"Five-star rating across the board! The location is excellent – it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Santing Road Night Market, and Sultan Restaurant is right across the street. Leifeng Milk Tea is also just a two or three-minute stroll away. A taxi to District 1 of the International Trade City costs less than 10 yuan. The room is very spacious, and all the staff are super friendly. For breakfast, I have to rave about the mini wontons and the roasted chicken wings – especially the chicken wings, which taste like they're prepared in the style of the Turkish restaurants you see all over Yiwu, absolutely delicious! The coffee is also rich and strong, the perfect way to kick off a new day. The only minor issue is the soundproofing. The guests upstairs were stomping around past midnight, and it was quite frustrating to be woken up by that. At that point, I also noticed how clearly you could hear cars driving by outside."

"The hotel is very new, and the bedding and everything was very clean, showing that the owner has invested a lot in it. The receptionist was very welcoming; I booked two rooms, and the receptionist upgraded one of them. The two rooms are opposite each other; the room facing the road has a great view, opposite Futian Elementary School, and there's a bit of traffic noise, but it's acceptable. The other room is opposite another hotel, so it's very quiet. Three meals a day are provided, and the food quality is very high! The taste is also very good and delicious. The dishes are rotated daily, and there's a freshly cooked noodle and pastry station for breakfast. Judging from the ingredients, the owner has a high budget for the meals. Since I ate all three meals at the hotel, I didn't have a chance to go out and try Yiwu cuisine, haha. The breakfast selection might be slightly less than a five-star hotel in terms of bread and pastries, but the hot dishes are just as good, and the fruit is very fresh. However, in the future, the management should provide guests with meal vouchers and have someone specifically collect them; otherwise, the costs would be quite high. The hotel is equipped with smart home systems (curtains/lights/TV), although sometimes the voice control for ”Wanyue” to turn on the lights might not be recognized. The cleanliness of the shower drain needs some attention. The shower water pressure is fine, and hot water is readily available. However, here are a few suggestions: - Hot drinks should not be placed in the glass area, but rather in the teacup area with handles. For example, putting scalding hot soy milk in a glass could be dangerous and cause burns. - A smoking area could be designated at the back door on the first floor. Smoking should be prohibited in the lobby and elevator areas, and no-smoking signs should be posted. - The lock on room 517 has a problem. When the door handle is pressed from the outside, the lock cylinder inside doesn't retract. - I don't know if this is only in my room, but the door opens towards the sink, and the doorstop protrudes slightly from the floor, making it easy for guests to step on it while washing their hands. If the door were mirrored so that it opens towards the shower area, and the doorstop was also placed on the shower side, it would be much better. - The plastic slippers provided had a strong plastic smell. I initially thought it was from the renovation, but it actually smelled like slippers. I suggest replacing them. - The ”Do Not Disturb” mode doesn't provide a notification. Providing a plastic ”Do Not Disturb” tag for guests to hang on the outside door would be helpful. I highly recommend this hotel! Finally, I wish the owner great success!"

"Had a great experience! They really paid attention to the little details when traveling with kids. First off, when checking in, they noticed I had a child. Even though the booking was for two breakfasts, they proactively offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. Before, I've often had to pay a small extra fee, but my child never eats much, so sometimes we'd just eat out. This thoughtfulness truly showed they understand the needs of families with children. Also, the bedding felt great—pure cotton and quite thick, and there were six pillows! The quality for the price was excellent. The decor was also lovely. A suggestion: it would be helpful to have a sign or tip at the entrance for taxis. It's best to set the GPS location to a specific securities entrance because the main hotel entrance has a fence, and drivers stay on the main road and can't get through. The first time I ordered a taxi, I waited 7-8 minutes, and when the driver arrived, they didn't know or didn't go to the front intersection to wait for us and just canceled, which wasted a lot of time."

Yesterday's breakfast was disappointing, so I went back down at 9 AM today for breakfast. I was hoping for some traditional breakfast steamed buns (baozi). There was still an hour left until closing, and I asked the chef if there were any buns. I saw two large steamers, one with five or six plain steamed buns, and the other remained covered. The chef replied that they were all gone. Well, there was nothing I could do, so I ate some other things, which I didn't particularly enjoy, and had a coffee. I thought I'd check again for buns on my way out. Forty minutes later, it was still the same. So I called over what I assume was the floor manager, dressed in black. I told him I'd waited forty minutes for buns and hadn't gotten any. The manager asked the chef, who said no. Then, after seeing me leave, he made a phone call and said there were still some downstairs and that if I wanted them, someone would bring them up later. This is truly laughable. It's a five-star hotel, and I paid for my breakfast, but I don't even deserve a steamed bun? I think if I were the floor manager, I would have apologized first. Then, regardless of whether the guest had eaten their fill or not, I would have asked for their room number and personally brought a few buns to their room later, perhaps even with some drinks and fruit. I believe that kind of service is what truly befits a qualified five-star hotel.

The hotel staff were incredibly considerate. We arrived too early for our room to be ready, but while we waited in the lobby, the front desk attendant warmly offered us delicious coffee and patiently answered all our questions. They even recommended some great local spots for food and entertainment! We ended up visiting the International Trade City, which was quite good, and then went to Santing Road Night Market in the evening – it was packed and super lively. We were very happy with our stay.

The hotel is within walking distance of Yiwu International Trade Centre (district one). If you do not plan to visit district one, you'd better find another hotel, because the walking distance is pretty far from one district to another. We had early check-in (around 12 pm), and the checkout time is 2 pm. The room was decent, with a small bathroom. There was a hook that fell off, maybe it wasn't sticking to the wall properly. The hotel has a footbath (you can ask the receptionist how to use it). I hope that they will put instructions on how to use the footbath. My mom said her hair becomes itchy, after washing her hair with the hotel’s shampoo. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer for clothes, as well as for shoes. The breakfast was not bad, but I feel like the plates and utensils are not clean (still greasy).

As a first-timer in Yiwu, I found this hotel incredibly thoughtful. Right at the entrance, there was a map and detailed guide to the International Trade City, which was very helpful. The hotel's location directly across from the market is super convenient. The breakfast was also excellent, and the front desk staff were all very warm, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. The room was clean, making for a really pleasant stay. Next time I visit, I'll probably choose this place again. The only downside might be that you have to walk a bit to find late-night snacks, but everything else was great. The room was very spacious; there were four of us – two adults and kids aged 13 and 10. We pushed the twin beds together, and it was perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The shower water was also very nice. The breakfast was quite ample, with hot food stations. I felt the restaurant supervisor was very responsible, constantly ensuring cleaners cleared tables and the kitchen replenished food. Even with the crowds during the May Day holiday, we always found a seat during peak times. The hot food options like mini wontons and rice noodles were good. Most importantly, the location is excellent. It's literally just a two-minute walk to the corridors of Districts 3 and 2. Shopping for stationery, luggage, and outdoor gear is right outside the door. So, on our last day, before checking out, we spent another 30 minutes stocking up. For Districts 1 and 6, we drove. Although it's not very far, parking is convenient at the trade city, so we preferred to save our energy for walking inside the mall rather than trekking through District 2.

The hotel I stayed at this time was quite satisfactory. Overall, I would give this hotel four stars, mainly because the location is truly excellent and one of its biggest strengths. The hotel is tucked slightly away from the main street, which actually makes it quieter and more relaxing, while still being incredibly convenient. It’s only minutes from the metro, the market, restaurants, and everything I personally needed during my stay. For location alone, I would absolutely give it five stars. I also want to especially recognize the gentleman at the front desk. He was tremendously helpful throughout my stay, always kind, professional, and accommodating. His service was outstanding and made a very positive impression on me. I stayed in the loft room, which offers a very good value for the price. The room itself was fairly nice, although there were a few challenges. One important thing for future guests to know is that the elevator only goes to the fifth floor, and then you must walk up stairs to reach the loft rooms on the sixth floor. For some travelers, especially those with heavy luggage or mobility issues, that could be difficult. The hotel would also benefit greatly from remodeling and updating. The facility is older, and a few things do not function as well as they could. That said, I can usually overlook those types of things when the service and atmosphere are warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, while the gentleman at the front desk was excellent, the woman who also helped clean the rooms was not particularly friendly or accommodating during my stay. A little more warmth and hospitality there would have made a big difference and likely would have brought this review to five stars. Still, overall, the location, value, and convenience make this a worthwhile place to stay, especially for travelers looking for easy access to the city at a reasonable price.
