The front desk staff proactively informed me about all the hotel facilities, including the free shuttle service to and from the station, the gym, and the laundry room. A really nice touch was that the housekeeping staff offered to do my laundry for free and delivered it back to my room – super convenient and a huge time-saver. It truly felt like coming home. "The room was clean and tidy, with a wide view from the window, overlooking the Qi River. The front desk gave the children toothbrushes and slippers when they checked in. The children liked the cartoon pattern. The front desk had hot mineral water and the room had steam eye masks. It was very intimate. When checking out, I gave the children cartoon mud dog souvenirs. Going out is Qihe Park, seven minutes walk from Golden Beach, four kilometers from Chaoge Culture Park, and eating on Laoshan Road is also very convenient. Very suitable for walking the baby, the ceiling of the hotel at the same price."

During the Qingming Festival, the prices of hotels in surrounding cities such as Kaifeng, Xinxiang, and Anyang were generally much more expensive, but only hotels in Hebi City were much cheaper. I deliberately stayed next door instead of in the surrounding cities. I will come to Hebi again in the future!"

"I took my children out to play during the summer vacation. I accidentally booked this hotel. At first, I looked at the newly opened hotel with a try mentality. I didn’t expect the room facilities to be very complete after I checked in. The front desk service was very good. There were also charging piles. There were a lot of them. "Good location, service is OK, facilities are general, management is lacking. Three details explain the problem of operation management: 1. When taking the elevator, the guests who take the elevator to the second floor to eat together, smoke in the elevator, and the proficiency should be the same as the local frequent visitors; 2. When washing in the self-service laundry area, no soap, laundry detergent and other cleaning tools are placed in the hand washing area, just standing a brand, the table is clean; at the same time, 2 washing machines have stopped, call the front desk to let the staff come to free up the washing machine, waiting for more than ten minutes; 3. Breakfast is open until 9:30. When I went to dinner at 9:00, three plates were empty. I reminded the staff twice and told the kitchen to see it."

There are no five-star hotels in the small county town, so I chose this most expensive local homestay. I was pleasantly surprised with the mentality of giving it a try. First of all, the hotel is in the scenic area, which is very convenient for dining out. Opposite is the most famous Shizimo Restaurant. Secondly, the hotel provides a shuttle bus that can go to various gates of the ancient town. Finally, and most surprisingly, the room facilities are complete and cleaned very cleanly. The space layout of the suite is reasonable. I stayed for two days and felt very comfortable. I will probably choose this place again when I come here on a business trip next time.

I highly recommend everyone to come and stay. This time I can say that it is the best stay experience for me to stay in the hotel. As soon as I come in, the young lady at the front desk smiles and makes people feel very kind and take the initiative to pour tea for me when I check in. It is also full of details. The most unexpected ID card actually helped me install it. The room was clean and the layout was reasonable. The dry and wet separation was found. I didn’t bring makeup remover supplies. I contacted the front desk lady and actually used my makeup remover for me. I was particularly touched. It was really a non-stop. Very good stay experience, I recommend everyone to come to Hebi, you can come and stay [strong][strong][strong][strong]

The room is the first time in Jiangnan design style. I chose this hotel front desk to check in very smoothly. I am idle. Every corner is designed to be perfect and in place. You can also order a takeaway. Takeaway can also be delivered to the room. The water can be hot, basically at constant temperature. No need to adjust between 45 degrees and 55 degrees.
