Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com.
Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area.
Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring.
Pros:
1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty.
2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money.
3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English.
4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes.
Cons:
1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids.
2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Guest UserI was torn between Wanda and Huamei for a while, but ultimately chose this place, and I'm so glad I did – it was a great recommendation from Xiaohongshu! The exterior looks like a Swiss chalet. I booked a room with a view and could see the mountains. B1 has a snack street, and it's less than a five-minute walk to the hot spring hotel. In the evening, you can even catch a performance; the iron flower show was absolutely fantastic!
The front desk staff's service attitude was excellent, especially Mr. Mark! He not only helped me find an affordable swimwear store but also went above and beyond to assist with any requests I had. Thumbs up! There's a dryer downstairs; just let the front desk know if you need to use it. The room was very spacious. Initially, I was a bit worried when they mentioned hot water was limited to 20 minutes (because it needed to heat up), but it turned out to be absolutely fine, and the water temperature was great. Breakfast at the Magpie Restaurant on B1 offered a good variety of options. After eating, you can use the vouchers the hotel provides to enjoy the activities.
Even though the weather wasn't ideal for visiting Tianchi these past two days, I had a very comfortable two-day vacation here!

After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

zlzdulinTraveling during the Qingming Festival, the resort wasn't crowded, and neither was the hotel. The breakfast spread wasn't huge, but it offered a decent variety. The view outside the window was still beautiful; we even experienced snow, waking up to a pristine white landscape. When my child wasn't feeling well, even though the park didn't have medical facilities, the hotel kindly helped us by making ginger tea.

Guest UserAfter visiting Changbai Mountain, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for the second night. It's always my kids' first choice! They loved the hotel's family package activities, especially the Kangnahan hot springs. They had a blast playing in both the indoor and outdoor pools. I also want to give a special shout-out to the lovely ladies at the restaurant. My child couldn't make it to breakfast, and they were so thoughtful, helping me pack some noodles and eggs for them. A big thank you also goes to the hotel butler, Shi Liwen, for these past two days. He handled our check-in quickly, explained all the benefits thoroughly, answered all our questions, and always had a smile. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and parking is super convenient with a garage available. We'll definitely choose to stay here again!

Guest UserThis suite hotel is perfectly located within the resort, close to all the main attractions. My butler, Haha, was a delightful and attentive young lady. She was always quick to answer any questions and handled any issues with professionalism and speed. When a family member caught a cold after visiting Tianchi Lake and couldn't eat, she thoughtfully brought some plain congee. The room facilities are comprehensive and perfect for a family trip. The resort also offers a variety of activities, like firework displays and iron flower performances. There's so much to do here, truly suitable for all ages. We rented bicycles and enjoyed a leisurely ride through the mountains. I'd love to come back next summer!

DengniyiyanStaying at the E-Hwa Hotel on Changbai Mountain was definitely a great choice. The hotel has a wonderfully peaceful and calming environment, and the rooms offer beautiful views of the mountains and forest. The public lounge areas also have a fantastic atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was.
