Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! Why brave the Arctic for repetitive food when home-style comfort is already waiting with a bowl and a smile? Youran lives up to its name: unforced, gentle, human. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting relatives who keep refilling your bowl because you look “too thin.” This became the perfect launchpad for my Harbin expedition, three nights of settling in, warming up, and learning that charm travels better than luxury. Now, the honest bone (every good dog buries one): I’d give this a 4.1 stars if decimals existed. "First of all, a huge thank you to the owner for saving us a room. I wanted to stay on the first floor, but it showed as unavailable on Ctrip. I tried messaging the owner through the backend, and they arranged a first-floor room for us, so we didn't have to carry our small dog up the stairs. Also, the shower is a wet/dry separation, and you can charge your car right outside the door. Although the room was a bit small, the owner said we could arrange it ourselves. There's a restaurant right across the street and a supermarket nearby, and it's very close to the market. A very convenient hotel overall."

"I used to live in the high walls of the city. I can finally experience a different environment here. "Stay here one night before flight back to Harbin. The staff was helpful even with language barriers. Just make sure you have translation apps, it will help you a lots. The staff guide me to near by attraction & offer to help to call for taxi. I could fine Halal meal in Mohe town & North Pole mosque."

"I stayed two nights. The place was clean and hygienic, and the room was very warm with heating, so I, a small southerner, wasn't cold at all. The owners, a husband and wife, were very welcoming, and there were plenty of snacks available for guests in the lobby. The mattress was comfortable, but the only downside was that the bathroom was a bit small. Overall, it was a very nice guesthouse!"
