"My stay here was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super easy to get around. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft that I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were warm and polite, responding quickly to all my requests. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, and it offers great value for money. "Pros: The price is affordable, the overall facilities are well-maintained, and the room size was accurately advertised. The front desk staff were quick to resolve issues and always greeted me with a smile. The location is excellent, very close to Qin Palace, Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and Dream Valley. Daily amenities were replenished, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. Cons: The unused breakfast vouchers could not be refunded (unlike the hotel next door). The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was mediocre (I felt it didn't even compare to outside breakfast stalls). On the first day of my stay, the room had a strong dusty smell, I'm not sure if it hadn't been cleaned or aired out, or if it had been vacant for too long. Overall: I'm still quite satisfied, and it's a type of place I would consider staying at again. The attached photos were taken with a wide-angle lens."

Thumbs up!👍 Facilities: Smart curtains, screen-mirroring TV, and an ”Xiao Du” smart speaker for music really enhanced the vacation vibe. The bathroom faucet had a smooth, delicate water flow! The lighting controls were well-zoned and logical! Bedding: Atour's pillows are famously comfortable! Breakfast: The variety was comprehensive, the taste was great, and everything was fresh. Every staff member was busy working diligently and paid attention to guests' needs at all times. Truly a superb experience! Atour is a must-stay when traveling, a guarantee of quality! The Atour Hotel on Wansheng Street in Hengdian was exceptionally good, a big thumbs up!"

"The location is excellent, right across from Qin Palace. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there was some noise during the day. The cleanliness was just okay, and breakfast options were limited. Not many guests were staying, but for around 200 yuan for a chain hotel, it's good value for money. Although there were few staff members, they were diligent. When my child threw up in the middle of the night, someone came to clean it up right away after I called. You get what you pay for, and for a hotel near a scenic spot at this price, it's acceptable."

"My stay at this hotel in Hengdian exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent; it's a short taxi ride to all the film studios and makeup hotels. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The room was very clean, and the hot water supply was abundant. I slept soundly at night without any disturbances. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered stools to borrow. This place is perfect whether you're here for tourism or stargazing. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hengdian."

"The Crystal Hotel has surprisingly good soundproofing – once the windows are closed, you can barely hear anything from outside. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are great, no stiff neck in the morning, I slept right through till dawn. The room is spacious, bright, and has no strange odors. The air conditioning works well, and the hot water is consistent. Getting a good night's sleep here really helped me have the energy to explore Qin Palace and Ming & Qing Palaces the next day – the sleep quality definitely deserves a special mention! Front desk staffer Xiao Z also provided excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"What a stroke of luck! As soon as we checked in, we met the legendary 'landlady' (bao zu po), who warmly escorted us to our room. We were absolutely delighted with the room we booked this time; it had two balconies facing different directions, offering a constant view of the performances 🎭. All the hotel staff were very friendly, and the concierge group chat was incredibly convenient, with super-fast responses. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!"
