We have extended our holiday vacation, returning to Xianyang and stay in this hotel again.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to your outstanding front desk team—Jia Jia (佳佳), Xiao Wan (小琬), and Meng Meng (梦梦) —for their exceptional customer service during our stay.
From the moment we arrived, their warm welcome, professionalism, and attentiveness truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, handling every request with efficiency and a genuine smile. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist at every step made us feel not just like a guest, but genuinely cared for.
It’s clear that Jia Jia, Xiao Wan, and Meng Meng take great pride in their work, and their dedication reflects the high standards of this property. They are wonderful ambassadors of your hotel and left a lasting positive impression.
Please pass along my gratitude to them. I look forward to returning to your hotel and experiencing the same level of excellence.

It was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

Guest UserThis is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. The free airport pick-up and drop-off services and business car pick-up are very practical for us who have an early flight. The staff are warm and welcoming. The hotel also provides a robot to deliver small fruits at night, and the scenery outside the window is also great. There is a food street on the first floor with Xi'an specialties and snacks. It is very lively and prosperous. I recommend it to everyone!

24-hour complimentary airport shuttle (T2/T3/T5 terminals): I booked this room for a layover in Xi'an, and the driver picked me up incredibly fast! The next morning, for the drop-off, they even called my room 20 minutes beforehand for a wake-up call. The service was absolutely superb. When checking in, the front desk attendant was very articulate, efficient, and incredibly welcoming. She even upgraded our room, and walking in was such a pleasant surprise – it had a lovely, sweet setup! For this price point, what more could you ask for? Everything was absolutely perfect.

helenwhrmmTraveling the world with kids, my philosophy is to stay wherever we land, avoiding rushed nights and schedules. This time, our late flight arrived at Xi'an Xianyang Airport T3 at 11:30 PM. Since there's a dedicated shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors leaving at 9:15 AM the next morning from Xianyang Airport, we opted to stay at the airport. This 'Miyi Hui Hotel' (or 'Sleep Well Hotel') allows you to check into your cabin right after landing, near Gate 314. They offer wake-up calls, which is essential to ensure the kids get enough sleep so they have the energy to see the Terracotta Warriors the next day. The bedding was quite clean; just remember to be considerate and avoid loud noises or rustling plastic bags that might disturb others. The price was also affordable. For washing, you use the airport's shared facilities, and there’s plenty of hot water. The airport also has restaurants if you get hungry.
I've also attached a picture of the shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors. Make sure to book in advance, as there are only 8 tickets per bus. Arrive half an hour early in the morning. With kids, avoid rushing. Walk for about 10 minutes to the long-distance bus station across from the airport (marked with a circled head in the picture) to exchange your ticket first. The 9:15 AM bus goes directly to Lishan Garden in about an hour. Get off there, tour Lishan Garden first. Personally, I don't think a guide is necessary here; listening to the 'APP Travel Assistant' is enough. Then, take the free shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors (make sure to book on the official WeChat account about 7 days in advance, then purchase the minivan tickets via the 'Chuxing 365' mini-program; children also pay the full price of 49 yuan). The timetable I'm holding is for the return shuttle from Lintong to the airport via the 'Hongtu Chuxing' mini-program, so please check it carefully.
We booked our Terracotta Warriors visit for 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The airport mini-bus arrived at Lishan Garden at 10 AM. After exploring Lishan Garden on the electric cart for about 1.5 hours, we took the free shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors, which is about a 5-minute ride. Inside the Terracotta Warriors museum, note that the official guides take you further and further in, right into the main hall where the warriors are displayed. Their explanations are very professional, covering everything in a very official manner, and the price is reasonable.
If you're not in a hurry and are traveling independently without a tour group, you can first follow an official guide at the Terracotta Warriors. After an initial overview, take a break. After 4 PM, there are significantly fewer people, so it won't be crowded. You can then leisurely admire Pit 1. Bring binoculars and a magnifying glass (or 'bug viewer') to get a good look at the facial expressions of the Terracotta Warriors. For those with kids, I recommend bringing anti-lost wristbands so you don't lose them in the crowds.

DuluxianshengI was sent an invoice three times and asked for it four times. When I left the store on the 17th, I was told that an electronic version would be sent to me on the same day. I asked the front desk on the 18th that it was still open. I asked again on the 21st but there was no response. I called again and asked for a general ticket. Is this a complicated matter?

YiLIng001With a prime location, the apartment is right next to the Shanglin Road Station of Metro Lines 1 and 16, as well as a large shopping mall and various restaurants. It also boasts a spacious and clean underground parking garage. This newly opened serviced apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine (with dryer), microwave, and induction cooker. The decor is fresh and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful (during my extended stay, there was a surge in guests during the May Day holiday, but the restaurant maintained its standards and promptly replenished the food). It's a comfortable haven for travelers.

My experience staying at this hotel is great. The hotel owner came to the airport and picked us up. After we reached the hotel, I realized I misplaced my bag at the airport, and the owner offered to drive me back to the airport. So me, my sister and the hotel owner went back to the airport. When we reached there, he helped me by asking the locals about seeing a bag and I found out from him someone returned the bag to the lost and found. I went into the airport to retrieve it while he waited in the car for me for around an hour. I ended up being able to retrieve my bag and I can’t be more thankful to him. The owner can speak English too. The next day, he arranged for someone to drive us to the airport at 4.30 am in the morning. We had less than 5 hours of sleep but we slept well because the bedding was really comfy. I highly recommend staying here

TianrandaidaideAfter getting off the plane, I called customer service, and they gave me good directions; it was actually quite easy to find. Just make sure not to ask airport staff for directions, as they might send you the wrong way 😵💫 (because T5 has three concourses). The front desk can store luggage, there's an airport restroom diagonally across, and if you walk a bit further, there's an M Stand coffee shop, a fried chicken place, and a convenience store. We just made it to the convenience store at 10:29 PM to grab some food to eat 🤣. It's small but has everything you need. The only downside is that the doors close quite loudly, so asking the staff for earplugs would help. The shared airport air conditioning is outside the pod, and there's a ventilation fan inside. After closing the door and lying down, it cooled down quickly. There's a pillow and blanket that looked very clean and had no strange odors. Being able to lie down for a few hours during a layover without leaving the airport was really satisfying.

Guest UserThe airport shuttle service was great, even able to drop me off at 5:30 AM. They even packed a breakfast box since I'd miss breakfast. The hotel isn't within walking distance to the airport, so a taxi is necessary. The room was a bit dated, but overall it's an alright option for a layover.
