Service: Friendly and welcoming. Arriving in Mohe on the Snow Country Train, we checked into a cozy haven, the eLong Hotel, nestled in a wonderland at the far north. As we opened the door, a 270° bay window offered breathtaking panoramic views of the snowy plains and icy mountains. The 1.8-meter wide king-size bed, comfortable sofa, and spacious bay window transformed the -30℃ outdoor chill into a wonderfully warm and familiar indoor sanctuary. This provided a safe and comfortable resting environment for my elderly parents on their first long journey. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing extra hangers, bottled water, and tea of the same quality, which gave my family great peace of mind. In the morning, we welcomed the sunrise with stunning alpenglow outside our window. The hotel's varied and delicious breakfast kicked off our invigorating trip to Mohe. We had a delightful interaction with charming deer, and to the rhythm of jingling bells and trotting hooves, we ventured into the natural ice and snow city. Gazing at the winding, extensive border of our nation felt like being in a fairy tale, truly purifying the soul. Thank you to the hotel for providing such a haven – it was more than just accommodation; it was a conduit for transmitting Arctic culture. As the horse-drawn carriage once again traversed the snow-covered forest, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of our next icy dawn."

But here’s the thing — when hospitality is this generous, the light comes from the people. I ate every meal at their café not out of laziness, but loyalty. Why brave the Arctic for repetitive food when home-style comfort is already waiting with a bowl and a smile? Youran lives up to its name: unforced, gentle, human. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting relatives who keep refilling your bowl because you look “too thin.” This became the perfect launchpad for my Harbin expedition, three nights of settling in, warming up, and learning that charm travels better than luxury. "The room is clean and hygienic, the toiletries are very good, and the conditioner and moisturizer are too friendly to the girls. The location is convenient and there are a lot of food next to it (personal taste recommendation (Qiqihar meat shop family barbecue, delicious to make an appointment). "This hotel is run by a lovely couple. The uncle and auntie who own it are incredibly warm and welcoming, even giving us a plate of frozen pear slices, haha! It truly felt like home. They helped us plan our routes, booked taxis for us, and even thoughtfully gave us disposable slippers when we left. Their care was exceptional. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit. "The location is very convenient, right on the main street. It's just a few hundred meters to Songyuan Park, Beiji Square, and Mohe Dance Hall. The front desk can help you call a taxi, and it's only 6 yuan to go anywhere within the town. The front desk manager was excellent; they upgraded our room and even gave us a small gift. The service was warm and attentive. The only downside is that the room's soundproofing isn't great, so it can get quite noisy when people are passing by."

"I was overwhelmed with choices when looking for a guesthouse in Beiji Village, but after checking out Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform), I found Songyuan Guesthouse, and it was definitely the right choice! ❤ This was my first time staying at this guesthouse, and the overall experience was great; I felt like I got a great deal. #Room Facilities The guesthouse is newly opened, so the bedding was exceptionally clean, the facilities were new, and there was a separate shower and toilet area with a heated toilet. The room was also very spacious, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window. #Location and Transportation The location is incredibly convenient. There are restaurants less than 100 meters to the left of the guesthouse, and the owner recommended some good places to eat. They were affordable, delicious, and authentic. #Service I especially want to praise the owner. He was very hands-on and hospitable, giving us frozen pears upon arrival, a Christmas-themed fridge magnet for the child, and even showing us around Beiji Village."

When you come back, you can check it and take it directly. It is really warm and consider for us. In fact, even if one room is not refunded, it is reasonable. Back from the Arctic Village, we chose to continue to stay all the way north. The front desk lady also arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport and informed the price. The owners and their family were so warm and hospitable, and the service was thoughtful, with timely and efficient pick-up/drop-off service. They even upgraded my room upon arrival, which I really appreciated. Mohe has many great attractions, and Juguang Hotel is definitely a big highlight among them! Highly recommend! Five-star rating!"

When we drove up, the exterior didn't look like much, but as soon as we stepped inside, I absolutely loved it. The facilities are very modern and unlike other B&Bs in the area.
