"Even though it's an older hotel, the hygiene and facilities are excellent. It really combines the advantages of both established and newer hotels. The service is great, the environment is pleasant, and most importantly, the location is super convenient! We also got an 8.5% discount on tickets, although it didn't apply to children's tickets. If you're visiting Hengdian, I highly recommend staying here. You can quickly get to the two performances at Qin Palace, and then explore the Qingming Shanghe Tu (Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival) in the evening (save indoor or interactive attractions for the daytime). There's even a special entrance for Dream Valley (unfortunately, our two kids were too tired to go, so we only visited two parks)."

"Fantastic location! Just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was even cleaner than I expected, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! The front desk lady was incredibly warm, like an old friend. She even upgraded us to a family room when she saw we had a child and hand-drew a map of the surrounding area. The attention to detail was truly heartwarming!"

"Excellent! Clean, quiet, and full of character. We visited in April, and the room had an antique charm. The front window overlooked a large garden, and the corridor was right next to Lilac Street, offering close-up views of the Sanyuanli architecture and distant views of the Ming and Qing Dynasty courtyards. The hotel is near the North Gate, very close to the Bell Tower, which makes it super convenient for catching various shows. We could even pop back to the room for a quick rest if we got tired. The breakfast spread was fantastic. Absolutely wonderful!"

"This is my fourth time staying at Hampton by Hilton Hengdian, and as always, the service is outstanding. The front desk staff, the restaurant aunties, and the housekeeping ladies have all become like friends. "The hotel is a bit remote, but very quiet. The rooms are clean and bright, and the facilities are all excellent. The service is also very good. The Chinese breakfast options, like the steamed buns, wontons, and noodles, were delicious, but other selections were a bit limited. For lunch and dinner, you can order takeout or eat near the scenic spots you're visiting. There are also a few local farm-style restaurants across the street. Parking is convenient, with two charging stations, making it EV-friendly."

"Coming to Hengdian with friends to support our idols, choosing Guomao Tower was definitely the right decision! The location is fantastic, not far from any of the film studios, just a ten-minute drive away. This means we didn't have to rush even for early morning support activities. Parking outside the hotel is convenient, and they even have EV charging stations, which was great for us since we drove an electric car. Check-in was super efficient, and the front desk staff, both guys and girls, were really friendly. When they found out we were there for idol support, they proactively told us about good convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab late-night snacks. The room we booked was spacious and clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. After a tiring day running around at the events, we could just collapse into bed and fall asleep immediately. Breakfast offered a good variety, enough to fill us up before heading out for more support activities. The biggest surprise was how often we'd run into other fans at the hotel. We even occasionally saw staff recommending dishes that cast and crew members enjoyed, which made us feel a step closer to our idols! The service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful, without any pretense, and the value for money was excellent. Next time we come to Hengdian for idol support, we'll definitely stay here again!"

"As someone who's sensitive to heat, I really struggled with the heating in the hotel. During my three-night stay over Chinese New Year, every evening when I returned to my room around 9 or 10 PM, it felt like walking into a sauna. Perhaps we're just particularly susceptible to heat. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was replenished quite quickly. However, the restaurant is quite small with limited seating, and it was clear during the holiday period that there weren't enough tables. The lobby area also lacked sufficient seating; there were no sofas, just two small tables with chairs. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic. Although there wasn't a complimentary ticket offer during Chinese New Year, hotel guests could purchase tickets at an 85% discount for unlimited re-entry. This unlimited re-entry perk is a real selling point if you're traveling with elderly family members or children, as it allows you to leave the scenic area for a meal and then re-enter, which is great considering how disappointing the food options inside many major attractions can be."

XXiaomaoyuI rarely stayed in a homestay when I went out to play before. I accidentally brushed this one. It was very close to the attractions and the room type was very suitable. I hesitated to book one night. I didn't expect to be too satisfied! The long-haired lady with glasses at the front desk is very nice, warm and gentle! The room is suitable for a family of three, and adult children are also suitable! The child likes the small room behind the curtain, independent space, and the bed is still big! The floor heating is very sufficient, and it is very warm when entering the room. The facilities are complete and the location is reasonable. Speaking of the bed, I felt that the bed in the hotel was very soft before. Compared with this homestay, the bed was tight and flexible, especially in line with my requirements! I slept very soundly all night and really felt like sleeping at home. I should try the homestay in the future, very good! There were too few photos in the room. I felt very satisfied as soon as I entered. I was a little excited. I forgot to take it. Haha 😄 This homestay is only a few minutes away from Dream Valley and Qin Palace. The location is not bad.
