"Fantastic hotel! It's clean, the service is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The location is also excellent, making it super convenient to get everywhere. "We stayed here for a family trip. It was incredibly convenient with a park, supermarket, and bus stop all nearby. There were also a laundromat and restaurants close by. I honestly didn't expect much from the breakfast, thinking it would be just a basic complimentary offering, but I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety and how delicious it all was. All the staff members were very kind and friendly. They were especially patient and helpful with my beginner English, which I really appreciated. Another bonus was being able to check in early at 9 AM for an additional $65."

"Each floor should ideally have two rooms facing the river, and I was lucky enough to get a high-floor room, which was a big plus! 👍 The hotel's location is excellent; it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the main business district to the west or Harrison Island to the east. Plus, there are two Chinese restaurants just a 3-5 minute walk north."

"Well, I've been moving around hostels since I came here for work and holidays, and the percentage of Westerners is overwhelmingly high. I slept in a 22-person room, and it was a mixed-gender dorm. Koreans, please take note and have a safe and fun working holiday! PS: Laundry fee: $4"

"This hotel is located on the red CatBus route. While it's a bit far from the city center, it's conveniently situated. The room isn't new, but it was clean. As a solo traveler, it wasn't an issue, but there was only one chair for the number of beds (a double and a single). The shower drainage wasn't very good. I had a low-floor room facing the street, and I could hear drunk people shouting at night, but overall, it was a quiet stay."

"Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic! The environment was pleasant, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. My only minor complaint is that I arrived past 12 PM on check-in day and had to call to get checked in, which was a bit inconvenient. But other than that, everything was perfect."

In a prime location close to transport and free red cat bus. Many cafes and restaurants to choose from. Walking around the garden is beautiful. Iga is gourmet . Room is clean spacious has all the amenities needed including coffee machine in your room. Bed is so comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was was nice and quiet too

Great location & spacious room! The check in time is only till 4pm, if you arrive late try to contact the property directly, I leave a comment on Trip.Com to inform property on my late arrival but I didn't receive any update after that, luckily I manage to contact someone on site to help me with, he share that he try to email and call me on the instructions to check in after 4pm but didn't manage to reach me. Hope Trip.com will improve on such communication of guest with property.

A great stay, great location close to the CBD by bus (10 mins) to Perth Central Train Station. Big rooms, very clean, good beds and clean linen. Breakfast for an extra 15.00 AUD. Quiet location, a great park area at the front of the motel. Close walk to the Riverina area of East Perth. Will definitely stay here again. Good price for a nights stay.
