The winter here in Beihong Village is quite cold, but as soon as you enter the room, there is floor heating and a warm kang, and you instantly feel that the whole world is warm. The temperature of the kang surface is even, and sleeping on it will keep you warm from your feet to the top of your head. The quilt is thick and soft, wrapping you around your body like a cloud, as comfortable as a cloud. The big Kang is spacious and interesting, completely different from an ordinary bed. We can roll around, chat, and play games freely on it, and there is more than enough space. This unique form of accommodation allows us to feel the strong Northeastern folk customs. I was originally worried about whether there would be any hygiene problems with this kind of special accommodation, but it turned out that I was overthinking it. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed and quilt were neatly folded, and there was no smell at all. There is no dust even in the corners, and the toiletries are neatly placed, making your stay very peaceful. You can also taste authentic Northeastern food when you live here. The landlord cooks farm food every day, chicken stewed with mushrooms, pickled cabbage stewed with vermicelli...the taste is authentic, the ingredients are all fresh, and the portion is very large. We can feel the enthusiasm and sincerity of the Northeastern people in every bite, and our stomachs are full of food. of. I also have to praise the landlord. The landlord is a local couple who are very welcoming and helped us with our luggage from the moment we entered the yard. Not only did he patiently introduce us to interesting places in the surrounding area, but he also lent us a ladle with which water could be poured into ice. GGuest UserIt wasn't far from the northernmost post office, and the room was very warm; overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation. However, transportation in Beiji Village was extremely inconvenient. It's about 2.3 kilometers to the boundary marker, but regular taxis refused to take it. They only accepted large fares back to Mohe County, using those low-speed electric vehicles that charged 30 yuan per person, making a total of 90 yuan per vehicle! Walking back, I realized it wasn't that far either.

MmilanstrikerThe location is just like the name, on the easternmost side of the village. However, the village is not big, and it is not too far to walk to the riverside viewing platform.
The house has a fire pit and a Northeastern-style large flower bedding, which is quite fun. We eat here in the evening. There is no special restaurant in the village, so all breakfast and dinner are served in the B&B.
I need to be reminded that there are basically no sanitary products in the room, including towels, bath towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel. Maybe the boss thinks that guests will bring their own, so he saves money?
There is only one plug on the bed side of the entire room. If you live here, you may need to bring your own power strip.
The rice tastes average and the price/performance ratio is the lowest during this trip to Northeast China. But there’s nothing we can do about it. This is also a common problem in similar scenic spots.

HhahawpIn the peak tourist season in August this year, I went to Beibao Village. According to locals, the house price is the highest in nearly a decade. Our two elderly people traveled freely and chose a Fulai B&B that was acceptable for three nights. The homestay has a separate bathroom. I saw a guest changing quilt cover and sheets. It is hygienic. It is a 3-minute walk from the passenger station, the northernmost post office, and the hotel. However, because it is not on the main street, it is quiet in the middle of noisy and has a good rest at night. The boss is hospitable and attentive. But you must be mentally prepared, do not use the standards and prices of homestays in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. In the peak season of Mohe, this homestay is a cost-effective homestay.
