"The room was clean and tidy, although the space was small, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry. Parking is convenient at the door. The downside is that the door card requires two charges for a deposit of 50 yuan. This is not available in most hotels, and it is very troublesome to refund the deposit. It took a long time to return it. The tallest waitress in service speaks bluntly and should be kind and warm. The restaurant is small and has four tables inside and outside, and there are not many varieties."

"Choosing the Lespe Hotel in Xianyang for this stay was a great overall experience, definitely five stars. First, the service: the front desk staff were very friendly, check-in was quick, and they patiently offered suggestions for nearby dining and transportation without being dismissive. The room was very well cleaned; the desk and bathroom corners were quite clean with no strange odors. The bed was just right in terms of firmness, and the soundproofing exceeded expectations – you could barely hear the street noise at night, allowing for a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water came quickly, and the glass partition was frosted, adding to the comfort. The hotel has free parking, which is convenient if you're driving. The most pleasant surprise was the location: there's a morning market right across the street. You can go explore in the morning, try some local breakfast, and find fresh fruit at reasonable prices – it really has a vibrant local atmosphere. Public areas were clean and tidy, and there's also a laundry room, which is super convenient for travelers. "Everything about our stay here was incredibly comfortable, from the accommodations to the dining and travel arrangements. There was no forced service; instead, it felt like being at home. When my spicy rice noodles for breakfast arrived, I mentioned I don't eat cilantro. The server, a lovely lady, immediately offered her own bowl, saying, ”Just pick it out and give it to me, I'll eat it.” The sweet potatoes and corn at breakfast tasted so fresh, unlike anything you'd find elsewhere. The server told me they grow everything themselves, with no additives... I wholeheartedly recommend this place."

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with complimentary snacks and reliable internet access. Both the front desk and room service were efficient and responsive.
