The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! Service: Friendly and welcoming. Arriving in Mohe on the Snow Country Train, we checked into a cozy haven, the eLong Hotel, nestled in a wonderland at the far north. As we opened the door, a 270° bay window offered breathtaking panoramic views of the snowy plains and icy mountains. The 1.8-meter wide king-size bed, comfortable sofa, and spacious bay window transformed the -30℃ outdoor chill into a wonderfully warm and familiar indoor sanctuary. This provided a safe and comfortable resting environment for my elderly parents on their first long journey. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing extra hangers, bottled water, and tea of the same quality, which gave my family great peace of mind. In the morning, we welcomed the sunrise with stunning alpenglow outside our window. The hotel's varied and delicious breakfast kicked off our invigorating trip to Mohe. We had a delightful interaction with charming deer, and to the rhythm of jingling bells and trotting hooves, we ventured into the natural ice and snow city. Gazing at the winding, extensive border of our nation felt like being in a fairy tale, truly purifying the soul. Thank you to the hotel for providing such a haven – it was more than just accommodation; it was a conduit for transmitting Arctic culture. As the horse-drawn carriage once again traversed the snow-covered forest, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of our next icy dawn."

"The room view was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun with the '潑水成冰' (literally 'splashing water into ice') game! Sitting by the window, with the curtains open, we could see the beautiful snowscape outside and even watched fireworks set off by other hotel guests 🧨. The facilities are great, and I loved the toiletries—L'Occitane products, a big plus! 👍 Oh, and the owner provided plenty of teacups and tea sets in the room, which was really convenient... The restaurant the owner recommended also had delicious food! 👍"

"I forgot to take pictures of the B&B, so I'll use some photos of the surrounding area instead. When we drove up, the exterior didn't look like much, but as soon as we stepped inside, I absolutely loved it. The facilities are very modern and unlike other B&Bs in the area. It's super clean and well-equipped, and they even provide disposable bath towels and hand towels for guests, which is a fantastic touch. Definitely worth a visit!"

"This guesthouse in Beiji Village offers a peaceful oasis despite being in a lively area. Its stylish decor makes it incredibly Instagrammable. The spacious common areas are ideal for unwinding with a book or some music. Each room boasts a unique theme. We booked the Pikachu room, which our child absolutely adored! It was the perfect size and spotlessly clean. They offer a fantastic array of unique and beautifully designed souvenirs. Guests can also collect various stamps, and our child happily collected dozens. Their newly opened Qilin branch is absolutely stunning!"

"The hardware facilities should be the best hotel in Mohe. There is also free airport pick-up and drop-off service. There is a river in front and a forest in the back. The scenery is very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It costs 5 yuan to go anywhere. The price is the same for locals and foreigners. It is very practical. The service awareness needs to be improved. There is no flexibility or accommodation. Check out at 1 o'clock. Even if the plane leaves two hours later, they will not allow late check-out. Late check-out costs extra money. You need to pay extra for mineral water. When you ask for cleaning for the extension room, they only change the bath towels. When asked why the bed is not made and the floor is not mopped, they just make it and mop it casually. I have to refute a few words, not to mention wiping the table top, repairing slippers and pulling paper. Overall, for the above advantages, I will stay in this hotel when I go to Mohe in the future because the hardware conditions are good."

"This guesthouse is located right inside the Arctic Village scenic area, so you can get great photos without even leaving the property. We originally planned to stay one night but extended our stay because we loved it so much. The housekeeper and staff were all incredibly kind. When it snowed heavily, the guesthouse's car picked us up from the airport. They didn't want us to walk far in the snow, so the driver pulled right up to the airport terminal entrance and then carried our luggage all the way to our room. The room was so warm, I was able to walk around barefoot in a t-shirt, sipping an iced coffee while watching the snow outside. The owner pays extreme attention to detail; the common areas with gym equipment, massage chairs, and tea facilities are truly excellent. And the crispy fried pork for breakfast? You can have unlimited refills, and it's absolutely delicious!"

"The room and environment were really great in Jibei Village. In particular, the landlady was incredibly kind and helpful. I was freezing, and she upgraded me to a heated kang room for free. The stir-fried wild vegetables were also delicious. Seeing that I was alone, she even kindly offered to help me share a ride, saying that the scenery would be even more beautiful in autumn and not so cold!"
