AAnonymous User我們是在鶴壁迎賓館開業不久就有緣幾乎每年都入住的客人，光是今年就去了兩次。雖説經年累月，但這家賓館的內部及房間設施不斷更新、完善，每每都有一種新鮮的感覺。二十多年過去了，這座美麗的花園式的鶴壁賓館，其服務水準仍不減當年、一如既往，從前台到客房以至於餐廳，可謂是名符其實的超一流的賓館服務，對我而言，如同一座心靈的港灣，幾乎每年（除疫情期間外）必訪不可。今後在我們有生之年，衹要去中國，定踏訪鶴壁，屆時鶴壁迎賓館即是我們的首選：就像是我心靈的故鄉。
最後我們要感謝鶴壁迎賓館的有關人士，特別是感謝守護在前台、以及辛勤忙碌在客房和餐廳的內心熱忱、服務周到的所有的員工們。

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is great, just in the ancient city, convenient to travel, beautiful scenery, rich breakfast. The front desk lady is gentle and the service is particularly good. The only fly in the ointment is that after our family of three combined the two single beds into a big bed, there are some biscuit crumbs under the bed. It must be not cleaned thoroughly. You can pay attention to it in the future. I will highly recommend it if a friend goes.
