai Bay. . Breakfasts are very modest, a choice of 5 sets. Now we are vacationing in another hotel for less money, earth and sky. I can not recommend it.

That was my second trip to Koh Chang and I stayed again in Beach box which is amazing! As for me there is nothing else you need by the beach. Nice bed, shower , fresh towels and Fan which works super well to the point you start freezing at night! the owner Kiwi is really really helpful, both him and his wife know how to take care of guests! 😊

Very nice and cozy hotel. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves is something! There is only one minus - a rocky beach, which together with the waves excludes the possibility of normal swimming. So I had to forget about the sea in this place, only the pool or go to neighboring beaches.

The wireless network is really super easy to use, very smooth, the entire video conference is completely free of any lag, it is really very good, very satisfied. There is a separate bathroom in the room, and the bathroom is also very clean, and there is 24 hours hot water to provide hot water, which is very sufficient, the shower inside is also very easy to use, the strength is just right, and I am very satisfied.
