"It was my family member's birthday during our stay, and the service exceeded our expectations. Someone helped us with our luggage when we checked in and out, and fresh fruit was replenished daily. Our child even received a kite and beach toys. All the towels in the room were disinfected and sealed, which made us feel very at ease using them. I'd like to specially mention Hai Xia Jie and Jing Jing – their service attitude was superb. Hai Xia Jie decorated the room for the birthday, and the swan towel art was incredibly lifelike. Jing Jing thoughtfully sent us a guide to touring Weihai. The moment we checked out, we regretted not booking a few more days!"

Both were always smiling, gentle, and polite. When my travel plans changed mid-trip, they patiently helped me adjust my room type and check-in time. For all subsequent inquiries, their responses were prompt and professional, and they consistently provided thoughtful and meticulous assistance. This comfortable experience wouldn't have been possible without their dedicated hospitality. "Traveling to Weihai, I stayed at this hotel for four nights from May 22nd to 26th. It's an excellent hotel – the rooms are spacious, the service is top-notch, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. Its location near the high-speed rail station makes transportation very convenient for visiting all the attractions. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!"

"Before coming to Weihai, I did a lot of research. I initially planned to stay at hotels like Hanting or Atour, but many reviews were negative. Then I stumbled upon a comment suggesting that in Weihai, one should choose local brands, so I booked this one. Honestly, I was a bit nervous because of the low price, but it turned out to be amazing value for money! For a 400-yuan hotel, the service was exceptional, comparable to a five-star hotel. Special thanks to Sister Zhang Li and security guard Xiao Wang for their warm and thoughtful service; they even let us borrow sand-digging tools. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse. The hotel has three restaurants, making it a top choice for families with kids who don't want to venture out. Plus, it's right opposite Weigao Plaza, within walking distance to the beach football field, and convenient for getting to other places. If you're unsure about anything, the hotel staff provides very detailed recommendations. My kid said we should definitely stay here again next time we visit!"

"Here's my objective review of this stay. Pros: 1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby. 2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery. 3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it. 4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely. 5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly. 6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier. Cons: 1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews. 2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken. 3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival). 4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub. 5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby."

"Fantastic! The room was spotless, very spacious, and even had a sea view. It was fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and an induction cooktop. The host also recommended a local morning market (where we bought some huge abalone and sea snails in the morning!) and even lent us a pot to steam a whole batch of fresh seafood. Since our train was late, they kindly allowed us to check out two hours later, which was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!!"

"I stumbled upon this hotel with a floor-to-ceiling sea-view window room online and immediately fell in love with it. So, I took advantage of the three-day Qingming Festival holiday to visit Weihai. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and the actual experience was fantastic! From the hotel's **exterior**, it felt like an older four-star, but once I entered the lobby, the overall impression was very neat, clean, and bright. You could tell that the hotel put effort into maintaining its facilities. The staff were also very enthusiastic, even calling a day in advance to confirm my itinerary and preferences. The **service** was excellent. Since I arrived quite late on the first night, after 10:00 PM in Weihai, I booked a **standard king room** for the first night. It offered a street view, not the sea. The room was quiet and very clean, perfect for a good night's rest. On the second day, around 9:00 AM, we moved to the sea-view room I had been looking forward to. I booked the **Deluxe Sea View Terrace King Room**. The room was still very clean and quiet. The interior decoration was on par with a five-star hotel (though the walls were a bit patchy and could use a repaint). Upon entering, there was a bathtub, and then the super large floor-to-ceiling window and terrace came into view. In front of the window, there was a soft sofa, which was incredibly comfortable and relaxing for drinking tea or coffee – it just made me so happy. The view from the terrace was also stunning; the sea was very clear on sunny days. In the evening, you could watch the sunset from the room. What could be more romantic than that? The **breakfast** restaurant was a sea-view restaurant with a huge floor-to-ceiling window. Outside, there was a trestle bridge, the sea, and seagulls – the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast selection wasn't super extensive, but it covered most Chinese breakfast essentials, and the taste was good. For a four-star hotel, it was really impressive. The **location** is in Huancui District, not far from attractions like Torch 8th Street. There are also many good restaurants nearby. Downstairs are Jinshatan Beach and the Jinhaiwan Trestle Bridge, where many seagulls hover. The hotel has an elevator that goes directly to the beach, and guests are given an exclusive wristband. For families with children who want to play in the water during summer, it's very convenient – you can go straight back to your room via the elevator to wash up after playing. Overall, the accommodation experience was excellent! Full marks, highly recommended!"

"Excellent location, right on the middle of the beach. Amazing views from the floor length windows in the seaview rooms. Obviously, being right on the beach there are so many restaurants, coffee shops, bars and convenience stores minutes away by foot. Rooms are comfortable with good beds, showers and Aircon. Breakfast is fine. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Weihai."

"The hotel's location is pretty good, backing onto Hanlefang and close to Weihai Station. However, the heating in the room was really poor; it ran for several hours with no noticeable effect. They don't even have a food delivery robot, so you have to go down to the first floor to pick up your takeout. Losing your room card costs 20 yuan to replace. For a 600 yuan hotel, they're really nitpicking over small things like that. The front desk service was quite mediocre. Overall, the experience was just average, though the hotel's hygiene was decent."
