"It's been a while since I last visited Nan'ao, and after a long search for the perfect guesthouse, I finally found this one! The front desk staff were all so lovely and helpful, very patient and attentive. Anything we needed was brought to us right away. The room was simple but very comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved it! Next time I come, I'll definitely try the sea-view king room."

"Five stars! We absolutely loved the Haichengju 270° sea view family suite on Nan'ao Island. Traveling with another family, choosing this spacious 95㎡ suite was a brilliant decision. The space is incredibly open and airy, easily accommodating two small families without feeling cramped, allowing both adults and kids to move around freely. The comfort level of our stay was through the roof! The iconic 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the ocean. You could simply lie on the sofa in the living room and gaze out at the entire sea. It was an immersive experience, enjoying the view without even leaving the room. The suite was fully equipped with everything we needed: a separate kitchen and bathroom, a refrigerator, a full set of kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a large-screen projector, and toiletries. It was incredibly convenient to buy fresh seafood from the market and bring it back to the room to cook. The bedding was soft and clean, and the entire suite was meticulously cleaned. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive. Before our arrival, they proactively sent check-in instructions and registered our license plate. After we checked in, they helped us navigate local dining options, and any issues were promptly addressed. The beach was just a short walk downstairs, making it very convenient for us to take the kids for beachcombing and strolls. This suite is definitely our top recommendation for two families visiting the island. The value for money is outstanding, and we'll definitely be staying at Haichengju again on our next visit to Nan'ao!"

"Tonight, I fell asleep to the sound of the sea in the mist and rain. This was my first time staying at Chenhai Yunxi Homestay in the back village on a rainy day, enveloped by the mist, rain, and the sound of waves. If you're booking a sea-view room, try to get a higher floor; right below are residential houses. Nan'ao, in general, is a very ordinary fishing village. You can easily explore the whole place leisurely on an electric scooter. The hostess at the front desk was very gentle and had a lovely voice. The continuous rain transformed the sea into a muted grey-blue, and the outlines of fishing boats were softened by the fog. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, raindrops diagonally wove into the sea. I made a cup of hot tea and watched the rain from the window, quietly observing the ebb and flow of a cloud, a wave. Just outside, there's the濱海路 (Binhai Road). I walked along the coast with an umbrella, and the wind carried the aromas from seafood stalls. Electric scooters are very convenient, and the concierge even thoughtfully provided a travel guide. The row of buildings behind the sea is the local market. As darkness fell, the sea became serene, and the streetlights cast warm, yellow halos in the rain. The world finally stopped rushing, leaving only my breath and the sound of the rain."

"This time, I brought my child along, so I decided to stay in the county town. First, let's talk about the location. The B&B's location is excellent, with free parking available. Although it's a short walk, it's manageable. Right downstairs, you'll find various restaurants and bubble tea shops. It's practically the Houzhai CBD, very convenient. The only minor drawback is that the hot water is very slow; it takes a long time to come on. After communicating with the owner, they explained that the pipes are long, and you need to let the cold water run out before the hot water arrives. Now, let's focus on the B&B's hygiene and service. The B&B is located in an older building, but the rooms are all new, and the hygiene is exceptionally well-maintained. It's clean and odor-free, which already surpasses many B&Bs. Furthermore, the attention to detail is excellent. Right outside your room on the same floor, the owner provides various daily necessities (dental floss, rubber bands, hair clips, razors, makeup remover wipes, etc.). So thoughtful! Regarding service, the owner led us to the parking lot on an electric scooter. We hadn't checked in yet, and the owner helped us transport our luggage to the B&B. When we checked in, our luggage was already in the room. My child had hives and scratched their skin until it bled a bit, getting some blood on the sheets. I proactively asked the owner if I needed to pay a cleaning fee, but the owner didn't charge anything. What a generous gesture! The off-season price is also very affordable. Overall, for a 207 RMB B&B, I'd give it a 90 out of 100. The 10 points deducted are in hopes that the owner can improve the hot water facilities. We'll definitely come again if we have the chance!"

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The 200㎡ outdoor terrace is absolutely amazing, offering expansive views. I could quietly watch the sunrise over the sea right from the balcony – the atmosphere was incredible. The room was clean and well-equipped. I especially want to commend the service; the staff were incredibly helpful and always promptly addressed any requests. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Nan'ao!"

"The room decor is simple yet elegant, with complete amenities. Toiletries, a hairdryer, and other hardware facilities are all in place, and the cleanliness is excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's highlight is the cliffside heated infinity pool, where the sea meets the sky, perfect for stunning photos. You can even swim there when the weather is a bit chilly. Additionally, leisure facilities like a gym, billiards room, and children's playground are all available, making it suitable for couples, friends, or family trips."

"Nan'ao Island stay experience is great, the whole house is too convenient for smart 🌊 The twin room booked for this trip exceeded expectations. The room is intelligent guest control in the whole house, voice control lighting curtains, and smart toilets are easy to use. The room has a separate open-air balcony with a view of the island. The hotel is very complete, there are hand letter shops, milk tea coffee shops, tea rooms, bars, cafeterias, and children's playground, self-service laundry room, gym, chess and card room and multi-function meeting room. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable to sleep, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the overall living experience is comfortable. It is worth choosing this hotel for tourism to Nan'ao Island."

"Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained and spotless throughout. The front desk staff, housekeepers, and even the security guard at the parking lot are all incredibly polite and offer excellent, reassuring service. What truly stands out is their integrity; even if you booked at a 'bug' (mistake) price, they won't ask you to cancel. Huge thumbs up!"

"This guesthouse is about 1 kilometer from the town center of Houzhai, right by the sea. The beach is just across the street. A popular photo spot is right next to the residential complex where the guesthouse is located (the so-called ”Chinese version of Kamakura” photo spot is just a small car entrance/exit of the complex where photographers are lurking). We booked three rooms on the 6th, 8th, and 12th floors. The 12th-floor sea-view room had the best view (the highest floors in this complex seem to be 13 or 14). The rooms were nicely designed, cozy, clean, and the overall experience was excellent. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful, readily providing any information needed. And considering we avoided peak season prices, it was great value for money. Across the street from the guesthouse complex are seafood stalls and dim sum restaurants frequented by Hong Kong celebrities, but the prices are average. We recommend exploring the town center for more diverse and affordable dining options."
