We had a wonderful stay. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with complimentary snacks and reliable internet access. Both the front desk and room service were efficient and responsive. I also greatly enjoyed the breakfast, which was well prepared and offered a wide range of options, including both Western and local dishes—clearly reflecting the dedication of the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the center of Xianyang, though the airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car. In the evening, we took a pleasant walk to a nearby street market, where Huitong Noodle was especially popular.

This time I lived in the big bed room of Guanzhong Harajuku Garden! A few steps out is the snack street in Yuanjia Village. It is super convenient to go shopping, but the yard is quiet and not noisy. I have a small garden full of flowers and plants, and it is very comfortable to move a small chair and sit in the yard and drink tea. The room was spacious and clean, the big bed was soft and sleepy, and the hot water and toiletries were all complete. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and took the initiative to recommend the delicious food in the village. The atmosphere of Guanzhong Xiaoyuan was full. It was too suitable to relax here on weekends!

I highly recommend this hotel! The entire property is brand new with a chic and elegant design. The common areas are thoughtfully decorated, featuring tea sets and wooden carvings everywhere, making for great photo opportunities. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations—it was plentiful, with fresh ingredients. It's the perfect way to start your day with a delicious and hearty meal. The rooms are fully equipped, meticulously clean, and have consistent hot water. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation; I'll be back!

The service attitude is very good, proactive and enthusiastic, and the eight-treasure tea served when you enter the store is very considerate. The room layout is reasonable, clean, and has no peculiar smell. The bedding is very comfortable and equipped with two different pillows. The breakfast is quite good, with many varieties and delicious taste. We upgraded to a double room for free, which is great! It was my first time to stay at Lan Ou, both in terms of price and value for money. I was very satisfied with the two complimentary breakfasts! ! !

I stumbled upon this newly opened hotel and decided to give it a try. As the first large-scale resort hotel complex in Xianyang, the entire design concept and service perfectly match the hotel's positioning. From Ivy Zhang from the Guest Relations Department calling ahead to inquire about my itinerary for the next day, to the thoughtful room arrangement, everything was just right. This trip was too rushed to fully experience the atmosphere of the complex, but I will definitely come back next time!

Although the overall scale isn't large, it's very refined and thoughtfully designed. **Service:** The front desk staff are highly professional, providing efficient and welcoming service. They proactively assist with luggage. The shuttle service to and from the station/airport is also excellent. I returned my car at the airport on Saturday evening and had an early morning flight on Sunday at 8 AM. Both pick-up and drop-off were very convenient. Pick-ups from various terminals are on-demand with a dedicated car, and drop-offs depart hourly. **Dining:** I was initially worried there wouldn't be much to eat in the evening, but the restaurant offers freshly cooked-to-order dishes that, while home-style, are incredibly delicious. The prices are also very reasonable; four dishes for just over 100 RMB fed a family of four until we were full and happy. There's also a selection of drinks and beers available. I'm so glad I chose such a reliable hotel for the last day of my trip; it made the transition perfectly seamless. I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in Xi'an!

The hotel is incredibly convenient and offers great value for money, especially if you’re arriving at the airport late at night. Communication was a bit tricky due to my limited Chinese and the staff’s limited English. When I booked the airport Terminal 5 pickup, the only instruction I received was “Call the hotel when you arrive.” But to my surprise, the hotel driver was already waiting outside at Exit 533 😄😄. If only they had mentioned the exit number earlier, it would have made for a perfect midnight arrival! I ended up taking a taxi instead, since I couldn’t find the driver at the time (but don’t worry, the taxi fare was quite affordable). Despite the mix-up, the hotel staff were very kind. They apologized for the misunderstanding and even sent some fruit and toiletries as a gesture of goodwill 😄😄. I highly recommend this hotel for late-night travelers. Just remember, if you’ve arranged for pickup, look for Exit 533. Their pickup service is free of charge!

With a prime location, the apartment is right next to the Shanglin Road Station of Metro Lines 1 and 16, as well as a large shopping mall and various restaurants. It also boasts a spacious and clean underground parking garage. This newly opened serviced apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine (with dryer), microwave, and induction cooker. The decor is fresh and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful (during my extended stay, there was a surge in guests during the May Day holiday, but the restaurant maintained its standards and promptly replenished the food). It's a comfortable haven for travelers.

The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, service, and location were all excellent, but what impressed our whole family most was the immense warmth shown in a small incident. After checking out, we discovered that an elderly family member had inadvertently taken a small spoon (worth 22 yuan) from the hotel with their luggage. We contacted the hotel apologetically, expecting compensation, but after understanding the situation, the hotel was incredibly generous and understanding, saying, ”It's no big deal,” and firmly waived the compensation. Although it was a small matter, the hotel's handling of it based on trust and respect deeply moved our entire family. This 22 yuan incident demonstrated the hotel's high level of generosity and personalized service. This was more than just a stay; it was a lesson in tolerance. Thank you so much for the hotel's understanding and tolerance! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and it will be our top choice for our next trip. The hotel is grand and beautiful. My room was spacious, elegant, and offered an amazing view of the park. Many of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful. Although dinner seemed catered more towards groups, I was served well even dining alone, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was equally good. I also really appreciated the modern toilet. It was a welcome rest! On the flip side, for a hotel I would consider in the luxury category, it was surprising that no laundry service was offered. I think a hotel of this level should provide it, even if for a fee. In addition, my door had a noticeable gap between the door and the frame, large enough to see into the room, which compromised privacy.
