"The room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious, offering a cozy and quiet retreat. All the facilities were complete and in excellent working order, with the Wi-Fi and hot water being particularly impressive! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in a building to the left of Weihai Station's exit. It's about a ten-minute walk to Hanlefang, and getting to Weihai Bus Station or Weihai Coach Terminal for the tourist bus lines is a breeze. This makes it super easy to visit attractions like Liugong Island, Maotou Mountain, Nashanghai, the Bluevessel, Chengshantou, and city sights such as Weihai Park and Huoju 8th Street. The staff, including the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and security, were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. Full marks! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Weihai!"

"Traveling during the Qingming Festival, I didn't have high hopes, expecting an old and outdated hotel. To my surprise, it was very new! The front desk service was excellent. They gave little gifts to the children upon check-in and also at check-out. They even upgraded us to a family-friendly room for free, which was fantastic! The room had a small tent and ocean-themed plush toys, which my child absolutely loved. We also had the hotpot buffet dinner at the hotel, and it was great! It was only a little over 100 yuan per person, which was really good value. The breakfast was also very rich and varied. Right downstairs from the lobby, there's a mini garden with a water feature. Just a short walk further, you'll find coastal parks like the Weihai Big Photo Frame. In the evenings, there were many stalls selling food, souvenirs, etc., and the prices weren't expensive. The lobby also has very friendly koi fish, a building block table, and many seating areas. It was a pleasant stay overall. It would be even more perfect if the lobby had a children's slide and ball pit!"

"The room's location is absolutely fantastic, right downstairs from the beach. I came during the off-season and paid a total of 200-something yuan, but I used 120 yuan worth of Ctrip points, so I only ended up paying 88 yuan. Talk about value for money! I stayed on the 16th floor, and the sea view was truly unbeatable; I even watched the sunset from the hotel. The bathroom is a bit small, but for 88 yuan and this location, I can't really complain! When I checked out, they even gave me a local specialty. There's a parking lot, and parking is free for guests. The buffet breakfast was quite homestyle and generally good. The room also had a mini-fridge."

"The location is great, very close to Weihai High-Speed Rail Station, and also very near Hanlefang. It's not far from various attractions either. The hotel front desk staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. The reception staff proactively helped me with my luggage to my room. On the first day, I didn't have time for breakfast, and they voluntarily refunded me. Hotel staff in the lobby always greeted me when I came and went. They offer pick-up and drop-off services, which is excellent. When I left, they also helped me with my luggage to the car. All in all, I highly recommend staying here!"

"Here's my objective review of this stay. Pros: 1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby. 2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery. 3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it. 4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely. 5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly. 6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier. Cons: 1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews. 2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken. 3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival). 4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub. 5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby."

"The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with a full range of amenities, and the hot water was instant. The service was attentive and warm, truly no complaints."

"I really didn't want to leave this hotel. The location is excellent, with large supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, making it incredibly convenient. Plus, robots deliver takeout right to your room. The hotel facilities are also great, with many room types available. On our first night, we stayed in a family suite, and for the second night, we chose a family room with a tatami mat, which was more cost-effective for a family of four. A comfortable hotel is always backed by an excellent service team. From the ladies at the front desk to the male staff in the lobby, everyone was incredibly enthusiastic, and they answered all our questions clearly and meticulously. They were always ready to help with anything we needed. One male staff member even proactively helped guests with their luggage, opening and closing car doors, which made us feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. This was also the first time I asked for a toothbrush at a hotel, and it didn't feel like a disposable one at all; it had a great feel, was my favorite light blue, and had a soft brush head. All in all, it was a truly wonderful travel experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"First off, it's a new hotel, and they've incorporated a lot of elements from the 'All Seasons' brand. The rooms are quite smart; everything is intelligently controlled except for the TV. The surrounding area is also great. Right across the street is the coastline and a beach. After exploring for a bit, I spent half an hour sitting across the way, enjoying the breeze and the sea view – it was lovely. Dining options nearby are also very convenient. Now, for the hygiene, I can't really praise it. This is how the room looked when I entered, and there was even a hair tie right under the TV. I'm not sure how housekeeping cleaned the room. Plus, there were residues on the nightstand; I genuinely believe the tables weren't wiped down at all. I used almost an entire pack of my own wet wipes to clean the room. And in the shower, what exactly is this hole in the ceiling? It was just wide open. The service, however, was top-notch. I'm not sure if the older gentleman working at night was security or what. After checking in, when I went out for dinner, I told him about all the issues in the room. I mentioned I had already cleaned up the hygiene issues myself and asked someone to fix the hole in the bathroom ceiling. I stayed for two days, and by the time I checked out, no one had contacted me, and no one had addressed the hole in the ceiling. I can accept minor flaws in cleanliness; individually, it's understandable, and as a guy, I'm not that particular. But this level of service attitude, I believe, is unacceptable for the hospitality industry. Two days, so many reported issues, and no one bothered to follow up or ask. I hope the owner provides some training to that night shift gentleman; he was just too careless."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Just across the street, you're at the beach. Plus, there's a supermarket, a morning market, and unique restaurants nearby – super convenient. The staff were amazing too. Due to traffic, we checked in at 2 AM, and they not only helped us with our luggage but also upgraded our room! The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The room's outlets and smart toilet are definitely up to date with what younger people look for. The bedding was also top-notch; the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the duvet was fluffy, making for a super comfortable sleep. It's a shame I woke up too late and missed the hotel's breakfast, though."

"Highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Weihai Weigao! The front desk staff, M and J, provided outstanding service. They were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic throughout, checking us in efficiently and smoothly, and even thoughtfully offered warm cookies. The hotel facilities are top-notch; the lobby is elegant and grand, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with smart devices. The bathroom with a separate wet and dry area is comfortable, and high-floor rooms offer stunning sea views. The gym and breakfast area are well-appointed, and the location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. With professional and attentive service, and high-quality facilities, the experience was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Weihai!"
