Near Huaqing Palace and subway station, transportation is very convenient. Although there is a TV in the room, it can't be watched. Since the Ctrip website did not mention that there was a TV, I didn't deduct any points here, but I just felt it was a bit strange. The only minus point is that the Ctrip website said it was a ”24-hour front desk”, but later I found out that there was no one at the front desk in the morning, and only a contact number was left. Since I didn’t use a mainland phone number for WeChat before, it took me a while before they could return the deposit. I definitely think that ”24-hour front desk” and 24-hour contact availability are very different things, and it's misleading. There are no problems elsewhere, only points are deducted here.

I went to the police station to report the case and made a record. The police disliked saying that this hotel was not good. I think this hotel is basically sold out and thought it was OK. The actual room is a bit small and not as wide as the location on the picture. Like a family building remodeled apartment.
